About to start TTC#2 - does anyone want to come along for the ride?

Hi there,

So, DD is going to be 3 in June and I'm going to be 38 two weeks later. About a year ago I wanted a 2nd DC but DH didn't. I then changed my mind at Xmas.

DH has now changed his mind and persuaded me so finally we're in agreement and ready to go.

CD1 is due this week and then we can start.

Is anyone else ready to TTC#2?

Hi all, just adding my stats

Eddie - CD20(ish), cycle 1, cycle length 28 days, AF/POAS date 6th June.
Cheese - BFP(!) EDD 6th Feb 2013!!
Pickle - CD15 Cycle 3 - THIS cycle should be 29 days POAS date 12th June.
Jessi - CD5, cycle 1, cycle length 28 days, POAS date June 25
Aday - CD13, cycle 2, cycle length is anybody's guess around 30 days
Something- CD15 cycle 3, cycle day length 28-31 days AF/POAS date 15th june
Bazzle - CD24 cycle 3, cycle length 19-38 (?!). This one should be 38 so POAS 11th June
Home- CD14, cycle 3, cycle length 26 days

although I'm afraid I've messed everything up taking this AC, I've now been bleeding for 3 days (started CD12) and feel all crampy- never had mid cycle bleeding before. I think I'm probably out this cycle as I have no idea whats going on! Ahhh, should have just left well enough alone.

I heard that about Vitex home - I told it for 2 days then chickened out.

never again! Hope things don't take too long to get back to normal. I only took it for 12 days (a half dose) so there shouldn't be too much in my system...although I don't know if it works like that!

so a girl on my fb group has just announced shes pregnant and she doesnt want to be. how comes everyone around me is pregnant and even people that dont want to be are?! i want to cry.

Me & ds have just slept totally late! Just dropped him off looking like a wild woman. He didn't wake up until 9.15, bet he doesn't do that on bank holiday weekend!

Home - I've dropped everything but the vitamins now! I was taking royal jelly & bee propolis last month and I'm sure that gave me a really long cycle.

Eddie - have you still held off on POAS yet?

something - I know how you feel, many of the mums in my group have started to announce #2 pregnancy and I know its not a competition but sometimes it feels like one :( Our turn will come!

AF is gone, but not quite shag week yet so I'm just chomping at the bit to start DTD :)

I hope you'll be having a baby soon. Fingers crossed that your SWI will take root and you'll be pushing out a baby in 10 months or so.

witty meant to say yesterday but forgot - dont worry about your periods being irregular too much, its perfectly normal, as your DS is only 3 months old. I think I only had one AF in the first three months.

It can take up to a year to go back to normal..

Dosen't mean you will have a problem getting pg just need to catch the egg.

Jessi Yes! I've still managed to hold off! I've convinced myself that only the first morning urine would work and I normally am too zombie-like at 6am to thin then the opportunity has gone for the day!

When you thinking of testing Eddie? We should have another live POAS! Although I dont think I can get up at 6am though.

Afternoon all!

Finally got a negative OPK this morning! Well i'm pretty sure it's negative the line is deffo lighter than it has been anyway although still very close to the control line. Managed to SWI last night so now it's just SWNI or actually just having a nice long break of no intent to shag at all :)

Bit confused about when i might have ovulated, felt like it was monday but actually had some OV pains yesterday too so who knows. Not quite sure when my test day will be but i hate getting BFNs anyway so will probably leave it a while.

Pickles I think I'm going to hold out until next weekend (9th/10th) - I'm not sure if I'm due AF 2nd or 6th so I figure by then if AF isnt around, I'm definately late, you know? I'll be posting madly in the days up to it so may well be a poas live thread yet!

Bazzle Even if you did ovulate yesterday, sperm can live upto 72 hours so there'll still be some hanging around from as far back as Sunday giving you a really good chance (fx) this month!

Eddie - waiting sounds sensible, good luck with holding out!

We actually SWI monday night too so actually the only day we missed out on was tues. Hopefully we have a good shot! Feel tired just thinking about doing it all again next month if not

p.s just doing our online shop and Asda 'suggests' i purchase some tampons. I have never even bought tampons from there before - hmph a bad omen!

Hi everyone, it's CD10 for me so gearing up for some Jubilee SWI! Though not due to ov for a fortnight or so but will start doing my ov sticks soon to keep track. Sorry I've been AWOL - DS is teething (molars) and it's totally killed his evening sleep... really hoping it gets better in time for ov time! I haven't caught up with everyone's news but will go and have a read now.

yeah i know it will happen when it happens , in hospital with DS he has pnemonia or however you spell it. he seems to be ok hope we will be home soon.

Well cd16 today and hoping to ov. Haven't yet according to my temps but its normally today so we will see.

Bizarrely last month that horrid cold started the first day of the 2ww and this morning, with no warning, I've woken with throat ulcers and I feel awful! First day of my week off .

Fingers crossed Eddie that that is a good sign! What were your early symptoms with first pregnancy? With me, by 10 dpo I felt so so so shattered! Even after a solid 9 hour sleep I would wake up knackered. That was my first clue..

Hope your feeling a bit better aday I had that a few weeks back and the only thing which helped was nurofens, hope you get better soon.

Weeing can be a bit of a sign! Promising!

I think I'm about 3 dpo. Funny thing my boobs are normally sore after ov and stop after af, but this month got really sore before ov and hurt now!

Maybe I just getting a bit jordanesque!

Due on around 12 June, going to boozy holiday in Spain 13 to 15 June!

So will have to poas before I go just to make sure if no af.

Something - your poor Son, is he doing any better today? I hope he gets better soon.

Am all confused here. Woke up this am with EWCM and so took another OPK and it's strongly positive again. Not sure whats going on - either i'm ovulating for the 3rd time (triplets - shudder) or my body is struggling to get an egg out. More SWI for me tonight then zzzzzzzzzzzzz.
