It may only be May 4th, but I'm out for this month (although technically AF due 30th May - I just like starting new threads).

Peachy I used to say that it only ever took a pg test to bring on AF, in fact me and dh would joke if I was late that "maybe we should test just to bring it on!".

sorry about AF, (((hugs)))

peachygirl · 12/06/2006 17:34

Thanks wannabe, it's just early signs but hey ho onwards and upwards

titchy77 · 12/06/2006 17:41

Congratulations to all you ladies who had a bfp result this month and good luck to all those still trying,
I got a BFP last night so am over the moon thou a little nervous as i m/c in oct but fingers crossed.

Sexonlegs · 12/06/2006 18:04

Oh Peachy, my heart goes out to you if af really has turned up.
I am sorry we all got so over excited and put pressure on you - I hope you are feeling ok.
XXXXX

peachygirl · 12/06/2006 18:18

I'm fine, no real pressure felt.

coggy · 12/06/2006 18:57

Peachy - sorry that you feel that AF is coming, maybe she'll not come after all?

Trace - why do you think that you won't be pg? If you ov'd this month you've got a good chance.
Nice that we are around the same CD again this month. :)
Klou (i think) had her progesterone results and was told they were too low for ov and there she is pg (the same month I believe!!!)
I would do a link to where she says about it but you all know I'm rubbish at that! Blush So you'll have to search for it instead I'm afraid!!

mummy2jake · 12/06/2006 19:17

peachygirl · 12/06/2006 19:47

Hi trace, I have a (dare I say it) minute tiny hope that it could be implantation as it is brown and when Af comes she arrives full force bright red. I don't usually spot at the beginning at all Sorry TMI Blush
I'm sorry you don't think it is your month, are you sure you have no other symptoms?

trace2 · 12/06/2006 19:49

whooooooooo, i hope so, only loged on to check on you, dont worry about me, just pleased ive ovulatedGrin

keeping my fingers and toes crossed xxxxxxxxxxxx

Sexonlegs · 12/06/2006 20:22

I am feeling right naffed off and confused. According to the ov test, I ovulated somewhere between Tuesday and Thursday of last week. Today, I am having crampy pain and blood streaked cm like af pain- af not due until Sunday. I had this last month as well, where I had light bleeding for a whole week before, and then full on af for c 5 days, so almost 2 weeks of af.
I find it strange that seeing as I ov'd only a few days ago that I am now having this spotitng and cramping.
Any clues?

pussycatmomma · 12/06/2006 20:24

hi everyone.....
just thought i would say a quick hello. Thanks for concern of trace, wannabe and peachy, that was lovely of you all. Just wanted to say am ok, but really have been staying away from ttc boards as you all may have realised. Im finding things v. difficult at the moment, and just for now, it is easier for me not to focus on things too much. I still value greatly all the support and good vibes i have recieved each and every time i have logged onto mumsnet. To my other three oldtiming ladies (you know who you are), i want to keep in touch with all of you, and maybe in a few days/weeks, i will feel i can come on the boards again and take part in more discussions, and hopefully be able to offer encouragement and kindness as others have done for me on so many occasions. I hope i havent offended anyone in any way. I havent conciously not come on mn, but have been trying to concentrate on my r/life for a bit, and also trying to "not focus" on my ttc efforts.
Just to update you , my dh had took his sperm test in for analysis last week, so we will be waiting for news on that. I was so pleased he finally agreed , i couldnt quite believe I was handing it in to hospital pathology!! (for anyone who might recall, it was a difficult job getting him to agree!)
lots of love to all,
And also warmest wishes and congratulations to everyone who has celebrated a bfp this month. I knew these threads must be lucky for some!!!
I wish everyone happpy and healthy pregnancies, and look forward to seeing your little bundles in "member profiles" in 9 months time.
xxxxxxxxxxxxx

pussycatmomma · 12/06/2006 20:24

((((big hugs ))))xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

trace2 · 12/06/2006 20:52

anyone about??

decafgirl · 12/06/2006 21:59

Nice to hear from you pussycat, take care xxx

klou · 13/06/2006 02:07

Conception : ovulation/progesterone levels obgyn question
not sure if the link will work

Coggy - you are right, i was told after the 21 day test that my levels where a bit low for a pregnancy - AND not good/but not bad for ovulation - well - here i am pregnant.

I also had bad cramps, just like period cramps and i thought oh here we go - but the difference was they lasted 3-4 days, as opposed to the day before, that's when i began to wonder, but because of the 21 day test result i thought , no, not this month,,,,,it's still early days for me however and i had a m/c in december 05.

coggy · 13/06/2006 07:09

Klou I do really hope that all goes well with your pg this time.
Do you feel like you can relax into it or will you be very nervous because of your m/c?

I had a stillbirth this time last year and I don't think I will ever be able to 'enjoy' a pg quite so naively again.

I wish you a really happy and healthy nine months. :)

Natty1806 · 13/06/2006 08:19

Sorry to hear that coggy Sad

Coriander73 · 13/06/2006 09:02

Thinking of you Pussycat

x

Sexonlegs · 13/06/2006 11:02

Oh Coggy, I am so sorry to hear that; I cannot think of anything worse.
Fingers crossed tightly next time around.
xx

wannaBe1974 · 13/06/2006 11:21

morning all :)

Peachy hope that your af hasn't arrived in full force and that it was an implantation bleed. if so you shouldn't test for at least another 5 days :).

Pussycat glad to hear you're doing ok and that you got your DH to the gp for his sperm test.

Coggy (((hugs))) so sorry to hear of what you went through last year. I can't begin to imagine what that must have been like, but I do hope that the experience doesn't prevent you from enjoying a pregnancy in the future, although I totally understand how this would be the case.

I'm on cd23 today and feeling very ... well I'd generally describe it as premenstral but I generally don't suffer with major pmt so maybe I'm just miserable, lol. Have had the idea that we should go on holiday to Florida next year and stay on disney property etc, am sure my DS would have a wonderful time. Then last night in bed I said that "i bet that now I've got my heart into going to disney I'll get pregnant" and my dh just sighed and said "oh I wouldn't have thought so". Tbh I think he's fed up with the whole thing now and just wants to forget about it. I know he does want us to have another baby, but I think the whole me not getting pregnant ha sjust made him demoralised so he'd just rather not really talk about it. although when I asked him if I was going to go on the pill when af arrived then he said that he was going to the gp this week. Didn't say anything to that as I think it's a bit of a sore point. It's up to him now really, if he wants to go then he will, but I'm not even going to mention it again.

Hopecat · 13/06/2006 11:52

Morning everyone - CD13 for me today. Still BDing for En-ger-land.

Peachy - it ain't over till it's over. And never say sorry for getting hopes up - we can handle it!

Wannabe - has your DH not considered going for tests before? I hope he does. If nothing else it would be another doubt eliminated. Otherwise resentment might start to build. Hope he goes through with it for both your sakes. Smile

Congratulations titchy! Grin

Hi m2j - thanks for popping in. Hope all's progressing well with you.

Coggy - I saw the thread about your stillbirth before. Sad. It was you DS's birthdate the other week wasn't it? Of course you'll be nervous, but the chances of it happening again must be infinitessimaly[sp?] small. You WILL have a happy pregnancy. Smile
