I have no idea about the training of a racehorse Frankel but I wish he'd won too. Seb Coe is such a smug smarmy twat, he just has a face perfect for punching. I was kinda hoping the Duchess would projectile vomit over him. How funny would that have been.

I still haven't ovulated CD bloody 40 . If I don't ov in the next 3 days it will be my longest cycle since my mammoth 170-something cycle when coming off the Pill We are at least managing the sechs - twice over the weekend and HWHNN has promised we'll aim for every other day over Christmas and New Year - lucky git is now off work until 3rd Jan

Tippy I don't just say Sir Henry because of his Frankel connections, the man is truly a genius and so deserving of such an award: Champion Trainer in the 70s and 80s, he faded into almost obscurity by the early 2000s, his marriage broke down, his twin brother died and he had his worst ever season training just 12 winners. Slowly he built himself back up, refusing to retire and give in. He's also been battling stomach cancer for the last few years - the same disease that took his brother. The recent pictures of him on the racecourse have been shocking, but he is apparently making progress again.

This was Sir Henry in October 2011 and this was him in August this year

I had a luffly day. My Dad had a spare ticket to a Christmas sing-a-long at a proper old fashioned cinema. 'twas so much fun singing to old classics. I was one of only two under 40 but I think she was there as a carer but it was great!

Things are going fine thanks. Well apart from having a fanjo that looks like someone has been doing embroidery samplers on it. Edward is well worth it tho so I am not complaining.
