Planning ahead for Christmas! December bus starting far too early...

Hi All,

Anyone else around for the Dec bus yet? I think AF has managed to kick me off Nov already as she has arrived a few days early, and my cycle will probably mean she is next due at the beginning of Dec rather than Nov.

So does anyone else want to climb on board and help me hang tinsel and drink mulled wine to while away the time until that bfp in Dec?

Nothing to report here.. literally.. Not sure what that means. Toying with purchasing OPK's this week as next ov will be the week over Christmas so delivery might be mental and then they won't come in time ? Or can I be arsed.

Puh. I am feeling really nothingy about it.

So for the last 2 cycles AF has come on 13 dpo and 11 dpo. Am i right in thinking this is a bit short? Cycles are around 30 days.

Sorry to all those af has caught up with, so much I'm with you on that, feeling nothing at the moment, awaiting af's arrival Thursday, still feeling a bit meh this cycle, I am determined not to get my hopes up if af is late. X x

AF has finally buggered off...so plan 'not worrying i'm cycle 13 but still checking my cbfm' is in action! here we go again!

Wood - fx for Friday for you. It's early days still.

I've been feeling quite strange since yesterday afternoon. I feel strangely tingly, it's like very light palpitations. But they're not horrid or scary or anything. In fact it's quite nice. I have no idea if this means anything. But I know I feel very odd. Has anyone else ever experienced this? Trying not to get my hopes up, as it's quite possibly unrelated and nothing.

Just checking in. Been really sensible and refrained from obsessing this time around after chemical pregnancy last month. Feeling pretty good apart from horrendous cold which I really wish would bugger off!
Haven't read back through yet, but good luck to everyone this month - wishing you all a really amazing Xmas pressie! And sorry to anyone AF has got (though still time for an Xmas BFP??)

I'm on CD23 today. Not sure when to test, but just not feeling that crazy urge so will hang on for a while yet.

Hello ladies. Been off this thread for a few days as things have been a bit mad at work and at home, and have also been a bit under the weather with a cold, so just been catching up on people's news. Congrats Twerking on the first December BFP! And a glass of Wine to all of those that AF has got already.

I'm currently on CD27 (assuming my first day of post-pill bleeding counts as day 1, which I'm not certain of)? Since I'm on a late shift today I thought I'd trying poas - got a BFN. Sad I figure I'm not out until AF turns up, though I'm keeping my hopes low now. Although saying that I suspect this may be a long cycle being my first one off the pill, so who knows? I keep telling myself that if AF does turn up at least I can do some Christmas drinking guilt-free and look forward to a BFP in the new year! Xmas Smile Also having a 'proper' period will at least allow to work out dates and things more accurately when I do conceive. I'll probably test again on Sunday (CD32) if AF doesn't turn up before then. I'll keep you all posted.

Incidentally, because of the cost of FRER's I thought I'd try buying some Tesco pregnancy tests when I was in there last week (2 for like £3.50) compared to like 2 for £11 for the FRER's. Does anyone know how they compare though in terms of sensitivity?

MissV.. I don't know if it's because I am so busy with a range of other stuff atm, the disappointment from the last BFN (all that drama with the CBDigi) or what but I'm very meh. Not even meh, I'm puh.

I vaguely know I am 7dpo but that's about it. Every now and again I wonder if I am preggo but then I move on. No 'Am I, Aren't I' excitement/brain churning of the last couple of cycles. I haven't been smoking (well, e-cigs) but I've been having a healthily large glass of red most nights.. Maybe I am rebelling..

Nevermind, we'll be Puh/Meh together on the back seat..

Punky - I have a roughly 13 day luteal phase, so AF arrives approx 13dpo and I have a 30 day cycle. Anything over 11 is supposed to be ok I think ?

FX Wood I hope Friday is lucky for you Grin

Thanks somuchfruit. That's nice to hear. I wouldn't have known what i was when we got DD because everything happened so damn fast! I've had a little chat with DP to say i'm a bit bummed by AF (plus work is horrid today and AF cramps) and he's very good about it. He knows my expectations are high because DD came post-mc which was also cycle1! But he's also said we have to enjoy trying which is so true! We get married in mid January so there's so much excitement (and stress) going on right now that there's no need to get too down in the dumps about it. I'm not really that bad, just a bit disappointed.

Lots of feeling a bit meh this morning. I am grumpy as hell. Not really sure why just am. And no I don't want to talk about it. So there.

Just pointed out to dh that going away with work next week would be rubbish as his, ahem, services would be required. He wants to go see one of the woman who works for him before she goes on mat leave. We compromised on a day trip.

Pass the hot chocolate and brandy spinning. Lots of cream, hold the marshmallows please.

I know the feeling Punky .. DS was a one-hit-wonder too. Wrong dates, one shag (DH was away before and after on business trips) and thereyago.. Baby!

I wasn't really ready for another until now. I loved having DS as an only child and was wary of getting upduffed and now.. now I don't seem to be able to and I doing mad things like taking cough medicine, reading about B Complex vits etc etc..

Last time the most I did in preparation for ttc was to fire in a few folic acid tabs and have a glance through the Mothercare window..

Not much to report though lol, CD 17 and been dtd eod other that the wkend when I was literally shivering under the duvet Sad and have a gut feeling we have missed ovulation....

Ive been feeling a bit on/off about concieving this month...it would be lovely BUT I am so busy sorting out my childcare setting ofsted are coming next week and its all paperwork going on its taken my mind off baby things.

Wondered where you were Smile .. That sounds unpleasant (the under-duvet shivers) but keep your FX you did enough to have some 'stores' from before O that might have done the job.

Ofsted/Paperwork ? I have a headache on your behalf already!
