Those rats are jolly well going to be smacked this cycle and AF shall have arrows, hatred and misery cast upon her! No argument shall be brooked on both points.

Rubbish thread title, apologies.

OP posts:
PopcornMouse · 04/01/2012 14:44

Oooo what's implant girl?

Munx · 04/01/2012 14:46

I apologise in advance this is me me me........ But....

My OPK is positive today again, seriously I can't SWI for the sixth bloody night in a row.

Yet my baby need is all encompassing...... So...... Night off tonight and SWI again tomorrow? Had a positive yesterday and eggs live for 24hours right?

Right must go and search for my life.....

Sorry will be back later to catch up properly. There's a lot of people getting very lucky with the TTC on MN at the moment, have read quite a few more first time conceptions today. Hope the luck is catching! Well done all of you!

NoMaybeAboutIt · 04/01/2012 14:56

Pop she is here

Munx that is crazy. You poor thing. I reckon you will have already done enough, how many positives has that been now? I would say recharge your batteries tonight then give it one last go for luck and all that for tomorrow

farfallarocks · 04/01/2012 15:01

munx definitely ok to have a break tonight, I give you permission! You have got loads of the good stuff up there already :)

I like the lucky TTCers, I don't like wind up merchants like Implanon girl.

Gawd I am getting all bitter and twisted, slap me brookers!!!

PopcornMouse · 04/01/2012 15:02

Wow, munx that's a lot of +OPK! Yes I'd think night off tonight and another bash tomorrow - every other day is supposed to be adequate anyway :)

That is a bit odd maybe Hmm

Have you seen the advert at the top for a "conception kit"? It's like a plastic mooncup thing that you use to trap sperm in your cervice for 6 hours Shock Confused

PopcornMouse · 04/01/2012 15:03

PS that last bit wasn't aimed at you specifically, maybe lol

farfallarocks · 04/01/2012 15:10

OMG sounds gross popcorn!!!!

Are you feeling a bit better?

farfallarocks · 04/01/2012 15:11

ps.s where is bean grower?

generic I hope yesterday went as well as can be expected, thinking of you a lot

also thinking of bartlett and solars if they are lurking at all

Munx · 04/01/2012 15:14

Thanks ladies,

Not bitter and twisted far you are lovely and supportive to all but yes I do know that it is very very hard. As you know it took 17 months, mc and tests to get DD so I know how very hard it is. And now I'm being annoying... Being one of those women who already have a baby trying to say the right thing....

It is all meant with love and sincerity but may not come across brilliantly.

Hope the chest clears up soon Maybe.

Feeling ok Pop?

I am loving the lucky TTcers at the moment, as I say hoping there's something in the water! Oh and that other thread MUST be a wind up.

Munx · 04/01/2012 15:17

Oh and this is the second day of the very very strong positives.

Yes, I agree. One last push tomorrow. Poor Mr Munx has been an utter hero.

PopcornMouse · 04/01/2012 15:19

Thanks far yes, I'm feeling a bit brighter. Nap at lunchtime helped Blush as I am still wiped from my Christmas cold. I agree, grim grim grim!

Loooopy · 04/01/2012 15:25

thanks all for the congratulations. Still sinking in, and keep looking at the tests and smiling :)

far things i did - err...ate rare steak, and lots of rare roast beef, god knows how many dippy eggs (we have our own chickens) plus a few drinks over the last month. When we tried for DS i gave up all of these from the minute we started trying, was more relaxed this time as i didn't even know if i was ovulating (and as for most of the month FF was telling me i hadn't ovulated i kept on having bad stuff!!)

i also take pregnacare every day (have done for nearly 2 years, as am still BF'ing DS and they are for pregnancy and BF'ing)

i also have a new basal thermometer in the process of being delivered, which is sods law as i now don't need it.

we had sex on CD12, CD14, C16 and CD20. not sure which one hit the jackpot as really not sure when i ovulated. FF thinks CD17 but i think it might have been CD 19 or 20.

never used preseed etc as poss TMI but i have vast quantities of CM anyhow.

Keeping my fingers crossed that you will all be joining the ante natal thread soon.

Anyone know how Bartlett is doing??

Munx · 04/01/2012 15:33

Hey loooopy has it sunk in yet? Grin

Munx · 04/01/2012 15:34

Just realised, after reading your post again, that you have answered the question Blush

Sorry! How are you anyway? Grin

Loooopy · 04/01/2012 15:38

i'm good. glad that i've got a BFP as was starting to think i was crazy, had been fairly good over xmas re not eating crap, but jeans gone v tight but when i weighed myself i'd only put on a pound, which didn't make sense given how tight jeans are. Would appear i am going to show a lot earlier than last time....

i was also wide awake from 5am today, woke needing a wee then couldn't get back to sleep, had insommnia from very early on with last pregnancy, and fear it may be returning already.

farfallarocks · 04/01/2012 15:43

loopy's booze and rare steak plan, LOVE IT!!

Munx you are not being annoying you are being lovely, thank you

NoMaybeAboutIt · 04/01/2012 15:51

Haha Pop Grin That is gross. I have never really understood why people would want to keep the sperm hanging around for so long. I thought that the good ones got where they were meant to fairly fast, and that all the dudd ones were the ones you didn't want hangina around anyway? That's the biology lesson for the day over and done with Grin

Glad you are on cloud nine Loooopy Smile

Thanks Munx Maybe you and Mr Munx can do something nice tonight rather than just swi?

Far you don't need a slap. Maybe a large wine? That should help Wink

Also thinking of those that aren't brooking at the mo

Imps7 · 04/01/2012 16:39

Haaa, I love that Maybe doesn't think that Munx's SWI is "something nice"!!!! We all know what you mean of course!

That Implanon girl is a troll, or stupid, or both.

Re: Bartlett, I'm not sure if you saw her update on the PSEPPs' thread a few weeks ago, but her daughter was stillborn at 18 weeks in December. Bartlett sounded remarkably calm and philosophical about things, and indicated that she may join the rat smacketers again in future once she and her family have had time to absorb and adjust. Bartlett if you're reading this, I hope that you don't mind me talking about you and I hope even more that you're okay.

PopcornMouse · 04/01/2012 16:42

Oh no, I didn't realise :( I hope she's as ok as can be expected, poor Bartlett :(

farfallarocks · 04/01/2012 16:47
BeedleTheBard · 04/01/2012 17:09

munx you do know that OPKs will show a positive if you're pregnant, 6 days is a bit unusual, POAS. Just a thought Grin

Was it imps that had the odd EWCM last week, I've had the same for the last few days, not pink but still a bit strange for me. But as I've not done much temping this month I'd better try to seduce Mr beedle Grin

Must get on with dinner, waves to everyone

PopcornMouse · 04/01/2012 17:13

Beedle has a point, munx!

DH has bought 2 bottles of wine - I've been sabotaged! We agreed we'd drink less and my 2nd day back to work (and therefore into healthy 2011) he has bought plonk! Confused

And my CBFM hasn't arrived yet so sod's law it will come at dinner. Do you think I can say it cost £20 without going bright pink and feeling insanely guilty? Confused

SweetieDoesIt · 04/01/2012 18:14

Evening all

Munx have you any other sticks in??? Otherwise you are a hero sticking with such SWI effort.
Pop the odd glass of wine surely helps rather than hinders Wink
Beedle funny CM implantation bleed could we be on for another BFP? What day are you on?
Loooopy loving you diet to aid conception Grin
Imps not sure if to watch OBEM as Leeds would be if I ever get preggers my maternity unit. I have never seen previous series of this programme. It may scare me to death as I am already terrified of giving birth but my curiosity may get the better of me [shame]

NoMaybeAboutIt · 04/01/2012 18:42

Oh Sweetie you have to watch it. DH is making me Sky+ it for him Grin

I agree with the others Munx I just didn't want to say it Grin

Grin Imps sometimes I really should read my posts first.....

Yes Beedle when are you testing?

I did read Bartlet's story today. I cried. If you are there my love, have a big squeeze from me. I really hope yo see you soon x

I've started my oxtail, will get the squash on afterwards. Would quite like a sit down, a bath and a glass of something red though.... Grin

Imps7 · 04/01/2012 18:59

OMG, thicko alert - it hadn't even occurred to me that Munx should be peeing on another kind of stick! PIAR, PIAR, PIAR, PIAR

I am going to have to watch OBEM on 4OD methinks - OH would pass out if he watched it (this bodes very well for when our baby arrives Grin) and as he gets home after 8pm and goes to bed at 10pm I don't have the heart to banish him from the lounge for an hour of his free time.

Pops, DH is clearly a very good man bad influence! Go on though - have a glass or three - at least if he does he may react more positively to the cost of the CBFM!
