I've had my appointment. Apparently I do have High NK cells so this cycle will be all about the drugs - Letrozole to boost ovulation and then steroid to suppress my killer womb. KFZK remarked that he has a mental image of British bulldog going on in my womble. Who knows, he might not be far wrong.
