Confused by all the TTC talk? OPKs? Taking your temperature?! Then this is the thread for you! We want babies the good old-fashioned way - through drunken, spontaneous shagging at any time of the month . All you need is a man, , ramekins and a batch of cheapo pregnancy sticks, and you're good to go! (Shag-capes and actual Sex optional)

The group is so successful that you can see the results for yourself in our graduates thread full of mamas who JSed their way to motherhood. Getting a BFP within a few weeks is known as "doing a kitten", and due to the secret and magical powers of the Just Shagging thread, this happens from time to time.

We have our own TTC language - EWCM is now known as "pant snot", AF is now "ERTD" (Evil red tide of DOOM!), OV is ovulation, and of course, JSing is Just Shagging!

Viroids is our name of choice, the reason is long since lost in the annals of time. If you really feel the need to take a test, Gu Ramekins are what all the classy birds are using. And of course, drinking is essential. Sometimes, we even remember to have sex

No such worry. I'm the only one of me and my sister wanting to have kids, so my mum and dad will have to get what they get

sorry I've not been posting for a week or two. I convinced myself I was pregnant and then ERTD came with a real vengeance after 31 days. I was bit depressed about it to say the least. I'd even got so far as doing a test on day 30. So ... I've decided to take a step back from MN because I don't want to be getting so worked up about it. I've got a crazy three months ahead of me with work and I can't really afford to get so emotional about TTC so I figure the less I think about it the better! Hopefully it will just happen :-)

I'm hugely impressed about all the BFPs! I hope I can take some of your luck with me on my journey! And if I may I'll dip in now and again to see how you're all doing :-)

Hi Manda! No pressure to post, if you feel like it once a week then please do. I know what you mean though - I do feel so down at times about the whole thing but I'm determined to be more honest on here and share my feelings instead of just being happy about it all the time.

And as for acronyms, I still have to translate BFP and BFN in my head ever time I see it as Bf means best friend or boy friend to me!

We had a list of over 50 boys & girls names. In the end the name we picked for DS was on we dismissed early on as it's given him the initials SS (he was nameless for a week).
Because of that we're not going to discuss names until future spawn is here.

AWoman I think that would be me (apologies for recent radio silence) although due to DH's work pattern we have long break periods! If I don't get a BFP in a couple of weeks then that's us until end of July. If I do I have to work out how to break it him from far away

Can I just ask that whoever does start the next thread not stick SEX in the title (or as per this thread title, sex, sex and more sex) because I'm paranoid that whenever I go on here from my work PC the IT department is tracking me...!

south that made me chuckle. I have often wondered what someone who was randomly poking through my phone or laptop would think based on first glances! A recent thread about butt plugs caused us (well me!) to look it up on wikipedia on my phone (DH and I clearly need to get out more :o) We read it, had a good snigger then forgot about it until DS wanted to look something up- thankfully I opened it first before he got to it. Who knew wikipedia remembers the last thing you looked up?! I still go cold thinking what the police would think if I was run over and they were trying to identify me from my phone :o
