Struggling to conceive No.2 after getting pregnant easily first time round

Still here, still struggling on, still hoping to get there in the end. Come on ladies, we'll all get our BFPs in 2015 (if not before)!

ooo ladies my soy Isoflvones arrived today on CD3 so taking them and hoping its not too late. Still waiting for the rest to arrive.

Oh trees! Honestly though, I think it's too early to know either way. You wouldn't expect any firm symptoms. Give it a few days if you can before testing and make sure it's a sensitive test and fmu. Fingers crossed for you sweetie. It's hard enough to make babies without having to start all over again. Will be thinking of you. X

so I am on track at cd13 with oh dtd every other day todays his day off. thought ov was coming as had left side ache but no ewcm yet and ache dissapeared.

Well I had a lovely temp spike this morning so think I'm on 1dpo today & I ov'd yesterday, we did manage to DTD last night but probably too late. We did manage Tues & Weds as well as Sun. FF has not confirmed ov yet though I've had another white dot, I get that for most of my temps that I enter in but I have been taking my temp at around the same time now & after at least a couple of hours solid sleep. My boobs don't feel sore though like they normally do on 1dpo.

Bobsy that sounds encouraging! We only managed to DTD on cd19 & 20 with ovulation on cd20 so you've definitely got a chance! When I get a white circle I use one of the bbt adjusters online and change it. Yo could do that?

So...took my last FRER this morning and it was a bit darker than yest...phew! My temp is also high so just going to try and relax now and hope some symptoms kick in soon!

Thanks Trees there's probably a very small chance, I think at my age I need to DTD at most fertile day which I assume was Thursday when we didnt manage to.

I bet that's a relief, I'm relieved for you, I've been thinking about you & hoping everything is ok. With DD I was about 6 weeks before I got any symptoms. Xmas Smile

That sounds to me like you covered all bases bobsy and should be in with a very good chance this month! FF doesn't usually confirm ov for me either until I've had 3 high temps in a row.

Good news about your lines trees, try and step away from the pee sticks now and relax if you can.

Well I think im in the 2ww now. My opks have really confused me this month so I don't know if I OVed cd 13 or 14. BD wise cd13 would work better but we had loads of sex in the fertile window this month including this morning too! So I'm sure there are done swimmers up there trying to persuade my egg to stop for a moment as it races past Hmm

In town at the moment getting some bits and pieces. Feeling a tiny bit festive now, just hoping Santa can deliver a BFP.

Hmmmm I seem to have just ovulated now on CD 20 or 21. Wtf!!! But peeved having Dtd 9 times and most of them were probably wasted. Test line strongest yesterday and this morning and fading a bit now. Anyone know if it means I have ovulated or am I about to.Had sex last two nights and not sure if we should again today or tomorrow morning? oh is a bit spent. I'm probably out this month as surely should ovulate so late on a 29 ish say cycle? Anyone know if you can get a second spike on opk?

Trees that is good news. perhaps splash out on a clear blue in a week or so Been thinking about you lots this last day or two

Sounds like there are quite a few of us in the 2ww now, let's hope for a sack load of BFPs from Santa!

crispie I would probably dtd again tonight if you can, I usually ov on the last day of +opks (I usually get two or three). As for cycle length, if you ov later than normal you'll also more than likely have a longer cycle as your LP (time between ov and AF) doesn't usually change. So if you ov'd a week later than normal, you should also expect to get AF a week later.

Its back to negative now. First positive was Friday morning. Managed last two nights so I think we will try one more tonight for luck. I dont seem to get any specific ovulation symptoms so no idea if it's happened now tests are negative or if I could still be on its way!9

Negative :( Ah well. I read more about soya and it said it's only recommended for women with irregular cycles or it can have a negative impact- have you read that too?
Am going to try the 10 day nutriblast fertility challenge this month and do a bit more research on the soya. Keep going!!!!
How's everyone else doing? X

I got my +OPK on Wednesday but I don't think I ov'd till Friday as I only got my temp spike this morning. What worries me is that I only got a +OPK on 1 day, on Thurs & Friday the tests were negative (test lines still there but fainter).

CHendy. I have read that too about Soy, but after TTC for almost 2 years I'd try anything that may work although 2 cycles of taking it & no BFP. What's the 10 day nutriblast fertility challenge?

crispie I don't get any ov symptoms either.

I've been out this afternoon for a afternoon tea & a look round the Christmas markets. I love the build up to Christmas with the atmosphere & Christmas lights (I'm like a kid lol) Xmas Smile

Well it does seem like a few of us are on 2ww together hopefully Santa will have BFP's for us all. I'm so glad not to have to DTD now.

Bobsy -that's exactly what you're supposed to get on an opk. You get a surge of lutenising hormone which triggers ov 24-48 hours later but the surge doesn't stay. So a surge Wednesday and ov Friday is exactly on target. Fingers crossed!

And definitely step away from the sticks tree! Sounds like a good sign though with that last one so now it's just more waiting. It's all waiting isn't it?! There really should be a way to speed it up.

Fingers crossed for some good news soon then for all you on the tww. Think I'm due to ov sometime the end of this week so will try to add dtd to my very busy Christmas party schedule this week.....

LittlePoot that's really good to know. I seem to have a good chart this cycle a nice temp dip on Friday then a big spike on Saturday, I've had one of my highest temps yet!

Trees hope your managing to relax a bit now. I've started using an online BBT adjuster what a great idea. I've gone through my chart & adjusted all temps that weren't taken at 4am. I've still got white dots on some though, I think FF is a bit fussy!

Bobsy did you adjust the time too? My usual temp time is 6.30am so I put that time in along with the adjusted temperature and then get solid dots! It sounds like you are having a positive cycle though! I really hope it's your turn this month. I'm still being neurotic this end but it's my nature!!

Yeah I changed it to 4am which is my usual wake up time after a few hours solid sleep, I've just thought I've not changed the actual times on FF though maybe that's why do you think? I'm sure if I ever get a BFP I'd be the same.

Finally got it! I've changed all the times to 4am on FF & I now have proper dots & I've definitely ovulated, although not sure why no sore boobs yet as that normally starts at 1dpo so I am a bit worried but must stop prodding!

I am ready for it to happen this month. Soy, prenatal tablets dh and i, preseed, folic acid, iron, rrl tea, soft cups.and have been practising my legs in the air position... considering having ankle holders installed on the ceiling

We Dtd last night and again this morning soo a sterling effort by us this month. Opk negative again so if there was a viable egg hope we got it!
