So sorry to hear about af mama I agree with everything someone earlier said about how great it is to have your positivity on the bus. Fingers crossed you get your bfp very soon Flowers

jaykay that list of symptoms is amazing! :)

jaykay and mrsb I think I will join June thread too as it seems a little scary opening up a July one, maybe I'll join both Grin

notta you definitely need to poas!!

My symptoms have definitely kicked in now and I'm a little worried as I was so lucky with ds and was only sick a handful of times and didn't feel too bad or too different. Already I'm eating like a horse and am now kicking myself for not losing the last bit of baby weight. Nausea has kicked in. Sense of smell increasing is not helping. And they say early pregnancy symptoms are not real... I'm only 13-14 dpo. Confused

Can anyone help re opks. I use ICs and when the lines start to appear, get bc diggie open. Cb diggie require MORE lh to get a pos so it really pinpoints. The ICs I usually see the lines gradually get darker then fade out.

This month, I got a pos opk IC cd 10ish (can't check calendar right now as am too stressed) but as it was so early I through the pee away before I could check the diggie - wasn't expecting the pos. then the pos went away and on cd 14 (as predicted by calendar) got a pos inc on cb diggie. Pos on cb diggie went away the next day. ICs for the last three days been gradually fading then today I got a pos on IC but neg on cb diggie.

Here is my question; I know we all have lh around all the time but should I have this much? Do we think I'm just seeing the natural lh OR is this is a sign that I'm not ovulating and my body keeps trying... I would like to also pose the question am I pg BUT as I'm only 3dpo from pos on opk, I doubt it. Unless that first IC pos was my ov then I'm 6dpo but why then did the lh go down briefly??

I can't help thinking this is bad ... Beating in mind cb diggie opk is negative..? ??

That's 'threw' the pee away not 'through' doh!

M33r. That sounds very confusing.
My understanding was the CB digis have an element of comparison to the last reading in them. So if you're not using them everyday are they definitely working properly?
With the IC opks - every time you're registering a positive is the line definitely darker than the control? When I used them, a true positive only happened once a cycle ( and this cycle not at all but I think that's because I wasn't using them two/three times a day a you're supposed to so I missed it).

Could you temp? Or would that not work?

FX for you!

Hi Cotton. Sending you virtual hugs. TTC is yes no argument an exiting process but it's also an emotional process. Also what Jaykay says. xx

m33r · 20/10/2013 13:39

jaykay pretty sure they're positives and have kept them all. Going to work out how to upload photos and will put them all up. I know you're not supposed to read after a certain time but mine never change colour from the read time.

Comparison in the cb diggies ???? Really??? Erm... I only eve use them twice-ish a month when ICs tell me.

Eesht! I'm in the queue for my hosp appt so I think I'll just do nothing this month, try not worry and wait for that appt to ask these questions then...

Meanwhile crossing my fingers of course!

M33r - which type are you using? The ones with flashing and fixed? Or just fixed?
Think it's only the former that compare the readings.

Report
m33r · 20/10/2013 13:50

Phew! Only ever had fixed! Thank goodness for that! Thanks for the info

Thanks for the info Gilly and jaykay......I think I will use the ov sticks next month if I don't get my bfp this time round!! It would deffo help to know for sure when I ovulate!

Report
jaykay987 · 20/10/2013 13:57

M33r - have you only had fixed because that's all the test can do (think these are the pink handled tests) or are you using the purple ones but have only had a fixed reading?

I don't know jaykay. Af due yesterday. I think i will leave it to be honest as i feel all 'periody'

I would rather af arrived than get a negative. They are just standard ones.

Not necessarily better.

Maybe commit to using them for one month, along side your ICs and temping. Just for one month. This should give you your answer. And mean you have more confidence in your ICs any months going forwards (if you're not pregnant by then AnywaySmile)

Notta - maybe wait for tomorrow's FMU?

I felt very much like AF was coming yesterday morning...before my positive afternoon tests...so don't lose hope yet! fX for you!

m33r i am ready i think for this wait, although I'm already beginning to do some crazy symptom spotting...I'm not sure though if because I'm on this bus i'm more aware of symptom spotting, or whether the other months i really had no symptoms because i wasn't pregnant.

Today at approx 5dpo i feel twinges in my low tummy either side above where my knicker line would be...i guess near my ovaries. But i REALLY feel i'm over thinking EVERYTHING at the moment. Oh god, this 2ww is never easy!!!
