Hoping for a positive in October!

Hi, I'm not sure if theres already a thread for those hoping for a +ive October. I'm on the +ive Sept one but my fertile window for this month has just passed without being able to try (got to get blood sugars stable before we can try) so next chance to try will be towards end of September (32ish cycle), which means I won't be in a position to test til October. If theres already an October thread please point me in that direction, if not, here we go!

Hi everyone!
God...i have soooo much to learn with all this ttc stuff!!! (Im sure u lovely ladies will keep me right though) (ihope)
Now although myself and dh have just started ttc, this is a difficult one for me as i worked out id be ov 2day but this will be the first month since my mc in aug,i'm a bit confused as i havent had any discharge/mucus but ive been feeling horrible the last 3days, had really sore lower back and stomach pains and loss of appetite(which never happens with me) anyway...not had to take any notice of when or what happens when ov, so have i ov the last 3 days or wot??
Anyone any suggestions ???

rubyroo- just heard about your news and wanted to say congrats, you have given me hope

my fsh has been consistently high (12-13.9) for 18 months and then shot up to 20 for last month (convinced chlomid caused it) and now back to 13.9. gynae has written me off as perimenopausal and unlikely to conceive.

would you mind if I asked your fsh levels and if you did anything to bring them down that may have helped you conceive

hi everyone. good luck to everyone whos hoping for a bfp this weekend. i've been very confused with my results, some positive some negative and some i'm just not sure about. well today i've bought a clearblue, a first response and a predictor so gonna use them all tomorrow morning and fingers crossed i have waited enough days to have bfps on all of them. only been trying for 1 month so this is all new to me and i'm very excited, hope it's not gonna all be in vain.

Hello Ladies, have just registered with this fabulous website and having read lots of your various messages, know I will get some support. I have been trying for "Number 2" for 4 months now and really thought I was pregnant. Have just done a p. test and it is negative, couldn't wait, did this 3 days before period due. I just feel so different and so desperately want number 2. Who else out there has tested early and had a negative result only to find a few days later after missing a period, are due? Would love to hear your stories and maybe there is a bit more hope left, otherwise it's back to trying next month. It can be psychological torment when you want one so bad can't it! Period due 11th Oct - so fingers crossed still I guess!

city angel - last month i didnt ov and am doing opks this month again everyday to see. i am cd12 and still all negative. my cycles are pretty irratic but the last 2 have been 26 days. how long are yours?
il just be happy to find out i am oving t his month! have tried temping but i get up at such varied times it wont be accurate

Morning All

I am now 11DPO so am waiting for AF to arrive shortly. have had two spots of blood in CM in the last two days when i wipe IYSWIM (sorry if TMI for some) so not sure what that is all about probably just a sign that she is coming.

Feel bloated and it is uncomfortable to sleep on my front but i get this every month so not holding out any hope, just want AF to arrive in a way so i can crack on with the next try.

Welcome kiwifruit.....you'll get lots of helpful info and support on here.
Lots of people don't get a +ve test until after their period is due...so there is still hope for you!

And you Natty......does it feel like AF normal or different?

Normal but a little different but i have not ovualted in over a year so am waiting for the pain to arrive. did feel sick last night and then again this morning driving to Asda but pretty sure it is all in my head and i when i had periods before i went on the pill years ago i was really ill with periods and use to nearly faint etc. So hoping they don't go back to being that bad.

Oh and temp looks like it is dropping so only a matter of days now.

I forgot to wake up and do it this morning at 5.30 so i did it at 7 so the software has crossed it out.

I think it generally takes off/adds on 0.05 for every half hour time difference.....so if you add on 0.15 to your temp this morning it should give you the equivilent.

I'll check your chart out.

hello everyone - sorry about af's arriving jess and mrsmc. i have looked at my dates again and for the last three months i have had 28 day cycles - meaning af is due tomoorow. i'm about 99% sure it is on its way - slight crampey feelings and increase in cm. i'm going to test on monday morning as dp and i have the day to ourselves, i would usually be working so ds is off to the cm's. also means i shouldn't waste a test. but i really don't think it will come to that as my only symptoms now are no spots(got my share earlier in the cycle!) and going to bed earlier than usual. good luck to everyone else waiting to test.

well i've done all my tests and they have all shown bfp's. i can't believe it. i'm so excited.

things ok my end, nothing seems to have come of my fall earlier in week. praising god for that one, i worry myself sick sometimes.

well af due today, and when i got up i did an early morning sample. i got some cheap tests of ebay so figured i mights as well waste one. i tested it about an hour after i produced the sample and read it after about twelve minutes and there is a very very faint line. Will i have more luck with a clear blue digital? SHOULD I BUY ONE TODAY TO DO AN EARLY MORNING (opps caps sorry), sample with tomorrow? I still very much feel like i am going to come on - i even have a spot this morning!

dizzy36 i stopped exercising so much and let my weight go up a bit also took epo 1000mg and agnus castus twice a day from holland and barratt. some have posted that they're not sure about agnus castus but everything i read seems fine from 1st day af til ovulation (i think people were mixing it up with dong quai which is a definite no-no)i also cut out all caffeine and alcohol hope that helps

Flossam - Any news of AF - hope its stayed away and you get a good result when you test!

How are things Natty1806, hope you're feeling OK.

Things are OK for me - stll no AF, 2 days late now, but I just KNOW I'm not pregnant so am not going to test. I know it sounds silly, but I dont want to see the confirmation that its negative just yet. I think I'm just having a longer than normal cycle. Oh well, I'll just see what the next couple of days brings.
