Ladies, Fred title says it all; we are the ones who shag as much as our men can cope with in order to get upduffed without the stress of scientific whatnots!

Fred rules (copied from previous Fred)

  1. Thou shalt shag as much as humanly possible in order to get upduffed.
  2. Thou shalt not partake of OPKs, temping, or charting.
  3. Thou shalt keep symptom spotting to a minimum.
  4. Thou shalt share and with your fredmates where needed.

JSing lingo;

ERTD = Evil Red Tide of Dooooooommmmmmm. Or AF to most others.

Pant snot = Egg white cervical mucus.

Doing a kitten = Getting upduffed soon after joining (warning: may induce in other posters).

Viroid = This is you, dear poster. This is from the first JS thread when someone tried to type 'ladies' and it autocorrected to 'Viroids' - so there you go!

POAS = Pee On A Stick (of the pregnancy detecting kind, not from a tree). Also known as PIAR (Pee In A Ramekin - cos we're posh birds innit). Or PIATLH (Tea light holder) PIAWG (Wine glass) or anything else you care to pee in!

Shagging like something = JSing like a teenage nymphomaniac.

Giving a hooya = Giving a much needed slap to a fellow poster in danger of slipping into ttc obsession.

Contraband = Of COURSE none of us EVER partake of any silly OPKs or temp charting. They are Contraband.

Happy shagging shaggers!

Writerwannabe83 · 22/07/2013 18:33

frogchops · 22/07/2013 18:38

Oh! Where do I find the smiley drama crown?? Someone post it! I'm totally honoured and didn't even prepare a speech! Grin
I was thinking though, i started wearing the crown in oct/nov 2012 I think. It's almost antique! Was handed to bear when I left, but I'm pleased to see its being shared around. God knows where my cape went, I think I was so excited tht I just whipped it off and chucked it in the pity pool on my way out!

cookielove · 22/07/2013 18:45

cookielove · 22/07/2013 18:54

Writer mine is the 4th of April, two days after my birthday Shock and two months eleven days before my brothers wedding, and two months before we fly out!!! That will be scary!!

Dh is already being so lovely, he's rubbed my belly a few times and has told me to be healthy

OP posts:
Writerwannabe83 · 22/07/2013 18:57

My DH is being crap, lol - I keep trying to make him do stuff for me with reasons along the lines of, "I'm carrying your baby....." But is getting me nowhere!!

He just rolls his eyes and says, "You are going to be an absolute nightmare!!!" Grin

We have named it though Bee-Bee Grin

cookielove · 22/07/2013 19:09

Ahhhhh i asked dh what we should call it and he looked at me like i was crazy!!

Bee-Bee is very cute.

I think we shall be calling it the baby, original is me!!

Writerwannabe83 · 22/07/2013 19:22

Cookie - you wouldn't think it was very cute if you knew why it was called Bee-Bee Grin

Bearfacedchic · 22/07/2013 19:37

Ooo do tell Writer!

Cookie- Thanks but our appointment is on Thursday. Will let you know. I think a lot of it will be case histories and discussion, but I'm reliably informed on the BESH Fred that they may want to look up my foof too. Blush Glad I asked as I've been mentally able to prepare myself. and tidy the lady garden too Actually, I'm not really that embarrassed. I'm sure it'll bd fine. I'm more bothered about what they find.

ChocChaffinch · 22/07/2013 19:47

cookie is yours a 30 day cycle?
ovved on 10/11 jul?

ZingWidge · 22/07/2013 19:48

so why is it Bee-Bee? spill the dirt

Writerwannabe83 · 22/07/2013 19:49

Ok - but no judging!! Grin

My husband has nicknames (which he uses very lovingly) for me and our two cats.

I'm called Grumpy Basard Grin
One cat is called either Naughty Basard or Fat Basard
And the other is called Mardy Bas
tard.

I must stress that the use of the B word is used very affectionately, I promise!! Grin When he calls us by our nicknames there is always a smile on his face and he says it in a way that it doesn't even sound like a swear word, he just says it very sweetly Grin

Anyway - because we are all known as being some kind of Basard (including DH who is known as Smelly Basard) it makes sense that our new addition joins the fold, and so his/her name is currently "Baby Bas*ard" Grin

But we obviously can't use the word baby in case other people hear it, so we refer to it as B (baby) B (bas*ard).

AKA Bee-Bee Grin

It may sound very odd - but it is actually very sweet Grin

ChocChaffinch · 22/07/2013 19:50

ROFL at the bas*ard family !!!!!!!!!!!

ChocChaffinch · 22/07/2013 19:51

AndieDisestablishment · 22/07/2013 19:57

Writer That's brilliant, sounds like the same kind of affection in our house (everyone is a douchebag)

I've told DP we need something better to refer to this bean as than Gilburt. People may actually think we're the kind of people to call the actual baby that.l

cookielove · 22/07/2013 19:58

choc i pee'd in a ramkin this morning so it was fmu for both tests.

I have a 28 day cycle, today was 12 dpo so that means i ov'd on the 11th/12th ish!!

ChocChaffinch · 22/07/2013 20:04
fifi669 · 22/07/2013 20:24

writer we have something similar here! DP and I like to call each other fcking cnt.... With a's for the stars, then it sounds a bit London gangster style, we find it hilarious, though def for home use only after DS is safely in bed. I don't think him loving repeating that to a child at nursery would go down too well....

ChocChaffinch · 22/07/2013 20:27

my mum taught 2yo dd 'bugger' it was basically her 3rd word Angry she amused lots of other people with it though

ChocChaffinch · 22/07/2013 20:28
