Conception

When's the best time to get pregnant? Use our interactive ovulation calculator to work out when you're most fertile and most likely to conceive.

Those rats are jolly well going to be smacked this cycle and AF shall have arrows, hatred and misery cast upon her! No argument shall be brooked on both points.

SantaAndHisChristmasImps · 22/12/2011 10:42

I am really sorry you are down muunki, totally understandable though

Sorry about AF sweetie as well, boo to her!!!

Hello to everyone else!

imps I had an extremely graphic dream about a young chap I work with last year and I could barely look at him for weeks and I now see him in a slightly different light, he was very good you see, in bed like, in my dream
am sorry you had such an argh day and I hope the SWI is going well!

DH has been out for 2 nights so I am planning on jumping him later although I think tomorrow and Sat will be the key days! I still find it quite stressful having to SWI on demand, gah!

I saw my friend today who had the same due date as me, she has a massive lovely bump but was pleased to say it did not upset me at all. She was very sensitive and did not talk about her pregnancy at all. I asked her a few questions and she changed the subject straight away. We had a very nice day. I really really want to be pregnant again before March, arghhhhh.

2 more friends have announced their pregnancies this week, 2nd babies and all conceived in 2 months. Seriously I have the most fertile friends in the world.

PopcornMouseInAReindeerJumper · 22/12/2011 19:49

Oh far Shock more pregnant friends?!

I've been on the phone to my mum. She doesn't know we're ttc, and she said somewhat in passing that she'd be horrified if I announced I was pregnant. She didn't mean it the way it sounds (she is where I get my lack of tact) but I still felt :(

SantaAndHisChristmasImps · 22/12/2011 20:15

Far, you may have more fertile friends, but your baby will be the bonniest by far!

Haaaa Pops she clearly didn't mean that!! Show me a woman who is not super-excited to be a Grandma, and I'll show you a, errr, I don't know really, but point is, they don't exist.

Right, am off for an evening's entertaining! Mulled wine is on, candles are lit, mince pies are cooked...lovely.

GreenOlives · 22/12/2011 20:48

Gah! Just summoned up the energy to write a nice long post and bloody Mumsnet ate it!! I'm too hungover still tired & grumpy to try again now. Enjoy your evening Imps, sounds lovely. See you tomorrow ladies.

SmegTheHalls · 22/12/2011 21:30

Sorry to hear AF has got you, Beedle. I hope the old with realises this is her last visit in a long while!

Brooking for you, Sweetie, I hope AF stays away. And my goodness, I want a polar bear cub for christmas now!

Munkiii Thanks for the yule log too. Yummy!

to far, Imps and Popcorn.

I saw generic's news. So terribly sad, I hope she gets the time and care she needs right now.

Hope everyone else is well. No news here, apart from the fact that I am a bit stressed. But I think we all are at the moment, in the run up to Christmas. Just need to get a few presents wrapped and then I might calm down a bit.

Loooopy · 22/12/2011 22:59

got to be quick as it's way past my bedtime!!

CD26 tomorrow, FF reckoned i ov'd CD17. According to blurb i read, cervical mucous should dry up after ov. Mine definitely hasn't, TMI perhaps but there is still loads, clear, thin, sort of part watery/part stretchy, and i am now really confused as to what is happening/why. Have had lots of CM since CD14 and no sign of it drying up anytime soon. Thoughts? Opinions? What is yours like?!

(and gutted for generic)

SantaAndHisChristmasImps · 23/12/2011 07:06

Hmmm, Looooopy can you post your chart? My EWCM definitely dries up after ov and goes back to being thick right up until AF. You may not have ovulated yet - I'd get shagging if I were you, just in case! When is AF due?

Had a nice party last night - no SWI action though as the last people left at 1:15am! I cannot do late nights and drinking on a school night, feeling a bit feeble this morning.

Waves to everyone - have a nice day all!

OP posts:
Loooopy · 23/12/2011 07:21

Imps i have no idea how to post it, and after inputting todays temp (which would have been above the coverline, it has now decided that because of my CM it doesn't think i have ovulated this month after all, so it has removed my coverline. Hoping it is wrong but guess it might know what it is talking about?
