Rrr Travelling, it's hard isn't it?
Then I'm torn between wanting to visit and meet baby and crying to dh that it isn't fair! Esp in the 2ww. I think ttc has turned me in to a crazy person! Lol.
Hang in there, Xx

TheTravellingLemon · 26/01/2015 13:35

Thanks. Yes, it's tough. She's had a little girl. It's fine. I've had a little cry and I'm going to get on with my day now. DH in no way understands and I'm fed up of trying to explain.

Grin Donna. How's it going? I presume AF arrived as predicted. I am thinking about getting that HyCoSy test done privately as I'm struggling to get it funded on the NHS. I've posted this on here before but my friend fell pregnant after having that done. She had been trying for over 3 years.

I'm just dreading this AF. 3 new babies in the last few days and one new pregnancy announcement. Due in a week. Had bloods done this morning.

Hi Donna and Lemon, I'm still here!

Cd25 here so waiting for af to rock up at the weekend. Is it weird that I hardly even bother to hope for a bfp these day?
It's been a weird cycle anyway of almost permanent cramping so I'm not totally sure what's going in... Def ovd though as saw a sustained rise in temps Smile

loopylou1984 · 28/01/2015 17:34

And I'm with you both in feeling like everyone else is pregnant/has a baby. Newborn pics emailed round the office today of a colleague who went on mat a week ago, sigh! Xx

TheTravellingLemon · 28/01/2015 19:34

That's right, I have a DS. I'm trying to get as much done through the NHS as possible as we really don't have the money for sustained private treatment. The bloods today were my 21 day. It's the second time I've had them as the day was way out last time. My cycles are so irregular that it's guess work really.

Good news is that we have just bought a new house in a completely different area so I can has another stab at getting it funded.

Donna I don't know whether to hope your AF turns up or not. I think I'll hope it doesn't show at all, but if it does, I hope it comes quickly ConfusedGrin

Just by the way this week's pregnancy announcement was from someone who was told that they were infertile after a serious accident at 15. She's never believed that she would be able to conceive so there is a chance for everyone. She conceived naturally. She wasn't 'trying', she said that she came off the pill when she got married 3 years ago and hadn't really thought about it since. She's now 14 weeks and in quite a lot of shock!!!Shock

It's not weird Sammy, I totally understand. I have a big spot on my nose - that's always a give away for me! When I fell pregnant with DS I had period pains a lot during the tww so don't count yourself out just yet Smile

loopylou1984 · 28/01/2015 19:47

Travelling - love that story of your friend! Proves there's always hope!

Thank you, I think it's a kind of self preservation to just assume af is going to arrive!

Good luck with the house move, have you got a completion date? X

TheTravellingLemon · 28/01/2015 20:56

February 16th fingers crossed

loopylou1984 · 28/01/2015 21:07

Eek, exciting!! Xx

TheTravellingLemon · 28/01/2015 22:00

Scary! I've always lived here. I know nobody in the new place, but the schools are better and the properties are much less expensive. The place is a bit of a dump at the moment, but we're going to do it up and maybe extend. I'm trying to focus in wallpaper and carpets at the moment and not babies (or the lack thereof!)

This three bed house is basically the same price as our two bed flat!! It's ridiculous how expensive houses are where we are at the moment.

I'm hoping that I will spend the next couple of months being so preoccupied with this that I won't notice AF after AF!

Lemon - congrats on your new house, that's fantastic news!

Donna - we did the same, moved into a 3 bed 2 years ago for our non existent baby. I remember being so stressed as we were going through the buying/selling process as we'd been trying for a year already so I was sure I'd get pregnant any day now and have to move house with a massive bump. The irony!

Sam - hope you're going well honey!

Nelly and Critter - great to hear from you guys, glad your pregnancies are going well!

AFM I am all set for egg collection tomorrow. I triggered last night at 11pm and it stung like a bitch because I had to do it straight from the fridge! But it went away after about 15 seconds so it's really not too bad. The burst said my estrogen levels were a bit high so I'd be given some more injections after my EC op, but I didn't 100% understand why and I couldn't ask because I had to call from the office so couldn't ask questions. Did anyone else get this?

I know I must be quite eastrogen-y because I've been having lots of EWCM for a few days now. I bought a multi pack of massive M and S comfy pants in anticipation of the progesterone fanny candles, so I've already moved into them. DH say I look like a very charming, comfortable granny in them. I'll take it. Grin

Oh almost forgot to say, my follies have been growing quite slowly, so while she counted a whopping 27, most of them are around 10mm, but 5 were at 17mm or bigger so I'm hoping a few will catch up so we have a back up!

TheTravellingLemon · 29/01/2015 11:40

Oh no. Is there a point in doing a test? How sure are you that it would be a BFN?

Yep, lovely garden though it needs a little bit of tlc. I know nothing at all about gardening so I guess I'll be looking to the wisdom of MN come spring Grin

loopylou1984 · 29/01/2015 12:15

Hi Toes

Thank you for asking after me.
I'm ok, a bit sad today as I think I'm out this month and it's just dawned on me that it was my last chance of having a baby before I turn 30.
I know it doesn't really matter, it's just I've always said I wanted my first child before I was 30 ??

And I just cried at my desk about it, af is definitely on her way...

FluffyNut · 29/01/2015 12:15

Good luck toes with EC! and hurrah for big pants! !

Yes it really is, I think the worst thing is feel so out of control.
Didn't help that I've been baby bombed twice on fbook in the the 18 hours!

Sorry i put such a negative post before. X

ToesAndFingersCrossed · 29/01/2015 14:50

Oh Sam, you poor thing, have a hug

I know it really sucks, but you're on your way, you have appointments scheduled and the time will tick by, I promise. I think I'm exactly a year ahead of you in the journey, my appointment was April last year, so I know it's no comfort to you, but I've been exactly where you were, and somehow I'm going to have embryos in an incubator this time tomorrow. It's nuts, but there you go. That's not to say that every period between April and now (even the last one, when we had to use condoms the month before!!) wasn't devastating, but I somehow managed to make it through! I wish I could do something to make you feel better other than send virtual hugs and Flowers

loopylou1984 · 29/01/2015 18:14

Toes, just hearing from someone who understands helps to be honest Smile

I'll be ok, it just shocked me about the 30 thing because I hadn't thought about it before.

How exciting about the enbies, but scary too though I imagine? Xx
