Wil I use 'Fertility Friend' to track ov signs, although it works best when temping, there's also space to note all other signs, and for the first month you get a trial of the 'full' paid app, which is great. Now I'm on the limited freebie app there's less space to note signs and symptoms, but the temping chart is v useful.

Before that, I used to write it all down on an old calendar. You could even use an electronic calendar (as long as it's not your work one which all your colleagues can see... that could be awkward!!). I found it really useful to look back and see a pattern of symptoms before ov and also before ERTD. It really helps rein in the crazy when you go "Oooh, oooh, sore boobs could this be a sign I'm pg?" then you look back at your calendar and see that you had sore boobs every month before ERTD.... been there done that

I also want hooyad out of this funk I'm in. I seem to be having more pg symptoms than I had when I was actually pg. Feel constantly nauseous and at night it's really bad and have a dull headache all the time. These hormones need to piss off quick. I'm also completely over emotional and being a moany whingebag. Although did find out my bf is pregnant and past the 12 weeks stage which is happy news.

Hidden Wil! I wouldn't usually test so early its just that I happened to have a spare cup full of pee...
