Cups - I CANNOT believe AF! One day too late? She's having a fucking giraffe isn't she? I'm not surprised you're upset/frustrated/angry - what a chuffing wench. BUT you are ever closer to meeting your little one(s) - you'll never have to wait the time you've already waited again (does that even make sense?)

beedle - gah, sympathetic male boss alert! He sounds sweet but I've yet to meet a man who can satisfactorily cope with a crying lady. Hope you're feeling a little bit chipper and you and Mr B have booked something indulgent for Easter weekend.

Loopy how are you doing? Is your house back on the market? Am sure it is a stunning abode (we Brookers only live in stunning abodes, surely?) and will be snapped up by someone else pronto.

AFM, all of my blood tests seem absolutely fine (actually I say that but they are still waiting for LH/FSH one). Had to do a swab myself in the ladies as the original GP didn't arrange for a high vaginal swab (what a minging phrase), only a chlamidya one. The doc I saw yesterday was quite irritated by that and said I could quite easily do it myself so as to not waste any more of my time. Hopefully the last bloods will be okay and then it's all systems go for the referral.

Ooh need to change trains now - back later :)

After my mammoth 54Day cycle, my next cycle lasted precisely 2 weeks I just have to accept the inevitable now, and try to get to the doctor at the right time for a day 3 fsh done to confirm its all over, can't see a way back now...

Coupled with half a dozen diffed announcements, mostly 2nd children to people who started trying for their 1st after me, I officially give up. 3 years & 2 months since I stopped taking the pill, The universe has won.

MrS is really not keen on donor eggs & I'm not sure I fully buy into it either. Plus we have a wedding then a house to pay for so can't see where the money would come from.

I'm out brookers, good luck to anyone left I hope you get successful outcomes all round, big love xx

Scarlett I've just seen this, I'm sorry to hear that but I understand why you want to draw a line under it all. I often feel like throwing the towel in but I can't yet as I still have hope. You have got lots of wonderful things to come in your life regardless of whether you have children or not. I'm so of your wedding, I wish I could do it all again. My wedding day was the best day of my life and I'm sure yours will be amazing. I'll still be brooking for a miracle ironic BFP for you. Take care xxx

Hello brookers, I am a lapsed brooker, I just can't keep up with the threads but I think of you all often and try and pop in for updates. For now I shall just pass around some brownies and Monmouth coffee. I think I am totally out of date and don't know the ins and outs of who is doing what but I just wanted to give scarlett a lovely squeeze and we will all keep brooking for you :)

News in the farfalla house is that M is now 18 months and very cute. We have been TTC#2 but no luck yet, clearly because I have not had the power of the brookers behind me, I shall make amends

Welcome back Far! I can't believe M is 18 months how long have you been ttc DC2? Will you need to have injections again as soon as you get your BFP?

Keep AF is due in a week, I'm not sure if I'll be waiting longer though due to my mammoth 40 odd day cycle last month. I'm feeling a bit nervous that something will go wrong again and I won't get to start

TTC#2 for about 6 months but in a much more relaxed fashion, no shag dictators etc.
I will need to do all the same things as last time with injections etc so have the prescription ready but I am trying not to go nuts this time, it was a very stressful time and DH and I had some dreadful rows about DTD on demand etc. He was very stressed in his job at the time and is much happier now so I am hoping it will be easier but was also hoping to be one of those annoying instadiffers 2nd time round!

Will give it to the end of the year before going to have some tests etc.

AFM - nothing really! Have a hospital appt on 27 May but if I'm honest I've no idea what it's for - the GP booked it for me. Will ascertain closer to the time but for now am just riding the spring waves :)

AFM no AF yet and to be honest I don't want her to come tomorrow as we are at a family christening a 5 hour drive away on Sunday.
