mama Since stopping the pill three months ago my lp has been 7 days long each time, despite me taking b6. At the moment, it feels like it's going to be a long and painful journey.

Nottalotta Think I will stop b6 this time, yes. Am v worried about why it's not worked for me though. Was hoping my lp would have lengthened at least a little bit.

I have heard that it can delay ovulation too which may not be a good thing. I do hope you get a good result soon.

Yes, it delayed ov by two days but seemingly not af. Ironic.

Sorry vjones. I've been lurking to see how you're getting on. Lots of luck for November. Have you tried "not trying"? Lots of couples get a bfp when they relax their ttc,

Sort of. This month was a lot more relaxed, I didn't think about it at all until 2ww and although we were following smep, we missed a few days and weren't too bothered! An improvement on previous months, anyway!

vjones have a look whats on the tele tonight, get yourself a take away and maybe stop thinking anything for now?! It difficult to think straight the first day the bleeding kicks in. Give yourself a break and see where you are 24 hours from now. I think you will drive yourself mad if you spot for a few days praying it's implantation. x

And i'm joining you vjones. Mere minutes after saying i was tired and nauseas and i thought it was af symptoms and af arrives! Giving me a 23 day cycle.

So glad i bought wine on the way home. The 25 day cycles were givig me slight cause for concern. Not at all keen on a 23.

No sooner have i returned than i am unceremoniously chucked off again.

notta I'm sorry. How long was your lp this time? My cycle was 26 days but lp was only 7, as always.

I got home and for reasons now unknown I decided to test again, even though it was my last 10miu test so I won't have any for the morning. It's got the worlds feintest pink, straight line and while it took about 30 mins to develop instead of 10, it's heading in the right direction. Now I HAVE to wait til Friday as the postman won't get here with more before I leave work. What a dunce!

I don't know vjones. I haven't been temping or using opks. The idea is to 'see what happens' for the first 6 cycles. But i'm 36 and ttc #1 so i don't know. Maybe i should get opks.

And thankyou hislommel, fx for you, sounds promising!

How many cycles in are you notta? Maybe just try OPKs without temping for next month? I found them helpful this month, just to pinpoint things a bit.

I am on to cycle 5 now but had a looonng (7month) wait for af to return.

My last depo jab was sept 2012 so that covers you for 12 wks. Due next one 6th which i didn't have and AF finally turned up in june. So far have been 25 days on the mark but down to 23 this time.

Notta!!! Nooooooo! Sorry to you also! I know it's good to take a relaxed approach but I would def try ovulation sticks as at least that way you know when to dtd.....1st and 2nd cycle I didn't use them and I'm pretty sure that we dtd at the wrong times as once I started using them I realised that I ovulate really early in my cycle so was def important for me to find out or would have prob not thought about dtd often soon as af finishes!

Ooh hislommel could you not transport your FMU to work and buy a test on route? I don't want to encourage you too much but office toilets have had a pretty good success rate in the last few days!

I just asked my mathematician DF to work out if my HCG is at 10 now, when will it reach 12.5? Pahaha! Maybe I should just hang on for the pee party at mama's never going to happen
