We are TwiSlutsAnonymous, and began as a Twilight appreciation/horrified staring quiche three years ago. We read a lot of fanfic and write a lot of fanfic too. We were quite amused when Fifty Shades of Grey was published, as we'd all read it as Twific a couple of years previously. Not all fic is that badly written, mind you (I hope mine isn't). We read from a lot of fandoms, but most noticeably Twilight, Harry Potter, Sherlock, Merlin, and Star Trek. It's largely slashfic these days too (ie male/male relationships), because two cocks are better than one

You've never heard of fanfiction, Rie? Clearly you are not so much of a nerd as me! It's basically taking the characters from a book/film/TV series and writing stories about them - many of which are sexually explicit, and many of which involve character pairings that are not part of the original work (or "canon"). Gay parings are called slash after the first slash pairing: Kirk/Spock. Personally, I prefer Kirk with Doctor McCoy, though...
