OP posts:
NicolaHazel · 05/07/2012 13:05

You send wee every couple of weeks.

I've been accepted too :-)

Maclairey · 05/07/2012 13:07

Oh dear Nicola not you as well. Hope you feel better soon.

Newbie I don't like tight things around my tummy at all so it's not a sign sadly.

I am really worried that I have got myself excited for no reason.

Newbie2 · 05/07/2012 13:41

Oh that sounds good Mum. I think I already have every product CB sell so no good for me lol

NicolaHazel · 05/07/2012 13:42

I think it's just OV weirdness...typical I should feel odd!

Fx for you tomorrow Maclairey. It does appear to be promising.

I hate tights generally. I'm too tall to wear them successfully!

DulcetMoans · 05/07/2012 13:50

I applied for the clearblue thing too, I can't resist anything that's free! No phonecall though so now I feel rejected!

So, I don't have any symptoms to spot for symptom spotting.

I want to egg you on to POAS maclairey but you seem down and I don't want you to do it if you are sad.

LisaC2611 · 05/07/2012 14:01

I've also applied for the Clearblue thing but suspect I will be too old, especially as I want to go and see my GP if nothing has happened after the next cycle. But you never know unless you try.

Maclairey · 05/07/2012 14:01

I am not down Dulcet just trying to stay grounded. I mean it's highly unlikely that I have caught my first eggy so I don't want to get my hopes up, that's all

Will poas in the morning, better with fmu anyway regardless of the result.

I have to admit I am terrified!

Newbie2 · 05/07/2012 14:06

Mclairey terrified of the disappointment or result?

mrsbugsywugsy · 05/07/2012 14:09

hello, I just thought I would pop in and see how you are all doing. Congratulations on your BFP Popinda. Have there been any others? I have only read the last couple of pages.

All is going well for me, I am now 10 weeks pregnant. I just had my booking in appointment with the midwife and it is finally starting to feel real. Still two weeks to go till my scan though.

By the way enjoy the DTD while you can ladies, as soon as I got pg I completely went off the idea.

Good luck everyone!

Maclairey · 05/07/2012 14:28

The disappointment Newbie.

Congrats on your 10 weeks MrsBugsy!! All the very best for the next 30 weeks!

Newbie2 · 05/07/2012 15:08

Mclairey I'm keeping my fx crossed for you. Us ladies are here should you need picking up and dusting off! I'm deffinately feel like I'm going to need a good dusting come Tuesday!

DulcetMoans · 05/07/2012 15:25

Sounds like there might be another BFP on the July thread in the morning. Feel a bit stuck, waiting for ov, nothing to pee on, no symptoms to spot. Boooooo!

Well we will all be hoping for you in the morning maclairey. There as much chance of catching this egg as the others if you did it at the right times. Not long to find out now.

LisaC2611 · 05/07/2012 15:49

Oooo a BFP possibility tomorrwo - let's hope there is one dulcet. We need to start the ball rolling for us all.

My body is playing silly buggers with me, it just does not know what to do with itself. I've been having funny pains all day which feel like my normal af pains but then suddenly my left side feels like its having ov pains. My right side was the side I felt the OV pains at the beginning of the week - wtf!

DulcetMoans · 05/07/2012 17:48

Yeah, it's going really well on their thread. We need some to rub off on us lisa! Still, lots of July left for us to fill with BFPs.

Just went for a little run to clear my head of baby thoughts. It didn't work! Got a dance class now though so that's something else to think about, to stop me falling flat on my face if nothing else!

NicolaHazel · 05/07/2012 17:48

I had pains on both sides last month, Lisa. But I'm also not sure I ovulated, as I certainly didn't feel like I have this week last month! Though what with all my negative OPKs, I've apparently not this month either. Sure I have though.

Wonder if I can persuade H2B to DTD tonight...hmm! CD16 is getting to the end of the fertile time, so I suppose it is worth one final shot. :-)

DulcetMoans · 05/07/2012 17:50

For sure worth one more go nicola! One for luck!

If I am successful this month it is a baby from my left side. Haha. That's where the feelings are coming from today.

NicolaHazel · 05/07/2012 17:54

I think I'm left too...we really must stop coordinating everything we do!

Got that really heavy feeling still. And I'm feeling odd too. This natural hormone thing is not nice. I've got the sense of smell of a bloodhound since coming off hormonal BC too!

Are you DTD tonight, Dulcet?

mumbaisapphire · 05/07/2012 18:54

I'm dtd tonight. We were meant to last night but tiredness overtook. Am hoping that dtd on day 17 was successful and we'll dtd tonight as there was still ewcm today so going to give it a shot. FX!! Feel like this cycle is a write off though and can't wait for the ov sticks to arrive!! Sorry - don't get on here much. I read a lot but have a new job and don't feel comfortable logging onto this site whilst at work. Don't want my TTC habit to be detected!!! Good luck all.

DulcetMoans · 05/07/2012 19:38

Yep, plan to DTD tonight. Just gave ourselves yesterday off. Well hopefully we can coordinate our BFPs as well nicola! Just did an ov stick but only cos they are in here. Not a dark line so I guess that's a no. I think I will know before the sticks do though!

NicolaHazel · 05/07/2012 19:55

I'm giving up on the sticks...they just don't work for me. Hopefully the smilies from CB will be better. Assuming I still need to join the trial after 19th! :-)

It would be nice to coordinate BFPs!

Popinda · 05/07/2012 20:34

Ok ladies, its look like I need to step in! :o
first of all mrsbugsy glad everything going all right for you! are you having any morning sickness? Also, welcome all the newcomers! Good luck with getting bfps very soon.
Now, nicola dont give up on the ov sticks just yet as I almost did that and than I wouldnt know that I ov'd on 18-19cd!
About all of your symptoms, I had all the symptoms possible the months before I actually got pg! the month when I did, I wasnt very hopeful and had hardly any extreme symptoms! so you all still in with the change.
One more thing, last night I went to a&e as I had a shooting pain in my left lower abdominal. They did all the test and told me to come back in the morning for the scan as they thought there is a possibility of ectopic pregnancy. so this morning went back to hospital and had a scan. Everything is ok! So very happy! got to see the little blob inside me. Well at the moment is there just gestational sack. made it all very real seeing that! dh almost cried when he seen that! oohh! :) plus im getting another scan in two weeks just to check everything is going ok! makes the 12 week waiting shorter. :)
well the upshot of it all was, that I thought ov'd from my left ovary, as that was where I had a pain during my ovaltion last month and it was left side hurting me, but when the nurse was doing the scan, she said: so its on your right the shooting pain?! I said: No. And she said: that is strange, because that where you ov'd from!!!! I could not believe it! so was was that so called ovulation pain I had when I was ovulating? Confusing!

Newbie2 · 05/07/2012 20:42

Pop omg! You must have been so freaked out you poor thing! So pleased to hear you're ok. It must have been really painful to make you go to A&E! Just goes to show that we can analyse all we want but we never really know what all the twinges and pains are about!

onedayamumihope · 05/07/2012 21:56

Hi everyone, just feel I need to vent some frustration, my friend has just announced she's PG with her 4th child. Its the very first time I've not been pleased for anyone, we are so far from being ready, and I feel guilty for not being happy for her. I know its wrong but it just seems greedy to me. Sorry..... I know that's a terrible way to feel..

NicolaHazel · 05/07/2012 22:16

Poor Pop...glad to hear you're OK.

With regard to the sticks, I genuinely think I'm just too hydrated to get a result. By the time I can do the test I've drunk about 3 - 3.5 litres of fluid. My wee is like water!! And I can't use FMU with the cheapie ones. Ah well, at least CB has accepted me, so if I fail this month I'll have the smilies next month so can use FMU.

LisaC2611 · 05/07/2012 22:32

Nicola, I don't think it's down to you being too hydrated, I drink loads during the day and by the time I get home my wee is so clear it may as well be water, but I still got a positive result.

Anyway hopefully you won't need them next month with your clear blue but keep trying the cheapies to see if you get anything
