Kat you can get a pack of 20 hpts online for around £3. We call them Internet cheapies. It's not always a good thing to have such a disposable stash, because it leads to POAS with abandon. But it's good to have them if you think you might need to POAS a lot (irregular cycles confusing you for example). And then you can save the 'posh' pee sticks for when you really mean business

What does your DH think when you get your legs in the air after DTD. I tried it once and DP went "Oh for god's sake!", so I haven't tried it again! Did subtly put a pillow under my bum once though, that seemed to have the same effect with gravity iyswim

Can I ask a stupid question - what is an evap line? I've never quite worked out what it's supposed to look like, does it mean the line where the wee gets up to then dries out? I always leave my pee stick in my shampoo bottle ROC long enough that it soaks the whole test area, so not sure how an evap line could happen...?

I have been fooled with the internet cheapies though - the bit where there's a join between the test area and the lower bit - that sometimes holds the dye and creates a pink fuzzy line. First time it happened, I thought it was a BFP But it's too low down to be in the test area. Watch out for that.... is that an evap line?!
