Toes great news! Now go and rest and watch some silly films to relax. So pleased for you.

Trixie yes, two years is unacceptable! Definitely push. The hanging around is the worst part of TTC stuff. Blink and four years have gone past.

Hello everyone else, hang in there. Cheering you all on.

loopylou1984 · 04/02/2015 17:01

Yay to Toes being PUPO!! Smile

Trixie - I said that to dh the other day. If we fall pregnant there is no way I'm posting it on fbook, not before the 20week scan at least! Xx

FluffyNut · 04/02/2015 17:38

Nice one toes! hope you're afternoon was easy and your relaxing now. well done on recovering from EC, I needed a week (tho it was xmas too so being off did help lol)
I have still only told a few, and they are sworn to secrecy. I don't plan on fb'ing it at all as if they were my friends then they'd know. perhaps I'm a miserable bugger lol x

MissMrsMummy · 04/02/2015 21:15

Thanks for all the support everyone. I sound so positive in my above post but I'll be honest, I was a bit sad that out of 19 eggs only 2 made it this far. But then I remember that a) they are very good embies and b) it is 2 more embryos than I have ever had in my life before.

It's funny everyone was telling me to relax - I went to work pretty much straight after transfer! I had an afternoon of conference calls though so sat in a meeting room on the sofa so no different to what I would have done at home! Went for a 2 hour walk with the dog in the evening too. I will let you know on test day if that helped!!

loopylou1984 · 05/02/2015 17:59

Ah Toes, I think if rather go back to work too, keep busy you know!

Very excited for you, when do you get to poas? Xx

Hello,

I'm currently on cycle 13 - I had early m/cs in May and June last year, but apart from that no luck at all.

I have always been on the buses but I find that difficult as so many people have been and gone since I joined.

Do I qualify to join this thread? Or is it only for if we have started tests through the gp? We are going to try a bit longer and then maybe look into tests in the summer.

Good luck everyone! :)

TheTravellingLemon · 06/02/2015 19:15

Hi MrsGingerbread. You are very welcome. Smile

The buses can be tough sometimes can't they? I often felt like the only one without a BFP.

I've had some initial investigations, but not having anything else for a while as we're about to move house and I feel like I need a little bit of a break mentally too. Good luck to you too. I hope you get your BFP before you need any testing at all.

MrsGingerbread · 06/02/2015 19:23

Awww, thank you lemon :)

loopylou1984 · 07/02/2015 08:57

Welcome ginger Smile

The busses are fun, and I find them great for everyday chat (and Purdeys advice) but this is the only thread I feel I really belong on. It's much calmer here.

It's all got a little quiet after a flurry of long awaited BFPs, but the ladies still pop in to update us and offer advice from time to time. Xx

MissMrsMummy · 07/02/2015 10:02

Hello mrsgingerbread lovely to see you! I feel the same about the buses, there are only a few who have been TTC a long time on there. It's hard when people who've only been trying a couple of months are complaining/getting impatient when we have been trying for ages (though I'm sure I was like them a year ago!) it is nice and calm here and easier to keep up with everyone x

MrsGingerbread · 07/02/2015 10:37

Thank you for the warm welcome, ladies.

There are lots of strong personalities on the buses at the moment which has made me feel quite nervous of contributing as much as I used to. So a quieter thread sounds perfect! :)

I do like to symptom spot though, keeps me sane during the tww! Will happily keep that to myself though! :D

loopylou1984 · 07/02/2015 11:05

I think everyone symptom spots! It's good, means you still have some hope Smile Xx

ToesAndFingersCrossed · 07/02/2015 16:52

MrsGingerbread I've a newly found love if symptom spotting! I felt sick after having a massive lunch yesterday so immediately decided it was morning sickness! Not the fact that I had a 3 course lunch, definitely not!! Also I'm obviously pregnant because I'm exhausted all the time. Not because I have to deliver a massive project at work next week and I've been working crazy overtime, nope.

Dose anyone want to suggest any others I might want to spot? I'm sure I could find them all if I tried hard enough!!

TheTravellingLemon · 07/02/2015 19:33

When I was pregnant last time I had really really clear skin around the time AF was due. I have reasonably good skin most of the time but the difference was enough for DH to say 'are you pregnant because your skin looks really different?'

I said 'no because I've had period pains for the last couple of days'. That was the second symptom.

The next day my boobs were agony and it got worse throughout the day. The next morning I got a BFP. So there's 3 for you!Wink

TrixieRay · 07/02/2015 19:53

Welcome MrsGingerbread! I've found it so hard to keep up with the buses recently. After ten months of seeing so many ladies come and go with their BFPs I'm starting to wonder if it will ever be my turn!

AF arrived here today so I will be phoning the GP first thing on Monday morning to book an appointment Critter - I will make sure I get myself referred asap.

It's odd, the last 2 months I was a mess when AF arrived but this month despite getting my hopes up again I feel ok, disappointed of course but have managed to have an enjoyable day with DH.

Toes, I really hope the next week and a bit goes nice and fast for you.
Another symptom- frequent trips to the loo!

ToesAndFingersCrossed · 07/02/2015 21:00

I can't use frequent trips to the as a symptom because I'm having to drink so much to keep OHSS at bay! But my boobs are huge, so I'm counting that one!

MrsGingerbread · 07/02/2015 21:19

When I fell pregnant last year my first symptom was really lank/greasy hair, despite washing it every day in the same shampoo as always.

I too am stuffed full after a giant bowl of pasta clearly a SYMPTOM! ;)

MrsGingerbread · 08/02/2015 01:04

I can't sleep! SYMPTOM! ;)

MrsGingerbread · 08/02/2015 02:10

Yes, definitely claiming this as a symptom.

I see our thread is nearly full, so I made a new one. I hope this is okay...

MissMrsMummy · 09/02/2015 20:51

Thanks for the new thread MrsG
