Hi coffee don't worry I had a flashing smiley for 9 days before it fixed, it's different for everyone and the 2 days flashing is just the 'standard' for a regular cycle I think.

Hi wispa, I tried opks a few months ago when my cycles were still fairly regular & they did work but we didn't conceive even though we dtd on the right day. So I thought maybe they just add to the pressure & I know if you are stressed its much harder to conceive. I might try using them again next month though as if would be really good to know when ov happens.

My periods are irregular too (21-29) days so I use a digi opk to monitor when I ovulate and that varies from cd6-11. My luteal phase is about 14 days tho. I had blood taken last week but some of the results were weird so am speaking to my gp on wed to see what's up and will have another set taken in a week to check.

Hope everyone's having a lovely long weekend. I'm in Scotland, so no bank holiday for me, but we do have sun. Went out with some friends yesterday afternoon - one of them is newly pregnant, due beginning of April. Really pleased for her as she'd been trying for a couple of months.

I think I ov'd on Thursday/ Friday (going by EWCM) so I'm probably in the 2ww now. Hopefully we managed to DTD at roughly the right time, but we shall see. If I don't get a BFP this cycle I think we'll try another cycle watching out for EWCM before I get some cheapy OPK sticks and try actually timing things properly. In the mean time I have a job lot of cheapy pregnancy tests to entertain myself with from next Sunday seeing as, according to my diary, 1st September is Father's Day in Australia and New Zealand.

I think... Fx that I may be the first bfp? It's extremely faint so may be getting hopes up without cause BUT it's there! (I know not strictly September but af is really varied)...

Not great - I was hoping the weekend would coincide with my fertile window, so now I'll have to try and coerce DH the next few days. It's so much more difficult on work days! We're just too tired

International love you must be like a DTD goddess I get cystitis symptoms just thinking 7times could you walk the next day?!
Have been watching the August bus (totally unrealistically thought I may been hop on it) they have had loads of BFPS let's keep the trend going ladies
