MissH sorry to hear about your rotten day yesterday. It's completely acceptable to feel that way about your instadiffer friends. In my opinion anyway. So don't beat yourself up about it. I woke up from the best dream ever - I did a first response test and it was positive and I rushed to tell MG (my geek) and we both cried and he carried me upstairs to make me lie down and rest. It was so vivid. I was most disappointed to wake up. Still not testing tho. Too scared.

Feeling a little better though no less menkul, I appear to have just had the shortest period in Hobart history, One, yes just one day of proper bleeding Before the last mc it was always 5 or 6. I'm confused (nothing new there), deff not IB as was bright, clotty and heavy, but just for that one day! Annoyed at the enormous amounts of super size tampons in the bathroom!

However there is a bright side! Means I get to shag BR (Big Robot - knew I'd think of one eventually! ) today before our shifts clash again and I don't see him for three days! And also on our 1st anniversary on Tuesday! We're going back to where we got engaged and I was just upset before that it meant I don't have my win yet but feeling more positive today and will enjoy it to the fullest cos I can! Think very expensive food and drink in very posh setting! Wouldn't be spending that amount of money if I was duffed!

And while I'm on a positive roll, after seeing instadiffer last night and seeing she's quite podgy already I'm going to accept the fact I'm not duffed but can look fabulous instead! My aim is to lose at least the done I put on before friends wedding in August or hopefully before holiday in June!

So thanks for listening to the rants, it really does help to just get it out!

Good for you Miss - weirdly I too had the shortest droid in history last month and would like to lose a stone before a cousin's wedding in May. Am hoping moving will help that!!

Stats are 38 , ttc # 3 ( DS 9y , DD 22m), cycle 4
But my roads been long and complicated with the second one and feel like it will be with this third one too if I ever get there . I had my DS with no problems but then 10 early misscarriages in 2 1/2 y ,every test under the sun, surgery, stereoids that distroyed my health ( now have addrenal insufficiency) and then did 2 rounds of IVF for gestational surrogacy that took 2 1/2 y until dd was finally born. So having her toook us 5 y in total . Now against my better judgement I've decided to go for one more and have a feeling it won't be easy ...
I think maybe it would be good for me to be in the company of others having trouble rather than just on the normal antenatal threads since I'm being pretty negative about this and don't want to be constantly moaning at them...

At the moment on 10 dpo and wondering if I've succeeded since have horrible nausea etc 5 d straight like everytime i conceive but sometimes I get it with my illness . Feel like I'm being tortured I've been though this too many times to be honest . Bfn this morning ofcourse . When we last tried about 4 y ago I always conceived easily but lost it every time . Now has been 4 m and nothing and am using opk so definitely less fertile to begin with let alone would I be able to keep it when I haven't the 10 last times ?

This is what I read from the beginning of the thread so I thought I might be ok here . It's not like i haven't gone through absolute hell trying for years and lost my health for the rest of my life. I though that here there would be people going through similar experiences with repeated losses abd endless medical treatment that i have gone through and have no doubt ahead of me again. Another mnetter recommended this thread and I made the mistake of posting without reading the 24 pages since I was in the middle of doing stuff.
I'll go back to my usual threads . Good luck to you all . I do know what it's like and did get there in the end with DD though it was with a horrible price . Don't give up !

Have to back up Bugs and say cheers for making your point loud and clear. Nordic- no hard feelings but when we hear things like "against my better judgement I thought I'd try for another", it's like a total smugging to all of us who have been trying for years to conceive #1 with repeated, heartbreaking failure. I'm very pleased for you having 2 children, especially when #2 was a real struggle, but at least you have your family right now. It's a lot more than the rest of us. I'm pretty sure all of us on this thread would be happy with one child never mind 2. 3 is just showing off
