Moo thank goodness for an answer! I haven't had an hsg but have heard it clears out your tubes if they are a bit blocked, meaning that if you ovulate in the few months after then you've got a better than usual chance. And now you are under the care of a consultant you should get some drugs right?

Nice to hear people feeling positive for the New Year! I am too, managed to get to the gym for a second time, just have to keep it up now. 17 days to go until ovulation, feels like forever! Hopefully Rusulka's sex dust will still be active then...

Buggerlugs oh, poor you, that's awful. Please come back and hang around with us whenever you want. Especially if you feel low, that's an order!

Festie dtd once a week isn't going to cut it when TTC is it?!

I am ttc no.2 and im on cd 13. I think my cycle is around 33 days (well thats going on the last month). Previous to this I was on the pill. So based on this i have added myself to the list!

I am new to the ttc business as first time round it just happened and rather quickly.

Well AF came in full agonising force this morning! Which is ok this month really, I've got my holiday planned and I suppose I don't want to have to avoid the hot tub and beers, and spend all my time on the slopes petrified of falling over in case it jolts my uterus (still terrified of falling over, cos I'm a wuss, but that's a different story).

So I'm going to relax, enjoy myself, and shag lots and see where it gets me.

After avoiding the trains, aeroplanes and buses on here have decoded to rejoin. Have found it a lonely place!

We are ttc #2. we have a 3yo dd Didn't want such an age gap, we werent ready for another one til about 18m, now regret waiting so
Long as another 18m done the line no BFP yet. :-(

Have had various blood tests, doc visits, had an internal Scan to look
At eggs, all good.

MOO- I had and HSG TODAY!!!! (tues). It was ok, bit umcomfortable, insides have been feeling like they've been shaken. Dh very supportive. They gave me results straightaway- ALL CLEAR! Have consultant app in feb. Do you have an app yet?

Lil- about ewcm- I'm Just getting to know about it. Apparently it is dependent on What you eat. More citrus type fruits and pineapple apparently. Don't know if old wives tale but I know mine, some months its loads and some not so much. x

Temp rose again today so hoping ff will put on cross hairs tomorrow and I can ss madly relax for the next 2 weeks.

Winkly sorry AF got you but it sounds like you're in for a great holiday and you don't want to be worrying about being pg. Enjoy yourself. We're going to Vegas in Feb and been putting off bookng things like the skydive we want to do just in case.

Disco I think Rusulkas dust will be floating around for a while so no worries! I went in our home gym last night and feel really good for it, now to keep it up :)

Am visualising a little fertilised egg making it's way down my tubes and crossing my fingers that my positive feelings will help things along.

Better get off, got training today in calming children down and how to restrain if needed - get your caring c's at the ready!

Just wanted to thank everyone for their lovely wishes, and to assure you all that when I say coated, I mean liberally. It's in the engine. It's even in the air conditioning. It's probably in the biscuit cupboard. And when you sit on your seats, if you listen carefully, you just might hear a faint 'spoo!'

I've been having a freak-out the last few days- my temp went from 36.8 to 36.4 to 36.2 in 3 days, and I don't actually know what that means...
Did another POAS today to check (got 6 now, lol) and the test line was as strong as the control line, which is reassuring.
I'm pretty much going to be holding my breath til the first scan I think. Still don't feel PG. Occasionally I feel really bloated, like someone filled my intestines with air. Fortunately last night it was followed by some chronic wind, so that sorted it out pretty quickly, lol.

FX for everyone, this IS going to be your year.

Loulou no appointment yet, i think the consultant has to refer me so it's a wait and see, apparently it needs to be done in the follicular stage of the cycle, so god only knows when it will happen!! It doesnt sound pleasant, but I have heard that some women get pg the cycle after having it done (naturally i am hoping I wont have to have it done because i miraculously get pg before then )

Rusulka I am not too sure about the temp drop, but i am assuming that it would start to come back down once everything has stabilised; what DPO are you now? I, personally, would have stopped temping the minute i got the first positive!!! I am sure that everything is ok and that it is just your body getting back to how it was before the surge of hormones, the placenta is probably in place now and the rest of your body has taken control of the growth etc of the bean, so mabye that could explain the drop!!

hope we are all doing ok! Sorry for those who have had yet another visit from the hag whore, grrrrr and oooosh to those in the SWI phase and good luck to those in the 2ww

Rusulka- I think temp will Change abit ESP at the beg. The different hormones required to cause period or when preg to strengthen uterus etc. How far along are you?
I don't know if it's any use to continue temping? Have you read it somewhere? I've just started temping, so no expert! How long were you ttc? Gives us all positive vibes.

Moo glad you have made some progress, fingers crossed you get an appointment soon, or discover that you don't need it as you get the BFP first!

Rusulka maybe it is time to stop the temping, I am not sure it can tell you anything useful now, and it sounds like its just making you worry needlessly! Not feeling pg is totally normal, enjoy it, you will have a huge bump and a sore back etc before you know it! I hope you are feeling less freaked out now, it is a worrying time though. Thanks for the sex dust, I hope it does the trick and we'll all soon be joining you!

I have a very positive feeling about this flight, I think we will all be following Rusulka very shortly. I have started running again, and decided that I am going to try to keep as positive as possible whatever this year brings. I don't know if I will end up with another baby, but at least I will know I gave it my or DH's best shot!

Evening all, am enjoying all the positivity that's flying around the cabin!! my thermometer arrived today so am going to start tomorrow, can I ask am I supposed to temp before getting out of bed? And is it supposed to be the same time every day? Not sure how likely that will be!

Maisie temping needs to be done about the same time every day and before you move, as that will have an effect on your temperature :)

maisie congrats on the thermometer purchase!! Yes I can confirm that you need to do nothing before temping, do not get up, drink, talk before taking your temp!! And yes, try to take it at as close to the same time every morning after at least 3 hours sleep!! There is some give and take though, I find half an hour either side of the normal temp time does not affect my temp!! Alcohol does though so if you have drank heavily the night before and temp then be careful!!!! I have had huge temp rises followed by dramatic falls the next day and the rise was due to drinking!! I usually discard those temps as they do not provide an accurate reading!!

I went to doctor today to discuss blood test results. I had CD21 test done last week Wednesday. She confirmed that there was no sign of ovulation then. I said that was to be expected considering I don't have an average 28 day cycle, which I told her before she sent me for testing. I said I used CBFM which said I should have ov'd at the weekend. She said that if I don't get pregnant within the next 2-3 months I should go back to her.

I feel very tired, fell asleep on the sofa just now, going to the toilet more often, boobs hurting...
Will test weekend of the 14th Jan as, we're having DH's 30th birthday party that evening and his birthday on the 15th and would be a fab present :)

Temp rose again today and ff has out cross hairs on day 14, typically the day we didn't dtd but did the 13th and am of the 15th so hoping that will have done it.

Maisie, when I'm on holiday and don't get up at a regular time I set an alarm for my usual wake up time, temp and then go back to sleep! However, I can sleep anytime, anywhere so not a prob for me to just zonk out agian.

Blue what an utter waste of time 'I didn't listen to you, sent you for a test that blatently wasn't going to show anything and now I realise I've messed up come and see me again in a few months!!' Why didn't she send you for another one on the correct date? If you didn't know I could understand it but you gave her all he info needed! Sorry, rant over, hoping you won't need it and you'll get your BFP this month.

Liking the positive attitude kitchen I have a good feeling about this month too.

I'm shattered and needed to leave a meeting yesterday to go to the loo, however that might have more to do with the fact that I'm getting up at 6 am again and drank my bodyweight in tea!!!!!!! Only 3 days dpo and the ss has already started.

Hoping the swi is going well and the 2ww isn't too painful for everyone

Whoop whoop for the temp rise Lil i know what you mean about feeling good about this month, I too have a really good feeling about it and I am not sure whether it's some sort of woman's intuition thing going on or whether it is just merely the fact that it's a brand new shiny year!! Either way, all feels good in the moo woo camp!!!

Blue really hope that this is it for you!!! It does sound really promising. When are you planning on testing? AH yes, just re-read your post!! oooh 14th Jan, not long to go now!!

My temps are being very interesting this month, and my boobies were so sorely before AF; I am wondering if my body is actually sorting itself out this month and maybe thinking of ov'ing all by itself! If it was to and I have a normal 29 day cycle, then i would be set for an early october bobba which would please me greatly!!!

Well didn't manage to temp at all this morning due to DS waking up at 5.15, I think it will be quite tricky actually as generally speaking I only wake up because he does and he normally needs pretty immediate attention! DH may need to step in!

Maisie I would definitely encourage you to enlist the help of DH; I find temping invaluable, even if I don't always manage to temp at exactly the same time, I do ensure that it's the first thing I do. For me it is helping me see exactly what my cycle is doing (not a lot if I am honest at the moment, but I am still hopeful!!). I don't have any DC to hinder me though, so I understand that it's not all that easy for you when LO needs your attention!!!

Well, I need the help of some wise ladies who really know their CM! Despite promising myself I would ease off on the turtling, I just can't resist and with PCOS I think I need to be able to see what the hell is going on up there. So this morning, I went for my routine turtle; yesterday CM was clearly sticky but today it had a kind of slippery, stretchy texture/sensation and was sort of clear/opaque. CP is somewhere in between high and low and is get softer (not quite there yet) and definitely open! My question is, does anyone know if my CM is just in the transitional phase or does this look good for fertile CM?? I have never had anything that wasn't creamy so as you can probably understand, I am a little excited at the prospect of a) getting fertile CM and b) potentially ov'ing on my own.

I am only on CD7 but if my body is going to be nice this month, then a normal cycle would be 28/29 days. Is CD7 to early to see fertileness?? I am going to get some SWI in tonight just in case this is the start, but any words of wisdom would really help!!!

Another rise the am and did a opk last night - no line at all so think the line that was slightly darker than the test line was my peak which would pretty much coincide with ff. Trying not to get too excited or hopeful but spent the eve with my friend and her 1 month old who is gorgeous so really want one now!

maisie it is def easier without a child I think! Get Dh to step in while you temp if you can, also there is a temp adjuster you can do (I googled it can''t remember the site) so if you temp at a different time it will adjust it for you. Not sure how accurate it is though I used it once and the adjusted time did fit with the rest of my chart, does anyone else have any experience?

Disco I have to fight the post teaching day nap too, don't think the dieting is helping me though. Surprisingly my class couldn't wait to get back to school and were really good yesterday. Lets see how long it lasts

Moo not an expert but as far as I know it goes creamy, watery, eggwhite. FF classes watery and egg white as 'fertile' as some people don't have much/any ew. EW is stretchy, it will stretch between finger and thumb for quite a long way.

Either way it sounds v positive - better get DH back in the bedroom!!!!!
