Dishy I am so sorry. It is utterly utterly shit.

I had an erpc. It was easier than misoprostol and obviously much less painful as done with general anaesthetic. I was 11 weeks then and was advised that misoprostol was better up to 9 weeks. Next time I had misoprosyol at 9 weeks in order to avoid repeat surgeries so close together but I was pretty traumatised by it. Erpc was a quick procedure and I was home just after lunch time.

Thanks Fanks, I think I've had my worst 12 months ever. Listen karma, my next 12 are going to be the total dogs bollocks. No messing.

cherry, that is absolutely awful about your twin sister. And all this crap about TTC on top of it . . . Here's to the next twelve months giving you only good things Thanks

fankle, that's so sad . . . there's so much focus on fighting lifestyle risks for cancer that it's easy to forget that in reality most of the time it just happens. Doesn't matter what you do or have done.

I used to (secretly, because it's blatant woo and therefore embarrassing) imagine that anything horrendous that happened was a kind of 'down payment' on some future wonderful thing which would make up for it. All I can say is that the BESH had better have some amazing shit coming up Smile.

katandkit, fab, thanks for sharing your experiences. I'm erring more towards an op now. I just can't face the weeks of disruption, mess and uncertainty that natural or misoprostol MC entails. They offered me the option with my last one (at 10 weeks), so hopefully they will do again.

Mr C went out last night with two work friends, one of whom has kids and one of whom has just announced a pregnancy with his wife. Both of them cornered him about when he and I were going to have kids. I swear to God the ONLY people who do this are fucking instadiffers. I hereby swear never, ever to be so thoughtless myself. Wonder what they would have said if he'd responded cheerily 'Actually we're eight weeks pregnant right now, but it looks like it's going to be another miscarriage. Heigh ho!' Twats.

Can't believe we're nearly at the end of another thread!

Thanks for all the fish ladies! Went to diffed friends last night for dinner and am the worse for wear today due to much gin wine consumption! Dreamt I pissed on four tests before waking up needing the loo so decided I didn't need the menkul of testing, either result would fuck me up to be fair! Hmm I just daren't (is that a even a word? Confused ) even hope for diffment. So no kidney punches unless droid is late, due on Tuesday so will just wait it out!

As for weekend activities, I get to work for the next four nights! Woohoo! Hmm

I hope everyone's doing ok/as well as can be expected. I'll catch up on everyone's details at work where I can post properly using a keyboard and not tapping on my phone! Grin
