I've just read Toni Weschler's book Taking Charge of your Fertility and found it really interesting. It took us over 2 years to have our daughter and we're trying for number 2 so I'm ready to give anything a shot. I'm just interested to know how well known this approach is, and also to hear of successful experiences.

mummymelling, you're right, you produce the eggwhite stretchy mucus when you're the most fertile. It can be yellow though, ot even pink or red (ovulatory bleeding).
