For the record though you can get most things through the small claims court if you want it enough, as most companies don't see any point in fighting. Bonus is that at least you get some money and recognition, down side is it's only up to about £5k and other employees can find out (I believe) that you've taken a previous employer to court and so may not want to hire you.
