Hi All,

Anyone else around for the Dec bus yet? I think AF has managed to kick me off Nov already as she has arrived a few days early, and my cycle will probably mean she is next due at the beginning of Dec rather than Nov.

So does anyone else want to climb on board and help me hang tinsel and drink mulled wine to while away the time until that bfp in Dec?

booisgreat · 08/11/2013 19:38

sorry should have mentioned bfp due 10th december 2013

Polkadot1 · 08/11/2013 20:45

Hello! Can I join the bus too? I'm ttc number 2, cycle 3, bfp due 4-5th Dec roughly. It happened cycle 1 with number 1, after dtd x 1! So I'm wanting it to happen soon this time! Would be nice to be pg at Xmas! Just started a healthier lifestyle this cycle- less booze, trying to shift the stone I'm carrying from number 1, just started the gym again, and Actimal. Hope it works!

Kt1991 · 09/11/2013 10:21

HiPolkadot I just started buying Actimal as heard thats really good when TTC! hope it works for us. I’m really hoping to be pregnant by Xmas too. I really wanted a summer baby, as already have a DS in Feb! Wishing I’d come off the pill earlier if I knew it was going to take us longer 2nd time around! Sorry to everyone that AF has got this month Thanks

Polkadot1 · 09/11/2013 14:16

Hi Kt1991- I know what you mean! We were so careful making sure I didn't go back to work after mat leave pregnant- I wished we hadn't bothered! Fingers crossed for you- and everyone else!

KitKat1985 · 09/11/2013 19:44

So excited that after tomorrow my pill 'break' will finally be finished and can start TTC properly. Not going to be off to the best start however as have to work about 60 hours next week (picked up a couple of extra shifts at work due to some recent financial issues, not to mention I've got a £4-500 car bill to pay next month to get a new cam belt); and of course me and DH always seem to be at work at different times. Going be a challenge to find the energy to DTD enough but am determined! I'm focusing on December as my motivation to 'find the energy'. Wishing all you lovely ladies luck this month conceiving! xx

millsy105 · 09/11/2013 20:11

TTC #1, 7 months, will be 8 months if AF decides to turn up on 12th Dec. Please, please, please can I have a BFP instead!

Minnieheehee · 10/11/2013 01:45

Good luck new ladies :)
What's the deal with actimel??? Several of you've mentioned it- always keen to load that dice in fertilitys favour!
Ps Barmey I'm TTC #2 :) and now on 14 months of trying. Gulp.

Polkadot1 · 10/11/2013 07:57

Hi Minnie - I think the aptimal just helps your body absorb nutrients- vitamins etc. I'm not sure if it will work/ how true it is, but I thought I'd give it a go!

Ellisisland · 10/11/2013 11:28

Well I just got my BFN for November so just waiting for AF to rear her ugly head then it's all go for December. Fingers crossed for everyone !

barmybunting · 10/11/2013 21:48

Minnie where on earth did ttc #1 come back from? Sorry, I had changed it to 2 previously after an earlier conversation and I must have copied the wrong one when I updated things last time round. Sorry! I will fix again when I'm on my computer rather than phone. Silly bus tickets not printing properly!

Me too everything! I told a few folks late summer, (as I thought it would happen straight away)- wish I'd kept my mouth shut! Not helped by folks at work saying " are you going to have another soon?" Grr!

Knottyknitter · 11/11/2013 15:06

Hi everything, more the merrier!

It does make it so hard seeing all the tinies every day, doesn't it. I'm off for a few days, but managed to end up with my first babysitting job for about 20 years so not quite a clean break!

I've a good feeling about this bus though and sure it will be a lucky one for all of us! After all, with obs and neonates on board, we have to be all set!

Minnieheehee · 11/11/2013 16:23

:) Barmy, just think how much more complicated its going to get when the blue lines start :)
Polka, I was the same DS hit 1 and friends and family knew we were trying. That's the way it goes- we had one go trying first time and we got lucky (no 'help' or anything). Ah well. Here's hoping :)

SoMuchFruit · 11/11/2013 17:46

Hi All,

Could I book a seat on the December bus ?

Looks like I might be the one with the most cycles Sad .. that's a bit depressing.

ttc#2. Cycle 5. BFP due 10/12.

SoMuchFruit · 11/11/2013 17:56

Ooops. Read the new list of BFP's and I am wrong about the cycles numbers. Hopefully all of us who are waiting a bit longer for our BFP's will get some Christmassy luck Smile

Is anyone trying anything new this month ?

I had a terrible cold last month and I was taking Veno's Chesty Cough medicine, it contains Guaifenesin and the difference it made to my sometimes sparse EWCM was incredible so after having a read about it online I am going to give some of that a try and am also going to try Preseed this month.

Polkadot1 · 11/11/2013 19:02

Our new plan this month is to dtd alternate days, from when AF ended to either a BFP of AF! Prob will OPK using CB, and dtd daily over those 3-4 days...DH is taking it more seriously now, as was saying he wanted to watch the football when I was trying to entice him into dtd a few months back! (I was trying not to put the pressure on, so hadn't told him it was Ov time!). I don't know- if you do tell them, they feel pressured, if you don't, they want to watch TV!

Hopefully I've got everyone (with the right details). I don't think I'm signing up for bus conducting as my next job even though I have just resigned, this bus ticket thing is complicated!!

Hi everyone :) Nearly halfway through the month. Is anyone nearing their TWW?

SoMuchFruit, the cough medicine thing is interesting! I wonder what on earth causes that?

I'm on 50mg of b6/b complex this month until OV, then 100mg after OV in an attempt to reduce spotting & length my luteal phase. Fingers crossed! I think many of us would swing of the lampshades if it would make the difference, I certainly would! Smile

Given I can easily go a whole week without even setting eyes on DP when on nights I'd say that cycle defiantly doesn't count!
