We want babies the good old-fashioned way - through drunken, spontaneous shagging at any time of the month . All you need is a man, , ramekins and a batch of cheapo pregnancy sticks, and you're good to go! (Shag-capes and actual Sex optional)

The group is so successful that you can see the results for yourself in our graduates thread full of mamas who JSed their way to motherhood. Getting a BFP within a few weeks is known as "doing a kitten", and due to the secret and magical powers of the Just Shagging thread, this happens from time to time.

We have our own TTC language - EWCM is now known as "pant snot", AF is now "ERTD" (Evil red tide of DOOM!), OV is ovulation, and of course, JSing is Just Shagging!

Viroids is our name of choice, the reason is long since lost in the annals of time. If you really feel the need to take a test, Gu Ramekins are what all the classy birds are using. And of course, drinking is essential. Sometimes, we even remember to have sex

I feel sick now but today is a cross between watery and lotion

I love how we all know it's going to be gross but can't stop ourselves. I don't know what mine is like, I'm ignoring it and JSing as often as possible this month.

south fingers crossed for you. The last few days are the absolute worst bit for me, it just goes sooooo ssllllloooowwwwwwwwly. What are you doing to keep yourself busy?

Well Persuasion I am on MN a lot working hard and every time anything like 'ooh has it started yet' crosses my mind I try to change my thoughts onto something else!

Actually, I've been trying that a lot these past few days. Instead of yearning for a BPF and another DC, I've been concentrating on just how lovely my DS is and if it never happens again for me and DH, at least we have been blessed with DS. So even if when ERTD turns up this time, I am going to be naturally disappointed but I shall put that to one side and thank God for the wonderful little boy we already have.

I know that doesn't help those of you who are TTC #1 though, sorry :(

(Oh and pant snot is that tapioca-type one for me at the moment!)

Going by last month which was 33 days, ERTD is due tomorrow. I am having mild period pains so have very little hope. :(

On the plus side, I am trying to be positive like south and focus on all the good things in my life, including my wonderful DS.

I hardly get any EWCM, so am thinking something may be wrong there.

I have never seen pant snot that is lumpy like that, it looked like wallpaper paste, is that your tapioca one south

CD29. Ive been fine all this 2 ww until the last few days and they have just gone on for an age. I said I was gonna be more relaxed and I have been until the beginning of this week. I do feel blessed by my DD but Im desperate for another. Im literally surrounded by pregnant women, and my friggin fish keep having babies too. I dont even know which fish is up the duff!

Given DP a few days of jsing tho - we'r both nackered.

Me too. They are tiny. We've had 4 lots now. I started off with over 30 of the little buggers. which i gave away, but the numbers per birth have dwindled to just a few. Most do get eaten . Ive just got 1 left who's been dead clever from hiding from the molly's and the fighting fish. I do keep talking to it, bless its little fins.

Everyone wants us to beed our dog now - who is the prettiest little thing ever, i just done think I could get rid of the pups tho and would interrogate any1 who wanted one. I just love puppies and dogs. If I had a massive garden and house Id be a mad dog woman!

I'd love a puppy, but apparently its either another baby or a puppy. So I'm going with the baby and I'll work on the puppy thing later

south I like the positive thinking! Sometimes I get so caught up thinking about having another I forget DS is growing right before my eyes.
RIBS, I have images of a dog covered in beads! I would love a dog so much but we can't living here, and I doubt the rabbits would be happy.
frying, I would say go for a puppy, sods laws says the day you get a puppy you'll get a BFP!!

We're dtd everyother day, so tonight is JS night.

frying and RIBS we got a kitten to stop the broodiness 2 years ago. Kitten is now a cat and I do adore him but he long since stopped working as a baby replacement.

woman we are also (loosely) EOD and tonight is the night. Note DH isn't aware of this, I'm just jumping him alternate days and so far he doesn't seem to mind

Woman, I was giving DS a bath this morning and thinking that if we never have another DC then this is the last time I'll see DC at this lovely age and I'll not experience that awful, tiring precious newborn stage. It didn't make me upset, just made me think I should stop wasting my time by concentrating on why could be instead of looking and soaking in what I have at the moment.

Well I cracked an tested on an internet cheapy. I have a very tentative very very faint 2nd line. Its got a pinkish tinge so don't think its an evap. Guess we just see if it gets stronger or ERTD comes?

Still no ERTD here but I'm not going to do anything unless it hasn't arrived by Saturday. I don't feel pg and my instincts are that it's going to come tomorrow or first thing Saturday.

As for pant snot - I am not sure mine looks like any of those in the link, but then, I don't rub it all over my fingers!

I have been feeling rather ill over the past couple of days but did notice some stabbing like pains in my right side - could this be OV? I have never paid much attention to such things before but it is about the right time, I think.

I also find myself imagining what it would be like to actually have another baby around the place. With DD2 being nearly three and a half already we are well beyond the baby stage and there are times when I think it would be okay not to have another DC. For a long time we were sure we were stopping at 2, but then we changed our minds, only we are older now so it might not happen.part of me thinks we should have decided to try for another earlier as I would have preferred a smaller age gap but then...

Anyway, whatever happens we are having lots more sex so that is a good thing although does anyone else find that you JS a lot more in the first half of the month/cycle and then it decreases (or is that just me?)

I feel pg even though I've just finished ERTD, I've got a few of the symptons I had with DS (gone off chicken, sick/nauseous & back ache)...am I just going mad?

Thanks ladies. Woman, was it definitely a proper ERTD in full flow, so to speak? Some women do have ERTDs throughout being pg so who knows?!

Dysgu my DS is 3.5 too and I have wiped from my memory how hard I found that first year few months but then I realise we got through it okay and so does everyone else :)

Thanks south means alot! This was our 3rd cycle I'd been taking this Pre conception vitamins and just shagging alot!! Twice a day haha. I'll be sticking around till I've had my 12 week scan

Well, still no js. I booked a day off work yesterday and my MIL was supposed to have the baby, but she didn't turn up until half twelve, when DH came home for lunch and I was on a promise. So.nothing happened!

Last night I joined slimming world. I need to loose 5 stones, so that's something else to focus on.
