Greetings sisters [puts flowers in hair]

Bring your very best woo & let's see if we can magick up a few baybees (insta-differs not allowed).

New recruits are required to locate the BESH spell aka the BESHtionnaire and submit for further scrutiny.

[dances round bare foot]

I am still angling for you to be the ironidiff goddess. We can pour you daily libations of, umm, some non-grim ttc-related fluid.

Yes, where is kick?

HaveALittleFaith · 28/08/2012 18:46

Chart linkage please oh horsey one! Still hanging on for ironi-diff!

FrankelSaysRelax · 28/08/2012 19:00

Just arrived at a dance lesson, so will provide linkage later

Happy anniversary, euro. What was in That Bag?

Sorry I missed the beginning of the fred. I think I hit my first wave of --diffedness- exhaustion. I collapsed on the couch all of last night.

Waves and smoky weed to you all. Or incense. Or daisy chains. Or all of those.

CamelKnees · 28/08/2012 20:17

I think there's a bit of a story re kick

She hung out on another TTC thread with a couple of others ladies I "know" so I lurk on there sometimes to see how they're getting on, and kick posted on there a week or so ago saying she'd been banned from MN for some altercation on dadsnet..... Don't know the details but all sounded very dramatic!

alwyn · 28/08/2012 20:20

Yes, euro, what did you get in the end?

I have had a good weekend of festivalling (in true woo style) and baby visiting/BBQing/drinking heavily.

Back at school today though (boo!) although at least it was a training day so no bloody kids. They're back tomorrow.

I've started charting in preparation for everything going well in October and being able to TTC again. That way (hopefully) I'll have a better chance of timing the sechs right to get diffed ASAP. One of the ladies at work has timed hers bloody well. She's 3 weeks from EDD, meaning she's had all summer off, has to do 3 weeks and is off for most of the year!

I am Organising Social Meet Ups

Here! On MN!

HaveALittleFaith · 28/08/2012 20:40

With whom rie?

Yes, yes, what's in the box euro?

Howdy to alwyn, back on the charting. Good luck for the start of the school year, I hope it's much better for you!

Hello, I have Endometriosis and Uterus Didelphys (2 wombs) and have been treated with Triptorelin for the last 5 months because the pain I experience is crippling on a daily basis. I was adamant that I was having a hysterectomy (I am 28 now and have wanted surgery since I was 21) until only 3 days ago. I suddenley realised how much I wanted a baby, I spoke to my fiance (6 year relationship) and we decided that when I go to my specialist in October we will discuss our options.
I was very suprised that my partner had agreed to wanting a child as we are both very similar and have always said we wouldn't have kids.
Now I am worried, all I can think about is having a child, I have even been thinking baby names and imaging what it will be like to have a bump, however I dont want to get my hopes up too much because of my conditions.
Having one of either would be bad enough but having both now feels like an infertility sentence to me. I have 2 small wombs and my left womb and overy has endometrial tissue growing around it, up into my stomach. The triptorelin stops me from ovulating which helps with the pain.
I have been told that I have a 60% chance of miscarraige, and that if I did carry to term it would actually be premature and have to be delivered via C section.

I was just wondering if anyone knows of anyone with both of these conditions and if they have managed to conceive, if so how long did it take and did they go full term>

Northey · 28/08/2012 21:27

Who are The Corns?

I am admiring and fascinated by how far kick's eeeevilness has taken her!

Northey · 28/08/2012 21:30

I'm not a chart expert, fsr, but that massive temp drop doesn't look ideal (as far as I know). But it ain't over till etc.

HaveALittleFaith · 28/08/2012 21:34

I want to say I'm Shock by kick but I'm not massively surprised! What a rebel I invited to join the gang!

Hello to Lynzi. I don't really know much about your conditions but I do have sympathy for your circumstances. this is more of a general we've all been trying to win a baybee for a while and generally talk about our woe. If you think you'd fit in, feel free to search for and fill in the BESHtionnaire. If you want more specific advice about the effect your health problems will have on your fertility it may be helpful to post a thread in Conception.

Day 6 of the spotting today. It is now - tmi - a fetching dark brown shade, rather than light brown. The only time I've had spotting for this long was last summer with the pregnancy that turned out to be a mmc. Bfn this morning but am still only 12dpo. Menkul menkul menkul.

C'mon euro, need to know what the sparkly thing is! Have you had a good anniversary?

frank keeping things crossed for you.

Ceremonial bonfire Norf - have you seen that film The Wicker Man? Grin

Euro our wedding & my engagement ring were from Tiffanys

So it's official - the IVF is starting v soon. We are going to an Open Evening at the clinic next week as well as The Appointment.

If I was really channeling the Fred Feem I wouldn't need IVF. I'd just get you all to do some weird fertility dance & ta dah!!! We'd all be diffed. However, that's highly unlikely so you'll have to put up with my wittering fir a while.

ShredniVashtar · 28/08/2012 22:30

Oooh, that's a big development, jethro. Does the treatment start straight from the appt date or will there be tests and shiz to go through?

I think the woad is very fetching on you, fsr.

ArielThePiraticalMermaid · 28/08/2012 22:40

An Open Evening? That sounds awfully civilised. I'm envisioning something like Parents' Evening, where you get to inspect their books. You can peer into microscopes perhaps and look at wriggly little spermz. You can flick through photo albums of little embryos. You can Have A Go and injecting sperm into egg.

Sounds fun!
