Keep I really hope this will be the last time I see AF too! I hope you are an instadiffer as then you can be in that lovely unexplained group who get pregnant naturally after IVF

I have no intention of ever using protection again if we do have a baby unless I have twins, triplets or quads We started ttc relatively young as we wanted 3 or 4 kids
I don't know if I really want that many now, 1 or 2 would be lovely.

Well no AF yet but lots of cramps/aches hopefully she will hold off a few more hours so we can make it to the christening.

No news Keep, AF cramps have disappeared. My cycle is normally 28-32 days. I'm on day 32 today. I'm hoping she shows up soon. I'm desperate to get started!

cups I hope this doesn't end up being another mega cycle for you. I have vereything crossed that it works for you this time.

We have postponed our next IVF until August as if we had had it at the end of June, it would have ruined our summer (we pretty much have to take holiday in July) Even if it did work we would be expecting it to go wrong and wouldn't want to go anywhere or do anything that might cause it to go wrong. So we decided it was much better for our stress levels to postpone it .
I had hoped it would also remove the need for me to DR for 4 weeks but i think the nurse calculated it wrong, when I worked it out teh week she has booked me in for EC will require 4 weeks DR again. Hopefully they will move things around when I call them in June.

That sounds like a good idea to put it off until after your holidays. Fingers crossed you don't have to down reg for all that time.

AF arrived at lunch time just as I was resigning myself to a long wait. So I'll call the clinic tomorrow, hopefully I can go in on Wednesday/Thursday for scan and bloods. I need lots of brooking that everything will be fine and we will finally get started!

cups So pleased AF arrived (well obviously an ironic BFP would have been better but I'm being realistic!) I do hope everything is ok with your scan, will you then start with the injections straight away? (bit clueless about SP)

I'm kind of OK, I would have been 12 weeks this week but at least I haven't had any stress about my body returning to normal, AF turned up exactly on time after the mc.

No news yet, I've had my bloods but scan is not until 12. I've come into Manchester to do some shopping while I wait. There is no point in heading home or to work as traffic is mental at this time and I would only have to head back after an hour. I'm feeling terrified about my lining, the nurse has said it needs to be below 8mm. It's normally 9mm or above

I'll keep you posted.

Thanks the brooking has worked. Bloods are fine and my lining was 4mm! I had 15 follicles as well. So everything is looking good. I start stimms tomorrow night.

Have just been for a wax, CD10 today and I am hoping for a weekend of rat smacking. Fingers crossed! I have engineered the weekend so we don't have too much going on so we can take full advantage of Baby Far's nap times.

We are going to Ibiza in 6 weeks time though (Can't wait!) so I am hoping for an ironic pre holiday diffment.

you doing ok cups?

I'm ok thanks Keep, I've done my 1st cetrotide. It really is a stingy bastard, my skin has gone all red and blotchy where I've done the injection. I'm back to the clinic on tues for bloods. My first scan is Thursday.

I'm a lot more tired than usual but no other side effects so far so it's all good

Baby far is well travelled, lucky thing has been to Italy, Spain, Oman and Antigua! Mostly to visit friends and family but we forced ourselves to travel early to take the fear out of it! Never done anything like Ibiza though.

Rat been smacked on Friday and Saturday which was on a high and then a peak on my smiley digital thingy. Am hoping that is enough, we ran out of steam by Sunday!
Mr far had run a 10k on Saturday and was feeling a little knackered but I was brooking no argument and he knew resistance was futile!
