Here we go again.....

The smallprint –
Berries have a strict entrance criteria (TTC #1, over 30, TTC for 6+months, NO instadiffers, must have a special pot) and def no mention of baby dust or baby dancing UGH !!! Ooooh aren’t we strict!

Stalking. rp I am certain from your chart you didn't O earlier and therefore will eat my hat if this is AF. May well be pre AF spotting but its surely too early for AF.

Bunnygirlie · 19/10/2013 09:51

Where is everyone?!?!?

I am sad only a few people post these days Sad

RevoltingPeasant · 19/10/2013 09:52

Thank you, you two. Last night I couldn't connect to FF and then I cried on DH and got him all soggy Blush

So this morning I still have spotting (TMI! TMI!) but it's dark brownish.

We shall see.... I put my mooncup in this a.m. as I didn't want to risk leakage during swimming...

merk i think it's too early for AF but I do get spotting like this the day before - and never otherwise - hence all my [confusion] Sad

BlueBirdy · 19/10/2013 09:52

Hello Smile I'm sort of new here. I've been reading a bit of this thread and decided to stop lurking and introduce myself. Been TTC for far too long now, like every one else here I guess.

Hey RP I also always have brown spotting, usually 10dpo, but this month was only 5dpo (!) and i always get my hopes up that it's implantation bleeding (but AF arrived on schedual as always!) That sort of thing still happens even when ladies go on to get their BFP, so FX for you in the mean time!

Sid I really hope that it's not a polyp and it gets sorted by itself! and hope your pooch is feeling better.

Hey to every one else here too, hope you all have a good weekend!

Anyway, I'm 30, TTC 22 cycles, only just got referred to a FC, so at least the ball is rolling now.

RevoltingPeasant · 19/10/2013 09:54

Hi Birdy :) good for you for getting that FC referral. Do you have an appointment yet?

Didn't see you had a poorly dog Sid. Never rains but it pours, eh!

CatsCantFlyFast · 19/10/2013 09:57

Hi blue welcome to the berries. Sorry to hear of your woes

rp try to separate the two worries... It's normal for a LP to fluctuate occasionally so if this was a cycle with a shorter LP it doesn't necessarily mean you have a short LP issue. (However think you will find your LP is not going to be any shorter this month). Second worry is whether the spotting means AF or BFP and for that you either have to keep testing or wait and find out. The outcome will be the same either way. FX its the BFP. And whilst lots of people have spotting pre AF, dark brown spotting is a common pre BFP symptom (I had it). Just saying.

BlindKitty · 19/10/2013 09:58

rp you don't normally get spotting this early though do you? I know you might be right but best not go out on the lash tonight or anything!

birdy welcome to the thread! These berries will look after you good and proper! Has your gp done any blood tests yet? Might speed up the process at the fc if you can get stuff done now.

Bunnygirlie · 19/10/2013 10:17

merk you naughty berry! I have been depressing myself reading the copter thread, you could have shared your lovely news that it's a pink one x

RP the confusion and not knowing is horrid isn't it, every time my AF changes, shortens etc I wonder why, then the lovely berries suggest it might not be AF cue more confusion, and it's always AF!!! Sad

Welcome blue or do you prefer birdy. We are a fab bunch, even if I do say so myself Grin sorry to hear about your struggling, shite innit!

CatsCantFlyFast · 19/10/2013 10:22

Bunny I'm a bit careful as I'm not sure what to post or whether to post at all. I truly know and remember how hard it is outside of the chopper and don't want to be making you all feel worse. On the other hand I have to stalk to make sure I get a chance to drag you all along! x

Bunnygirlie · 19/10/2013 10:42

Oh merk we still like to hear your news even me when I'm all depressed and blue we still care about our berrycopter chums x

I had to tell boom off too for not telling us she'd had her scan! Grin

OP posts:
BlueBirdy · 19/10/2013 10:59

Hi birdy is fine, (though blue is probably more apt)

Have had all the bloods, and all was normal. DH did have a below average result but is now in the normal range since he improved his diet and pretty much cut out the all the beer (bless him, he's been great). I do worry about my luteal phase being short as I O CD16 and start spotting quite early, but will wait and see what the FC says. Not got the letter through yet, I know these things take time Hmm at least now I have found you lovely ladies to keep me going in the mean time!

RevoltingPeasant · 19/10/2013 11:01

Oh Merk I always really like it when you post! :) I miss Boom too. Is it true she will have twins? I like it when people come back as it reminds me there's light at the end of the tunnel!!

Also - dim question - I should be okay to have a mooncup in all day right? Put it in for swimming this morning, now at work, can't really take it out and pop it 'naked' in my bag (bleurgh). Even if it is by any chance a bfp...........?

BlindKitty · 19/10/2013 11:11

rp no idea about the moon cup question but boom is having 2 berry babies!

RevoltingPeasant · 19/10/2013 11:26

Aw, how lovely :) (the babies, not the mooncup Grin )

RevoltingPeasant · 19/10/2013 11:28

In other slightly disgusting news there is definite bleeding, not just brown spotting, so game over for this month :(

CatsCantFlyFast · 19/10/2013 12:22

Yes moon cup can stay in. Damnit for AF arriving
Birdy spotting is more likely to indicate low progesterone levels I think

Boodle9 · 19/10/2013 12:28

Happy weekend, Berries...even if we are all a bit glum. I'm cd 11 today and battling a stinky cold. Did manage to DTD last night then fall straight into a sleep coma but all seems a bit pointless now I'm waiting for my IVF referral.

Welcome, Birdy - another 30 year old; have you come to usurp me as 'Baby Berry'? (A title which I have bestowed on myself unofficially as an homage to the wonderful spice girls...)

Bunny, come on, my IVF pal! Chin up! I need you to stay positive so that I stay positive! Grin

Boodle9 · 19/10/2013 12:30

Birdy, meant to add that I am also a spotter with short luteal phase of 9 days. Clomid fixed the luteal phase and reduced the spotting but, alas, still no BFP.

yorkiebilb · 19/10/2013 13:47

Welcome to the berry thread birdy How long have you been waiting for your referral letter?

Sorry to hear about bleeding rp I know it is tough but try and take the positives from this cycle, that you successfully dtd loads at the right time and hopefully now your oh has the right meds you can achieve that again and be one step closer to getting your BFP! Hope you're okay x

How is everyone else?

Bunnygirlie · 19/10/2013 14:32

Oooooh lots of posts, exciting

Glad I'm not the only one missing the berries in the copter, merk and kitty please keep visiting and tell the others we'd love to hear their news too x

RP boooo to AF Angry

yorkie boodle where you been lovely ladies?!?!?

boodle sorry to hear you feel poorly. I know what you mean about waiting for ivf stuff, I thought about not bothering to DTD anymore but then consultant said I 'might' be slightly more fertile for a few months after op grrrrrr Wink CD13 here, DTD yesterday.

How are you yorkie?

So who is Baby Berry then? Does that make me Scary Berry?!?

OP posts:
Bunnygirlie · 19/10/2013 14:33

boodle trying to keep my chin up but you haven't been in to HQ for a while. I missed you!

OP posts:
RevoltingPeasant · 19/10/2013 14:38

I can be Bloody Berry

Yes yorkie you are quite right! Poor DH, after his heroic efforts last month Grin He said in desperation this morning, 'We can dtd 4 times this month if you want' - !!! Anything to make me feel better....

Yay for bunny & boodle, shagging through the pain like proper soldiers!! Wink

yorkiebilb · 19/10/2013 14:44

Sorry for neglecting the thread bunny DH passed on his germs to me and I was ill last week, got rid of it, then got it again! Am I forgiven?!

Hope you feel better soon boodle Feeling ill and ttc is pants!

BlindKitty · 19/10/2013 15:54

bunny what do you mean 'visiting'? I never left haha!

yorkie remind me where you are up to now?

yorkiebilb · 19/10/2013 16:04

I'm 11 dpt, 10dpo I think. Feeling crampy past couple of days so think AF is on its way Sad

DH and I are debating whether to try another IUI again or if we should save the money to put towards ivf.
