We want babies the good old-fashioned way - through drunken, spontaneous shagging at any time of the month . All you need is a man, , ramekins and a batch of cheapo pregnancy sticks, and you're good to go! (Shag-capes and actual Sex optional)

The group is so successful that you can see the results for yourself in our graduates thread full of mamas who JSed their way to motherhood. Getting a BFP within a few weeks is known as "doing a kitten", and due to the secret and magical powers of the Just Shagging thread, this happens from time to time.

We have our own TTC language - EWCM is now known as "pant snot", AF is now "ERTD" (Evil red tide of DOOM!), OV is ovulation, and of course, JSing is Just Shagging!

Viroids is our name of choice, the reason is long since lost in the annals of time. If you really feel the need to take a test, Gu Ramekins are what all the classy birds are using. And of course, drinking is essential. Sometimes, we even remember to have sex

Right, PIAR again and another BFN. Still no sign of ERTD and 8 days late. Will give it till the weekend and may spend real money on a first response or clearblue one because I'm now not sure I trust the internet cheapy or this is just me being sadly desperate

I should say I'm still fully expecting ERTD to turn up before the weekend.

I'm not being very talkative this month but I'm keeping up with all your exploits.

south get a first response if it makes you feel better. Last month even after ERTD had come I still needed to see a BFN to get my head right. Better to know for sure than be in that in between limbo.

I'm midcycle, no idea if I've OVed yet or not, and don't really care coz we're just JSing more or less every other day this month. Parents are coming for a few days but DH promises it won't stop the JSing!

i got a BFP on internet cheapy at 12DPst and a BFP on first response and superdrug at 13&14 DPO.

Woohoo Persuasion, we've not had much JS around here, DH is very tired because of work & our non-sleepy baby.
We do have the inlaws over the weekend so we're going to get some JS in then, hopefully.

Hi all. Well I think it's ERTD but I'm really not sure as it's taken so long to get here and it's still not that much. It really is doing my head in but I'm sure I'll know one way or the other by the weekend. Trying to conentrate on work instead.

And it's the longest day today - but where's the bloomin' sun?!

Still no ertd for me. Hoped it would start today because even i know I'm a hormonal wreck picking fights with dh for no reason.

Hi all!! Back from the South of France but sadly did not manage to lure the sun back with me (its p***g down here as I type)

Had a fantastic time, great weather and so on. Sadly the weather was so great that my shagging cape stayed firmly folded in my bag as it was so hot- we did attempt it one night but it was almost unbearable (DH says old age does not come without consequences and its my own fault for booking a tent and not an air conditioned hotel!!) so we did not attempt it again. And now we are too tired :)

If all goes not to plan then ERTD should be due next week but who knows, I seem to be about as clueless as the rest of you :o Should it arrive then it will herald the start of our concerted campaign that should really exclude me from the JSing thread, but I may just keep quiet so I can stay :o

south did I read up thread you wondered if it was an early MC? If so I think we had one last month, surprisingly bolstering us as we now have proof that our decrepit carcasses can still manage it :o

Evening all. Blimey it's wet out there tonight! We live fairly rurally with a wooded bank at the end of our garden and I'm working with my window open so the sound of the heavy rain on the trees is lovely and relaxing.

Anyway, I was praying that ERTD hadn't arrived as it was still just brown and not very much as of my last post but I've just been and had a nice poo checked and it's definitely bright and flowing. I'm more pissed off than gutted though - it's just damn annoying that my stupid body would get my hopes up (I've never been 9 days late) and then sod around for a couple of days before dashing my hopes like this. Grr

Right, I'll be worknig v late again tonight but if I can get this paper out tomorrow I'm going to get sloshed tomorrow evening . Then I've got a night out wiv da girlz in London on Monday night [cocktails] so actually having ERTD does have its upsides (but I'd much much rather be pg of course :( ).

South - I had a cycle like that in April. 10 days late and no sign and about 5 BFN! I even went to the GP i was so worrid! I have PCOS but everything had settled down since DS. Bloody pain if getting all messed up again.

I think I'm OVing around now. I swore I wouldn't pay attention this month but have had some twinges and loads (for me) of pant snot, so can't really ignore it. We gave up on JSing last night because of risk of parents hearing, but then DH changed his mind and jumped me in the dark so all is good on that front

Last night was slimming world. I stayed the same weight , it was my first weigh in and id fallen off the wagon tonnes. So im pleased i just stayed the same.

I got home and made my own crisps in the microwave, yummy!

This weekend should be good. My friend is coming over with their newborn daughter today, my mom flies back from the middle east- where she lives- for a long visit. I've not seen her in 6 months so im pretty jazzed
