Disco I did get to Bluewater, and bought half of John Lewis's nursery department, lol. Good job I have a discount card, I got 25% off! SiL wanted to carry the stuff around, think I'm making her terribly broody, but I said she's got to wait til she's seen a real, live, screamin' poopin' one first. Then she'll want to wait a bit!

Got my results letter today- 1 in 7,600 I think, so low risk. Going to google the other stats tomorrow.

AND I planted the remaining bulbs and pruned some bushes quite ferociously!

Want to do the countersinking tomorrow evening, so if I can force myself to do that, I'll be a happy bunny this weekend. FX!

@ rusulka and disco! I did, don't worry! But my temp went down this morning, so confused!

Yes Jam, I bloody well would. Your temp goes down before it goes up- the day it rises again is the day after the eggy goes pop (I think), so SWI away until that temp flies right up!

We have rolled out the news on FB now we've got the letter through. DH did a photo story in MS paint with a poem about how he found out, and the reactions have been pretty good. Had to act quick, since in the half an hour I was in JL yesterday, SiL told at LEAST 3 people, and DH works in the same place, so it was only a matter of time!

Tut. Can't believe DH is palying Dragon's Fury on an emulator when he should be getting ready for work!!!

Hmm this might be tricky as I told DP last night was the last night and he was relieved to say the least!

disco - I'm glad you're managing to be a bit more chilled about it, but sure you'll be glad when weds comes around!

I had my booking appt on weds and it looks like I may have a fight on my hands about having a home birth because my first delivery was a c-section. That's despite the fact I've had 2 normal deliveries since! The thing that turns it into a nobrainer for me is that with my last labour, things suddenly progressed so rapidly that we only got to the hospital with about 1/2 an hour to spare, and we only lived 5 mins away from the hospital! Where I live now, it's at least 50 mins to the nearest hospital! I'll end up delivering in a lay by!!!

EOD - every other day

Lbp - little blue pill - dh had heart surgery last year and is on an uber dose of blood pressure meds which cause impotence. Nhs will only prescribe 4 Viagra a month, so we had to ration very carefully when we were ttc! Xx

That's ok, I checked the list and those weren't on there. Wow that's amazing then, we've don it loads leading up to day 14 which is when I think I ov, since I had ewcm and cramps. Wonder if there's any point in doing it again tonight, but it can't hurt I guess!

Festie I'm kind of hoping the same thing happens to me- Peanut more or less flies out, so whoops, sorry, couldn't make it.
You fight tooth and nail for what you want. Once I get this first one out of the way, and everything hopefully runs smoothly, I just won't be bullied into anything after that.

Jam fingers crossed you've done all you can, sounds like you've done great! Don't forget sperm quality can decrease in between squirts, so sometimes it's good to try every other day just so it has time to ahem, build up.

Moo where have you gone? Hope things are well with you.

Thanks rus I thought that was a myth about sperm quality, heard conflicting things about it. I get anxious about not doing it everyday so don't think I could do it EOD

Ladies, hello. Sorry I have been AWOL, its a combination of being horrendously busy at work and trying to tone down the amount of time i spend on MN; as much as I love all you lovely ladies, this TTC (or lack of C) is starting to get me down and I don't want to bring the thread down by moaning, so when i have a particularly low day, instead of moaning I just avoid MN and only come on when I have something positive to share. Needless to say, there has not been too much positivity at the moment. What also doesn't help is the fact that there is a lovely, but very pregnant, woman at work and it is taking its toll seeing here almost every day.

Jam i say bugger what DP thinks is going to happen and seduce him regardless. He wants this baby as much as you do so he will do what is expected

Rusulka glad that you have finally told everyone, but bad SiL for letting slip. Not good. And yey for JL :) :) I love it!!!! Also, well done on the gardening and get countersinking, you will feel better once it is done and out of the way.

Festie how are you? Has the sickness eased?? I do hope so.

Disco hope everything goes well at the next scan and I am glad the puppy is offering a little bit of a distraction. I am sure that everything will be absolutely fine. I am still holding your hand until you know all is definitely ok though.

Lil lack of symptoms does not necessarily mean that you have not done it this month. I have said it before and I will say it again, sometimes no symptoms can be the main symptom :)

For anyone else I have missed off hope everything is going ok.

Lovely to hear from you moo you can moan on here all you like, we're here to support eachother, even on the rough days. I understand you taking time away though as it's a good distraction sometimes. Sorry about the pregnant lady, I understand. I work somewhere where there are pregnant women and babies around a lot.

I Just got back from my second reflexology session and it went really well. Feel spaced out and really relaxed now. Bought a lovely oil burner and some 'women's essence' to relax.

She said she thinks I ovulated either last night or this morning, and from the left ovary, which is weird because I knew it was the left as I felt twinges there all day, so seems very accurate. She also said my uterus feels good and 'springy'.

She said I've ovulated on the full moon,which I found really interesting as ive always had a weird bond with the moon and found it very comforting. It's also my birth sign ruler!

So feeling very positive now, and will try to remain that way.

Moo - great to hear from you again. Can completely understand about how difficult it is with the colleague at work being pg. My colleague's sister had a baby early this morning and I'm so envious. Obviously very happy and excited both for my colleague and her sister but so wishing it was me. Hopefully it will be all of us soon!
Jam - the reflexology sessions sound brilliant! hopefully this will be the month for you. Sounds like you've done more than enough SWI so fingers crossed!!
Lil - don't give up hope yet, fingers crossed it will be a BFP for you!

As for me, AF has ended, so just gearing up towards ov. I'm on CD 7, and last month ov was CD 11. I know it was a strangley long cycle (but looking on the internet last weekend suggested that a number of women have the same sort of "reaction" coming off cerazette which I was on) but assuming this cycle is similar (but hopefully not so long), I'm going to be doing whatever I can to get DH into the bedroom from this weekend and into next week. The only problem is he's complaining about being so tired!! I figure if he's good over the next week, then I can put him "out to pasture" for the next few weeks. Surely he can catch up with his sleep then??

I've been away skiing for the last week so AWOL from MN!

jam that all sounds v positive! I looked up the same reflexologist and was thinking of going to see her? I love reflexology! If nothing else it feels amazing!

moo totally understand why you would need to stay away for a while. It's a bit all consuming and after ttc for so long I can imagine you must feel v frustrated and down at times. What progress on your appointments?!

disco really hope all is well and that time goes quickly before your next appointment! In the meantime! Lovely to have a puppy distraction. I would love to have a puppy but I live in a flat in London and both DH and I work long hours so not really practical

festie hope you're feeling better! And it seems ridiculous they won't consider you for a home birth after 2 complication free vbacs! I read they're trying to encourage more people to have home births so keeping fingers crossed for you!

As for me am in the dreaded 2ww! Am totally confused as to if/when I ovulated. Had what I think might be ewcm Tues last week AND tues / Wed the week before... Plus was tracking temp and had no real rise although it went up a bit on tues the week before last and then stayed there but not v high (went from 36.1 to 36.3 for 4 days, but had been 36.4 earlier in my cycle....) think perhaps I did something wrong as i've not been great at doing at the same time) Put it into FF which said that I had not ov'd as of tues of this week (stopped temping then but did this morning and was up to 36.6 but a couple of hrs later than normal testing). Have also had v sore nipples as of tues this week which I thought might be a sign but now think was perhaps just ov as seems to be less painful now... Is it possible when pg to have pain in boobs go away and still be pg?

Argh! Am driving myself slightly crazy trying to figure it all out and basically decided to ignore the temps as i need to do it properly! Have managed to swi at least every 2/3 days so am hopeful but no real symptoms so don't think it's happened this month. Only cd 26 so no point testing for a few days anyway.

flour ff does need to be done at the same time every morning or you get wonky results that lead to more questions than answers! If you have been SWI EOD / 3 days you should have covered yourself no problem. FX for you.

I'm about 4dpo I think, my chart is weird. But ive already started symptom spotting like a lunatic. I've had mild AF like cramps since ov which I've never experienced before. Last night my left ovary area was vibrating?! Nips have been sore and tingling too.

When will I learn?
