The group is so successful that you can see the results for yourself in our graduates thread full of mamas who JSed their way to motherhood. Getting a BFP within a few weeks is known as "doing a kitten", and due to the secret and magical powers of the Just Shagging thread, this happens from time to time.

We have our own TTC language - EWCM is now known as "pant snot", AF is now "ERTD" (Evil red tide of DOOM!), OV is ovulation, and of course, JSing is Just Shagging!

Viroids is our name of choice, the reason is long since lost in the annals of time. If you really feel the need to take a test, Gu Ramekins are what all the classy birds are using. And of course, drinking is essential. Sometimes, we even remember to have sex

nice that you understand the full siblings thing, woman :) it's also being close together in age too. I love the idea of three kids out in the garden, causing small bits of havoc and learning to socialise from each other, while DH and I look benignly on, wondering at our luck hmm, remind me of that idyll when it (hopefully) all comes to pass and I'm tearing my hair out, hehe!

I guess it's not that tmi, but.....have they made your wee go really bright?! It's exactly the same as when you have Berocca....but then Berocca is pretty much fluorescent so it's kind of expected...but these seem to have the same effect on me! So yeah, was just wondering really....

Yes, it's yellower! I've never taken Berocca (had to look it up!) but it was the same with a veggie/vegan supplement I used to take so am not alarmed. You too, something? Or do we just have weird wee?! :)

I'm still feeling a bit wobbly - although pragmatically speaking conception is highly unlikely given that I have no periods. I just knew that today I needed to pack the baby stuff away and part if me was sort of hoping that the maternity clothes might need to be air freighted (just in case I develop a huge bump before September....) rather than put in the container. But no.

Oh well. I have a new polka dot bikini to cheer me up

I am doing the same think Frak. Got a big pile of stuff "for ebay". We were about to put on some of DD's old clothes a few months ago thinking "By the time we have another baby, we'll just buy new, it will be better to de-clutter" but then, we decided to start ttc again now they're just there in a huge ugly box by the window. It'd need to be a girl for them to come into use again anyway!

On the amount of kiddies front, I'm from a big family of 6 mostly half brothers and sisters but it always felt good knowing you had so many people to share your life with so on that front I want a big family too but since the cost of living is increasing I'm hoping that 4 won't be too far a stretch, poor OH doesn't know the master plan eheheheheheh but I think he will enjoy it since he really loves children in general

Im 37 nearly 38 have 1 DD who's 3 and been trying for #2 since jan last yr had a mmc last dec (Friday the bloody 13th!!!) due date would be 30th June but still not up the duff. Have pcos, but think its just the cysts not the syndrome if thats even possible, and on clomid at the mo - but 3m on no joy. I also have fluro wee!! .. And it smells of sugar puffs a bit!

DH and I (well DH anyway) are quite conservative and tend not to do "things like that" though our "first time" was an ever so romantic JS in the back of the car, in a field in the middle of nowhere. To this day when we drive past I always point out a gap in the hedge and wonder aloud how many people saw DH's white arse bobbing up and down on that fateful day :o Come to think of it thats probably why he stays firmly indoors with the curtains tightly drawn now!

I am one of two, though my brother and I were never close so I don't feel DS is really missing out on a strong, lifelong sibling bond. I always saw myself having one son, which is what I have, and never envisioned I would ever be frequenting a thread like this, nor becoming irrationaly annoyed everytime I have to buy tampons. As they say, you should be careful what you wish for

I think ERTD must be on the way :( I had not had any feelings (and therefore already worked out my due date and dusted off the baby names book) but managed to have an argument with DH last night, bizarrely about Horrible Histories (wtf?!) DH came home in an "antsy mood" which I normally just ignore and leave him to recover, which is normally reasonably quick. Last night though I found ignoring the niggling very hard and we ended up arguing and me then becoming upset and huffy that I am neglected etc etc. (wtf again?!) So today I feel a little crampy which all bodes quite badly really, though does fit in with my rough estimates of the dates so I may actually be getting somewhere. And it will also mean I can eat, drink and be merry (and JS of course!) while on holiday :)

Sorry to hear about your ERTD on the way, but yay for holiday and cycle making a bit more sense :)

Not much to add here. Didn't JS yesterday and phone app says I've got 22 days left before my next ERTD, which assumes I'm going to have a 42 day cycle, which I bloody hope not! I have told DP I will be testing next Saturday.

Oh that reminds me, need to go buy some tests from ebay.

I was just about to say that DH and I don't do "things like that" either, but I've just remembered the time we dtd in a tent on a busy campsite with the door open (think we got caught in the moment)....we had to freeze and pretend to be reading a magazine as an old couple walked past haha :o
