Hi all still no sign of AF - I don't understand why all of a sudden my cycle gas changed I'm on cd30 and so totally gutted.
I'm not temping or anything else just going on how my body acts from week to week- ohhhhh MooWooo I feel I shouldn't grumble because at least my cycle is short and somehow stable.
My friend is shattered and I know exactly how she feels!
All me talking to her brings backs such painful memories!
Another day and I feel rubbish!!!!

Moo might have to wait till I'm emotionally stable before I go see it then!

Count sorry your feeling rubbish. My cycle randomly went from 28 days to 32 one month - no idea why and seems to be back to normal again now - think stress played a part tbh. Still hope for a pg too though. Did you test again today?

I'm not sure how as I chart and obsess so much but it was only when someone mentioned it on here that I realised how close AF date is! Oddly don't want to test, every other month I have tested every day from 10 dpo - think I so want it to be this month that I'm a bit scared to find out. Possible scenarios a) If I get a BFP I will freak out that we're having a baby or b) will get a BFN and be depressed and miserable. I get weirder and weirder!!!

Anyway had a lovely day with DH but did have about 15 mins this am when I felt really sick - am trying to tell myself it was due to breaking the diet and having pizza last night combined with the fact we didn't have breakfast and not get too excited.

Right having written this I now feel stupid. Dh has gone out so I'm going to take a test, know it's not FMU and I've still got 2 days till AF so no biggie if I get a BFN. Is anyone around to hold my hand?!?!

BFN as expected but at least I POAS so should be able to do it again tomorrow! Sorry for the random pouring out of thoughts but writing it down has made me think about things.

Oh Lil plenty of time yet!! If the egg has only just implanted there will not be enough hcg yet!! I know exactly how you feel, after convincing myself that I just might have done it this month, the only real symptom I have are sore boobies and that might just be because of the hormones from potential ov!! I'm not even convinced by my chart! Don't be disheartened though, unless the hag whore shows her ugly mug then it's far from over and FMU at this stage will give a clearer picture!!

I so hope so Moo we started trying knowing it would take some time to get back to normal after the pill so it was dec last year that we were really started working seriously to concieve (as a teacher it works well with mat leave and the holidays.) I guess I feel its right for us this month - just a year later than we expected!!

You had better get your BFP's too - I don't want to go to a pg board without you.

Not feeling stressed at alright now I am feeling the least bit stressed for months was relaxed not getting to bogged down with things new car!
And the thought of even going away has really got me on a high!

Lili so sorry for the FN! Would say B because it still can be a good outcome!!! I have also read up on the amount of people who get no's and are still pregnant and tested with the FRPT and it said they weren't! Although some also swear by IC and I got the cheapy stick version and got a single line!!!!! Also so many have cramping like AF is coming and she just don't show!!! So maybe we can hope!!

Morning ladies! Well temp dropped from 36.18 to 36.07 this morning, still above coverline but only just! Not feeling very positive and am thinking that maybe FF is right and I am having another anovultory cycle! I know all I can do is wait until the morning and see what happens but I'm worried it might drop further still and I don't think I could bare it!! doesn't help that a friend has just given birth so I need to avoid FB as her status updates have gone from being all about the pregnancy to pictures of her newborn!

Temp still high but not unusual - will await tomorrow as usually temp will dip then if AF is on her way. So hoping we both stay high, guess all we can do is wait and see and ss madly in the meantime

I suppose we have to take the stance that no news is good news ladies. It's all too easy to get in a pickle about one temperature, I do it all the time. But remember we're looking at trends.

I have fiddled with my chart this morning (basically popped in some innocuous temps on the 2 days I missed) and lo and behold - mooley, if I had a prize, you'd get it, it reinstated my crosshairs on cd12! I still think I oved on cd17 if you take batter and cp into account. Here, have a look -my chart

That is interesting Festie I stand by what I say though that CD12 is ov day because your other signs don't seem to add up, your CO was low and your batter sticky!! Either way though, you have ov'd and into the 2ww, just not sure if you are 7 or 2 DPO!!

I know you are right about the temps, but really the only symptom I have I sore udders! I just don't want to even dream I could have ov'd with the way my cycles are! Can you even ov naturally with PCOS? The consultant did say that it is possible but I am just being cautious in case my temps come crashing down! I don't want to think it could be implantation just in case it's not!!

Hello, I am looking for some analysis please to help me establish when I ovulated. I know I should be using FF for this so apologies in advance.

I had a peak on CBFM last Wednesday and Thursday and a positive OPK on Tuesday. I had what I reckon was ovulation cramping on Wednesday but my temperature rise didn't happen until Saturday. My gut feeling is that I ov'd Wednesday but would the temperature shift take so long?

Hi Dee, sometimes you can have a slow rise after ovulation rather than a sharp increase. I think the deal is with pinpointing ovulation is that it is three lower temperatures followed by three higher ones. I agree that you probably ovulated on Wednesday, and then had two slow rise temps followed by a spike.

Sorry to hear about the BFNs Lil but hope isn't over yet! Just bide your time and don't stress about the negatives...easy to say I know.

Festie I still think you ovulated on day 12, not 17 as the temps make sense and the CM does too.

Absolutely nothing interesting to report about TTC from my point of view, on CD17, will probably ovulate on CD22 so had better get cracking with the old sex...

I wrote a massive post yesterday all about pets and then my computer just turned itself off, damn it, so I will just put down the salient points (that i can remember):

Rusulka how is the spotting today? I hope it's calmed down. I am also a rat fan, I'm on my 12th and 13th rats currently and they're delightful :)

DP and I visited the dog breeder today and picked our pup! We chose a boy who is cream/apricot in colour with dark eyes and nose. He basically looks like a labrador puppy but with a slightly wavy coat. I'm hoping he'll inherit his Mum's shaggy coat rather than his Dad's more poodle type coat.

We've got 4 weeks to puppy-proof the house!

Disco yes I would agree that all signs point to ov occurring on the Wednesday. Dee as Disco said, sometimes the rise is a slow one, I have had potential ov detected with hardly any increase in temperature. What you are looking for is 3 sustained high temps that are higher than your previous 6.

Oh Disco how exciting about the dog. Our labradoodle is cream and has more of the labrador look than the poodle, he does get a wavy coat when it grows, but we tend to keep it fairly short (mainly in the summer). He is not fond of the heat anyway!! We always say that he is more like a human, really intelligent and just a great temperament!! A truly wonderful dog. Word of warning though, when he was a puppy, he liked to chew through our wooden dinning chairs when he was bored. He loves his walks as well, and if he's not taken first thing, he likes to collect socks, pants, slippers and have you chase him through the house trying to get them back!! He also once managed to delicately lift a tea towel off a plate that was covering some sandwiches in the middle of the dining table, move it to one side and eat them all with out so much of a crumb remaining - all whilst we slept peacefully upstairs!

I'll be honest ladies, I feel absolutely shit at the moment. The cramps seem to have come back, I am getting waves of nausea, and I couldn't finish dinner (i made toad-in-the-hole and i LOVE toad-in-the-hole). Going to see what the temps do tomorrow and hope for a rise that is sustained over the next couple of days. If all goes to plan I think I will test on Wednesday!!! Eeeeek!!!

Haha Moo, lovely stories! I am a bit concerned about the chewing but will be getting a puppy playpen initially and we'll just have to be watchful and also be prepared for some sort of damage. My mum's dog used to steal her (clean) pants and hide them! He also tried to eat a tub of margerine he'd stolen from the worksurface before giving up to throw up! I'm looking forward to getting this puppy immensely and like I said before, maybe the distraction will even help to conceive.

Sorry you are feeling crap tho' Moo, maybe you are coming down with something? I've been squirting First Defence up my nose as I've got a headache and sore throat atm. How many DPO are you? God I'm being useless tonight!

I've been looking back over my previous charts (although don't have that many completed) but every one seems to have a dip that looks like an implantation dip. Now think maybe that is just what I do and not an exciting I dip after all :( Not feeling very positive atm. Will have to see what the temp brings tomorrow.

no news from me in that department since i left you. plenty of SWI on my high and peak days but it's just not happening for us :( Still, a break from obsessing on MN has been good for me!

Some of the longtimers on the thread will recall i was really down... well went to the doc and yes, i have been diagnosed with depression BUT GP said i couldn't take anti-depressants if we were TTC so i am not taking anything and trying to deal with it in all sorts of natural ways. I think if i get another BFN this month (which deep down i know i will as have NO symptoms whatsoever and on CD27 now) then i might stop using the monitor as well and just stop trying for a bit.

Hope all you great ladies are doing well despite the annoying lack of BFPs for any of us :( xx

Lovely to see you berries sorry you've had not news on the ttc front.

WRT antidepressants my doc said there were some that you could take while ttc / pg and just to say we were ttc if I decided to use them so I had some that were ok. I would check that out if you really need them.

I knows lots of people that have got their BFP when they stopped trying so maybe that would be a good thing for you, however we're always here if you want to hang around and would love your company.

moo I'm trying not to whip myself up into a frenzy, but your symptoms are sounding more and more exciting!! When will you test?!

I'm still not convinced I oved on cd12! If the formula is 3 higher temps than the previous 6 (really must consult TCOYOF - become so dependent on ff, haven't manually charted since dd1!) then surely cd13 would be ov day? Ff puts ov on cd13 if I change to research.

Whatever, I'm going to assume a later ov and wait till at least cd28 to test, otherwise I'll have the same disappointment of repeated BFNs as last month.

Oh, and me and dh got ourselves his and hers supplements yesterday, just in case they help in some way - you never know!

Festie thinking of testing Wednesday if temps rise in the morning and continue to do so! Feeling better now so maybe it was nothing!! Do still have a slight headache but cramping has stopped. Feel pretty normal (although a little tired).

Well looks like my joy and my chances were short-lived. Starting to think this will never happen for me! Temp dropped lower below coverline, thinking that any symptoms I had were all in my head. Am gutted.

Oh moo - I'm sorry. But you know a dip below the cover line doesn't mean anything, don't you?! I know it's easy to say that when it isn't your chart, but I know that's what you'd say to us if that happened, and you'd be right! Also ff hasn't removed your crosshairs - they're still lovely and solid and you know how prone she is to doing that! Don't give up - wait a couple of days and see what your temps do...

Well I am far to smug for my own good this morning - it's bound to lead to a fall, but look what ff went and done this morning! my chart Ha! I knew it! Sooo glad me and dh didn't take any notice of ff and carried on SWI-ing!

Festie never trust a machine!! Glad you kept going. DH and I have them too. I keep telling him that cutting out the occasional beer and fag he has would be better but think it helps him to feel that he's doing something (apart from the obvious!!)

Well temp stayed high this am :) but I got another BFN :( Not sure what is going on - maybe AF is going to be late and is just teasing me.

Have been having really odd, random dreams. I don't usually dream much (or at least I don't remember them) but no idea where these are coming from as they seem to bear no link to what has been going on in my life! Maybe I am finally going mad
