Aw breezy huge congratulations and what a lovely name.
Thanks for giving me hope, im on intralipids, clexane, neupogen and ivig when pregnant so lovely to hear success stories xx

ChoccyPud · 23/03/2014 08:44

Breezy congratulations!! Fab news I'm so pleased for you.

And Duggs that's great news - it's def Us and Es you need, urea and electrolytes. And a fbc ie full blood count plus liver function and eye test for hydroxy. Nb may be worth getting liver and bile levels checked later in pg esp if you start getting itchy skin - most likely in third trim or when you have the routine bloods at about 25/28 weeks. Itching can be a sign of obstetric cholestasis or just one of those things but having been on hydroxy for a while I know you'll want to check - I know I did! In the meantime I have everything crossed for you x

Breezyweezy · 23/03/2014 09:02

Congratulations breezy wonderful news!

freelancegirl · 23/03/2014 21:31

Hi all. Opinions sought, if you have any. I'm doing some incredibly early miscarriage prediction - probably would only be implanting around now if i were to be successful this cycle. But I'm wheezing so automatically I think - immune response. I don't really even have asthma officially - had a couple of years of wheezing after a chest infection a few years ago. But I do remember getting a really bad bout about the time I would have been implanting with my first miscarriage of two when ttc in 2011.

Am I going a bit mad...?

teamdozie · 24/03/2014 06:03

Hi everyone!

Breezy I huge congrats to you and your DH!! And thank you for giving all of us hope! I like some of the others am having IVIG and so far It's working!! It's do good to know that it does work!

Duggs belated congrats on the scan! Quick question did you ask dr S for the eye test? I'm seeing him in Wednesday but three weeks ago I asked him about any tests and all he mentioned were the usual.

Free you aren't going mad! We associate things that happened previously with things that are happening now! Try not to analyse things! (God I'm one to talk) could it be a sign of slight hay fever?

MrsP hope you have managed to relax about today! Enjoy seeing your little one again! Are you going to find out what team???

Tum Village how are you??

As for me! I'm sure I felt flutters all last week but haven't now for a couple of days!! I know it's still early plus I have heard baby on my Doppler which has become a god send! But as I'm nearing 20 weeks and the stages that my first baby stopped growing and I'm panicking!! Hopefully seeing him/her again Wednesday will be some reassurance!

Waves to everyone!!

Xx

Team no he mentioned it along with the liver function etc tests! Good luck for Wednesday's scanGrin free - I think you are just on the good egg hunt now. You were lucky in finding the treatment that worked for you last time pretty quickly and it will work again. It is interesting how many ladies are successful eventually with IVIG when all else has failed.

Arianrhod · 24/03/2014 09:12

breezy Huge congratulations on the safe arrival of your beautiful baby girl!!

LunaGL · 24/03/2014 09:57

Huge congratulations Breezy on your wonderful arrival. I love the name and your inspiring story. It gives me hope and reassures me that what we are all doing (our continuous fighting) is all worth it.

Duggs belated congratulations on the great scan

Mrs P I hope that your scan goes well today and helps you to relax and reassures you

Free I don't think that you're alone or going mad in the concerns you have regarding your symptoms. I do it too and I am sure it is natural - our experiences are traumatic and I know that I certainly experience a type of flash back when something has happened (loose bowls) and I know that it happened in the past just before a mc. I wish I knew a magic cure for us all - or at least how to switch off my brain.

Village how are you?

Took my last Letrazole today and am off to Mr S on Thursday to see how my follies are doing. Have been mean and grumpy not as happy this time around so hope my follies have done their thing, that way my DH wont have suffered for nothing Blush

Apologies to anyone I may have missed out I hope we all have a lovely and relaxing week

suemays · 24/03/2014 10:57

Congrats breezy your story gives me hope. Enjoy those first few precious weeks!

VillageMum · 24/03/2014 14:19

Wonderful scan news Duggs, and thinking of you Mrs P for your 20-week scan today.

Breezy congratulations on Rosa's arrival! Another success story, yay!

mattsmama so sorry to hear this wasn't your month, but there's another chance coming up now... Smile

free I wouldn't read anything at all into the wheezing. I think luna is right - we look for meanings, either as a stress-response or to try and have some sort of control over a situation that's actually uncontrollable. Would be fab though if you were pregnant this cycle!!

Luna I had diarrhoea throughout my first (successful) pregnancy pretty much from implantation, so I now get madly happy and hopeful whenever it happens again - strange how we all respond differently to these triggers, isn't it?? All irrational, as I was trying to say above! Best of luck for your follie scan on Thursday.

Team I'm sure everything will go brilliantly on Wednesday - thinking of you! The flutters come and go at this stage if I remember right as baby is still not filling up the available space and so much depends on position...

I'm doing fine, popping Letrozole at the moment as part of SO cycle #5.

Waves to all.

freelancegirl · 24/03/2014 19:58

Just a quickie to say I have to watch the Dispatches on Still Birth for a friend and also for a bit of research. Am a bit nervous about watching it and almost would like to avoid it, but I can't. It's on at 8pm if anyone is brave enough.

suemays · 24/03/2014 20:18

I'm recording it on c4+1.

freelancegirl · 24/03/2014 20:34

It was very investigative which was good, I managed to switch off a bit in terms of emotions. Am relieved as I didn't want to sit here crying my eyes out. It might be harder on you Sue having had a later loss.

MrsPixieMoo · 24/03/2014 22:00

Thanks for all your good wishes for today. 20 week scan was lovely. A healthy, squirmy girl. Grin

suemays · 24/03/2014 22:53

Yes I did find it hard as we have photos and mementos of Scarlet. Glad we had our own funeral and that we have our ashes as I would have been worrying now after watching the programme.

freelancegirl · 24/03/2014 23:54

Great news Mrs P! That's such a relief am sure. So pleased for you.

freelancegirl · 24/03/2014 23:56

Yes Sue that must be a relief to know exactly what happened to Scarlett. It's so awful that hospitals seem to have become so desensitised that they seem to forget it's someone's baby they're dealing with.

Mel3062 · 25/03/2014 04:23

I had 16 week loss and didn't get option as baby was under gestation so I couldn't watch it :( at the time they said baby would go to a resting area at a crem so that's what I hold onto.

Mel3062 · 25/03/2014 04:23

Then they lost my notes with my only pic of my baby boy in it :(
