Barking, I'm so sorry that your fears were confirmed. I hope everyone was right and that this is the lowest point, and everything is up from here on in. I don't know if it is actually any comfort, but I know that for me all the TTC was hellish because I was so sure that it would never ever happen for me, that my body just wasn't built the right way, but you know now that yours is. You clearly can get pregnant, so it will happen again. It seems that mc are scarily common, so it's a very lucky person who never experiences one. Hopefully this will be your only heartbreak, and things will just get better.

Just trying to balance things out, I know how exciting it is to have happy news to share, didn't want anyone missing out on sharing the happiness just because I've had bad news. I'll be ok, I know that I'm not ok yet but in the meantime life must somehow go on, and a berry bfp plus an extra berry heartbeat is a pretty damn fine way for life to go on.
