Days 5-14/15 (1) cruciferous veggies - broccoli, leafy greens (2) vitamin E rich foods to give plenty of vitamin E for egg to travel in - supplement, wheat germ oil, omega oils, avocado, nuts, seeds (3) Nitric Oxide rich foods which highly aid the development and release of a healthy egg - watermelons or watermelon juice, beet roots, pomegranate (4) Fatty acids - Vital DHA, fish, Starflower/evening primrose oil (5) warming and spicy foods to keep uterus warm - ginger tea, chillies, black pepper, soups, stews (6) vitamin C to support cervical mucous and health of egg - plenty of grapefruit juice, supplement, orange juice
days 14/15 to 28- - (1) warming foods to keep uterus warm to aid implantation - ginger tea, soups, stews, chilli, hot chocolate, (2) beta carotenous foods to supply corpus luteum with plenty of yellow/red betacarotene - carrots, pineapple juice, sweet potatoes, butternut squash, bell peppers, mangoes, (3) leafy greens
