Hi All,

Anyone else around for the Dec bus yet? I think AF has managed to kick me off Nov already as she has arrived a few days early, and my cycle will probably mean she is next due at the beginning of Dec rather than Nov.

So does anyone else want to climb on board and help me hang tinsel and drink mulled wine to while away the time until that bfp in Dec?

So very positive opk today. Obviously we'll dtd tonight. We've done it 4 nights in a row now. Things are on track, yes?

mama31 · 22/11/2013 10:22

Sounds good punkypod!!! Good work!

SMF I just want to relax and enjoy December! If I don't know when I ovulated then I can't obsess and stress over it! Also I feel when we know I'm ovulating both DH and I are trying to fit dtd in so many times....i just want it to flow naturally this month...and I won't be expecting my bfp this time will just be seeing what happens!

I'd imagine I'll be having a short cycle without the b6 prob about 23 or 24 days but that's fine, I'll get 2 shots on the Jan bus then ;)

flymo79 · 22/11/2013 11:04

hi all - can I have a ticket? need to lick my wounds a bit, evil red tide got me.
Couple of days will see me ready to party on the december/chrimbo bus.
I like the sound of not stressing about it this time, hopefully festive distractions will see me through!

......or both! :)

SoMuchFruit · 22/11/2013 11:24

I like your style Mama.. both sounds just the thing..

mama31 · 22/11/2013 11:26

Flymo, this thread is for sharing your feelings and trying to feel better from venting! So never feel you have to delete stuff!!! We are all in it together....and trust me....everything you are feeling right now is how I was feeling this time last week.....and I'm still not 100% again....but you do have to allow yourself to feel upset/angry/frustrated....before you can pick yourself up again....its perfectly normal to have these feelings. Have all the comforts you can over the weekend and come on here to vent as you feel you need to x

mama31 · 22/11/2013 11:28

SMF both it is then ;) glug....glug....glug

(pours Flymo a large mulled cider)

SoMuchFruit · 22/11/2013 11:29

What Mama said Flymo Smile .. you are allowed to have a wallow in self pity. This stuff is hard and part of dealing with hard stuff is allowing yourself to feel sad, then recover.

Don't delete! Spill!

SoMuchFruit · 22/11/2013 11:30

ItsSoFluffyImGonnaDie · 22/11/2013 11:53

Hello lovely ladies, not joining the bus officially yet but it's pretty lonely on the November bus at the moment!

AF is due tomorrow but I've not had any spotting (which I normally have at least 2 days of before) but bfn yesterday. Am now 13dpo and haven't had an LP passed 13 days since I started charting in Feb! I've got monster heartburn at the moment, which I've never had before ever, but I don't want to get my hopes up yet. Handholding needed please! Confused

mama31 · 22/11/2013 12:27

Itssofluffy! It does sound quite promising!!! And the no spotting sounds good! Wish I had that!!!! Lol really hope this is it for you, when are you testing again? What test did you use yesterday?

SaraRB123 · 22/11/2013 12:30

Everythinginmjniature yes amazon do cheapo opks that's where I get mine from x

SaraRB123 · 22/11/2013 12:31

Can I just ask what people's thoughts are about buying pg tests online - e.g digis?? I only ask because digis in Asda by me are £8 each, amazon do pack of 2 for £10? Wink

SoMuchFruit · 22/11/2013 12:38

That sounds encouraging ItsSo .. hope that the good signs continue!

I am reading about OPK's (not really wanting to go outside today..) is there a specific link to them on Amazon ?

I am trying to understand exactly how to use them to maximum benefit.

SoMuchFruit · 22/11/2013 12:51

They come with instructions for idiots like me right ?!

mama31 · 22/11/2013 12:53

SMF they are so cheap you can test as early and often as you like! Lol they work just fine, I've been using those!

I'm not using mine this month though....im on strike....well apart from dtd....im on strike! haha!

SaraRB123 · 22/11/2013 12:54

Yep that's what I will do next month if I'm not lucky enough to be bfp - but as this month is my first cycle post pill, I haven't had AF yet so I just did them every day as I had no idea when I was due to ov or due AF. I ov'd at the weekend according to my opks so I'm currently in 2ww. They are prone to evap lines which are grey and a +ve ov line is pink, but the lines I got were all pink - started off light, went darker and darker over a few days then went light before disappearing so it looks like they worked for me. They are a bargain aren't they? Free delivery too. So I used up to 3 a day when I started to get lines, but on the whole, 2 a day around 10am and 6pm x
