So, here it is, Part 4! May it bring lots of BFP's for those of us still waiting and may it bring happy healthy pregnancies for those who are fabulously pregnant.

HungryHorace · 23/01/2014 18:38

Better, that's my theory too! So little sickness, comparatively.

A lot of the time I don't feel that pregnant. Til I do too much, then I'm knackered!

Lots of positive symptoms on here. Can we have a Saturday hat trick? Or even 4 if utopian gets a BFP too?!

Willow, I'd go spare if someone I'd trusted did that to me. Poor you. :-(

willowking · 23/01/2014 18:46

I did hungry Smile. My mum knows my gran can't keep a secret!

I'm wondering if AF is on her way but I'm putting her off with my mental prowess Grin ha ha!

Metalhead · 23/01/2014 18:57

Good luck to all those poas soon - I think we are due another BFP! Smile

Lucy I would just caution against getting too hung up on symptoms like nausea! I felt quite sick a few times when I wasn't pregnant and proper morning sickness usually doesn't kick in until 5/6 weeks (although of course there are exceptions). Still, I've got everything crossed for you for Saturday and really hope you get your BFP this time!

I've been feeling pretty awful the last couple of days, been getting headaches on top of the all-day sickness. At least I saw my one friend who I've already told I'm pregnant today so I could have good old moan at her.

utopian99 · 23/01/2014 19:42

Thanks for the invite Lucy, I may well join the party. Would be so good as we're giving up from end of Feb to mid April to avoid ds 1's birthday/Christmas..

Some v light pinkness again today though - could it just be af starting in a veeeeery half hearted way?

LucyJoJo · 23/01/2014 20:53

Thanks metal you are right, I should stop getting carried away!! Argh I hate the few days before poas, I always start to get my hopes up. It is definately too early for morning sickness isn't it! I think it's safe to say I am imagining symptoms....
Utopian It could be an early AF. Or it could be implantation....Grin Only the waiting game will let you know unfortunately. Verry gross question but is it kind of dischargy or is it more blood like? I always thought implantation bleeding is tinged with cm, but I could be wrong!!
Interesting to see if all those of you with different symptoms are having the opposites!
Swede any updates?

LucyJoJo · 23/01/2014 20:55

Oh and claude Angry you are now evicted from the party unless you can hold off from poas until sat morning! How else will we get our hat trick/multiple bfps!?

Toothpastekissesno2 · 23/01/2014 21:09

Busy work week but hi everyone! That's such good news better. Over the moon for u!!
Swede - good effort!
Lucy - eveything crossed for sat (it's my birthday so very lucky day!)
So did everyone that had a girl first time get proper morning sickness? I just had nausea with ds and same this time. Was fine as soon as I ate! So I think I'm having another boy! Love the guessing.
Anyone finding out?

HungryHorace · 23/01/2014 21:29

Toothpaste, I was sick as a dog with DD...had to build 2-3 voms into my morning routine! :-/ From 7-17 weeks.

I've been sick, but nowhere near as much this time. I feel sick, but that's it.

I'm not finding out. I like the surprise at the end. :-)

HazyShadeOfWinter · 23/01/2014 21:31

Hello all, have had awful day today - locked self out of house and had to pay stupid call out fee to locksmith. Plus for a long story I shouted at DS and made him cry and I feel awful as he is coming down with something so the last thing he needs is mummy shouting at him. And why do I think I'm ready for another? Confused

was tempted to POAS in afternoon purely to relieve the awful day but a BFN may have tipped me over. Holding out for the party (though I might still wait til sun, can it be a POAS all-weekend party please lucy

metal sorry you're feeling so rough, forgive me if you've already said but did you have sickness last time?

claude, willow, utopian and lucy just one more day til the party Smile

willowking · 23/01/2014 21:49

Aww sorry you've had such a crappy day! It's totally understandable that you felt so stressed.

Roll on Saturday! Grin

willowking · 23/01/2014 21:50

Btw it's my birthday on Sunday, a BFP would be a lovely present Smile

HazyShadeOfWinter · 23/01/2014 21:51

ok will wait for then.

Part of reason for anting to POAS today was on the slim chance I got a BFP I could blame the snapping and losing things on pregnancy hormones. Grin

Metalhead · 23/01/2014 22:12

I've not actually been sick, and I never was with DD either, just constantly feeling nauseous. It's hard to remember exactly how I felt first time round Toothpaste, as it's been 4 years, but I think even though I'm feeling pretty rough it's not quite as bad (yet) this time. I can still eat pretty much everything, whereas with DD any kind of fruit would make me gag.

We'll definitely find out the sex, I can't wait to know!

Sorry you've had such a crappy day Hazy. Don't beat yourself up about shouting though, we are all only human and shit just happens sometimes. I'm sure your DS will have forgotten it already!

LucyJoJo · 23/01/2014 23:47

Hazy it's so easy to lose your patience sometimes with kids, I do it too and then just feel awful. But like Metal said, I'm sure they won't remember, luckily!
I was the same with DD, can't remember when it started but I just felt nauseous all the time until about 16 weeks.
I have just spent the past half hour cleaning up DDs vomit, she's had a bit of a funny tummy the past few days, so that probably explains why I've been feeling sick too. Sad DH picked a good night to be away! So much for my early night too. Roll on the weekend....
So before our party can we have a roll call of VIP guests?? I'm useless at remembering and too lazy to read back through the thread!
Lucy - ttc cycle 7, cycles usually 26 days, saturday will be cd26, 11dpo.

SwedeAway · 24/01/2014 06:15

Morning all! Been a bit quiet lately, so much to do at the moment! Work is manic and DD super demanding, oh and trying not to think too much about the 2wwWink No symptoms at all but I guess I would only be 3 or 4 dpo. Having the day off today so going to get a much needed hair cut!

POAS party this weekend! So excited for everyone taking part. Think my AF/BFP should be due around 4th Feb so def not POAS before then!

How's everyone today?

LucyJoJo · 24/01/2014 11:26

Parties off I'm afraid ladies. AF just got me, two days early. wtf is going on. This gives me an LP of 10 days at best, that's not going to be good for implantation is it??
I have a whole day of work to get through now too before I can get a hug from DD/DH. And a stupid party tomorrow where I will have to play at being happy amidst our friends.

Hair cut sounds lovely Swede, anything drastic?

HungryHorace · 24/01/2014 11:51

Ah, Lucy :-(

Are you booking a GP appointment now? I'm so sorry. It sounded so promising too. xx

Metalhead · 24/01/2014 11:52

Oh no Lucy! I'm so sorry to hear that. I take it you're sure it's AF and not implantation...? Sorry, daft question probably, just clutching at straws. Sending you a big virtual hug until you can get some real ones.

I think a 10 day LP is pretty borderline for successful implantation. Have you been to see your GP? If not it might be worth a visit.

claudeekishi · 24/01/2014 11:53

Lucy are you my twin? My dd was also vomiting last night (poor thing it's her bday today) and this morning I saw what I guess is AF. Also 2/3 daya early. Grainy brown spotting but I think it's AF.

donnas1984 · 24/01/2014 12:07

Claude and Lucy gutted for uou both Sad big hugs and dairy milk all round xxx
Blew up the big bouncy ball last night dd things its the best toy ever!
Had big fight with my boss yday as they have docked my wages for a day during xmass that thay decided to shut early, I was fully prepared to work the entire shift but they said to pack up and go home. - it was Christmas im pregnant and my dh is our of work! Am I being unreasonable or expecting to much? xx

BetterNotBitter · 24/01/2014 12:11

Nooooo lucy I'm so sorry :( bloody horrible this TTC business. I hope you're ok, well as ok as you can be x x

Oh no, and you claude

I blame January. Miserable month. Other than dds birthday..... But generally, rubbish month.

BetterNotBitter · 24/01/2014 12:13

donna that sounds ridiculous, are they allowed to do that? Is it a small company? How are you getting on with your dh being out of work?

LucyJoJo · 24/01/2014 12:27

Thanks girls. Someone at work brought in a tin of quality streets, so have been tucking into those(feel a bit sick now) and trying to hold back the tears. Also guzzling the coffee now that I can after DD kept me awake half the night, poor little sausage though.
Oh Claude, how strange, and also rubbish that we are vomit and AF twins instead of bfp twins!! Maybe it's implantation for you?? Brown sounds an odd colour for the start of AF?
Thanks Metal, is it definately AF or implantation was my first thought too, but no, definately AF, got the cramps as well now.
I'm not great to be honest, but have to keep it together while at work. Did consider going home early but I would only get myself into a state and sit around feeling sorry for myself. I will definately be booking a GP app, at least I can get the ball rolling now to find out what is going on. Hopefully it will be something that can be fixed easily. Do you think it's worth taking anything in the meantime to try and extend my LP?

LucyJoJo · 24/01/2014 12:28

Donna Shock that is awful! Have they done the same to everyone? Are they trying to blame it on you for going home early??

HungryHorace · 24/01/2014 12:35

That sounds so wrong Donna. Are you salaried or paid by the hour? Sounds like an illegal deduction to me. :-/

Sorry about AF, Claude. Something strange going on with early AF for you both. :-(

I think B12 is maybe meant to help. I can't remember. Maybe do a search in Conception about short luteal phases for help?
