Hi goth, I just wanted to say hello and welcome you to the thread. Now as Manda is busy fighting off the measle pox, I am going to put her vitamin hat on, and bang the drum for b vitamins.
Some people take them all the time, but I took them after my miscarriage in January, just for a few weeks. They are supposed to be very good at getting your cycle back on track, for improving your egg quality and for evening out your cycle, increasing your luteal phase. Do you chart at all or use ovulation predictor kits? I am not a charter, so would have to defer to others here, on that but just wondering how much you know about your cycle.
It is difficult to tell with all these things, but I did get pregnant after my miscarriage, back to back. How much was luck, the vitamins, or just my own fertility I will never know, but they were part of the picture for me. I stopped after my BFP, because they are megadose and I am a bit anxious generally. Manda would do a better job than me, and give you the research links, but thought I would mention them. You can get b50 or b100 at holland and Barrett.
Other than that, I just wanted to say I am very sorry for your loss. It is a bereavement, and completely normal for you to be down.
Happy birthday marbles!
State, I hope you are alright. Thinking if you.
tiago try not to worry about sneeze pain. I had a cough a few weeks ago, and if I didn't brace myself properly, it really tugged. I mentioned it to the MW, and she said it was ligaments, but she also said try to support yourself if you can, just hold your tummy.
I am doing pelvic floor exercises after a bit of stress incontinence
. With DD, I was unaware of my pelvic floor, but now I know what I am missing. Had a few 'was that the baby?', moments, but still not sure about kicks. Have scan on Tues, which I want to be over. I am hugely relieved after heartbeat on Thurs, but still have niggling doubts.
Hello to all who I haven't name checked! X
