Did Euro have the "normal" long protocol which most people have if their eggs are ok enough? Lyra had the short protocol which didn't involve menopausal nastiness.

Shredni Vashtar is the name of a polecat-ferret in a story by Saki. It's worshipped as a god by a small, lonely boy and eventually wreaks terrible havoc. If you haven't read any Saki stories, I thoroughly recommend them. Like Jeeves and Wooster gone sinister. The "shred" spelling is a reference to the 30 day shred, which I still haven't done and never will.

I quite like FizzyFeet - does anyone else get a fizzy, tingly feeling in their feet when they're tired? So might stick with it for a bit. And you'll all just have to picture my feet instead now!
