Slobby, not slob by!

Chuckaluck · 27/11/2011 18:35

They are all boys! She already has 3 other kids! Thought she would have 1 more and ended up with another 3!

mrsmellow · 27/11/2011 19:54

I tend to say we'll have to see what the stork brings (if only it were that easy Grin)
tbh, nearly all of my friends have babies or are pregnant at the moment and are fairly grown up about not putting people on the spot, and I suspect they all presume that we are trying too.

Triplets! Agree with the ovary instructions VVV!

OptiMumPrime · 27/11/2011 19:57

Wow! Wonderful! Would love a big family.

VeniVidiVino · 27/11/2011 20:05

Shock you mean it's not really the stork?

Winkly · 27/11/2011 20:59

Can I please join in (and secretly hope for not-triplets?)

Winkly (30) TTC#1 cycle 1, AF due 3rd Dec

Freaking myself out these last few days with probably imaginary symptom spotting! Tasting the beetroot extract in one drop of food colouring added to icing, not wanting wine with Sunday lunch, nearly throwing up at the smell of air freshener, sore lower back and cramping a few days ago..... I'll be so disappointed when my period comes! Secretly hoping I'm as super-fertile as my sister, who conceived son 1 on cycle 1 and son 2 on cycle 3 - brain knows I'm not but heart wishes....

cherrypiew3 · 27/11/2011 21:43

Hello can I come aboard please

I am on cycle 2 but not really sure when AF is next due I normally have a 32/33 day cycle but this month was only 29 days not sure if that is something to do with it being my first month coming off the pill.

Cherrypiew3 (30) TTC#4 cycle 2 Af due 12th Dec

Squirrel77 · 28/11/2011 08:31

Welcome, Cherrypie and Winkly! Still a few seats left...

Morning all. AF is still with me and I can't wait for her to depart for the month and for the SWI-athon to begin! Grin

Would be the best Christmas present to ourselves, getting that positive pregnancy result. Here's hoping. I have been very good all year!

Gnomi · 28/11/2011 18:46

Eliza, you have seriously scared me with your 108 days. If AF has still not come this time next week, I'll test again but 3 tests last week were BFNs.

I've seen people with triplets - it looks terrifying! I'm hoping we all get BFPs in our christmas stockings this year!

Elizadoesdolittle · 28/11/2011 19:40

Sorry to scare you, it was supposed to reassure you as in it can't be as bad as mine Grin

TheNewMrsC · 28/11/2011 19:51

Me too gnomi !! I can't think of a better Christmas pressie !!! GrinGrin

Ooh don't know about triplets but I would loooove twins !!! SmileSmile

Whysoserious · 28/11/2011 20:04

Hi everyone! Only two days til we can start being full on christamassy! Excited!!

I'm on cycle day one today - full flow has arrived after 4 days of spotting. Rather worried about the whole spotting thing and have been asking people on the pregnancy board about it and have been reassured that people on there used to get it and they've managed to get pregnant. :)

Am going to be healthier this month though (well apart from parties and Christmas day) but really going to pay attention to my diet and get plenty of fruit and veg and get my ass down the gym. I've put on about a stone this year and I need to start losing it Shock

How amazing would it be for us all to get BFPs. IMagine a Christmas miracle of a whole thread of BFPs :o

Whysoserious I'm with you on the stone, got really thin at the start of the year and then packed it all back on again. I blame work for their ridiculously cheap, and very yummy afternoon cake offers!

I was feeling quite excited for Christmas, never usually am. Then I went into town on Saturday nearly killed several people and now I'm out of the Christmas spirit. Not started shopping, debating not sending cards to anyone not related to me, generally being a bit of a misery guts this year.

FloydieDoydie · 29/11/2011 11:19

Chooo choooo! Room for a not so little one? Got my jammies on and I come bearing homemade cinnamon swirls Smile

I am 32 and TTC baba number one. I was pregnant and due in May, but had a miscarriage in October at 11 weeks.

(sorry to hear you had MC too Teapig hopefully we are luckier this time around!)

DP and I agreed we would wait til the new year before TTC again, but he knows I was not going to start taking the pill again and he's not bothered with an alternative so I think he's leaving it to see if nature intervenes this month Grin

I was secretly hopefully that I would be pg again straight away, but then when I wasn't, I was glad to see AF arrive bang on CD 34. I'm hoping this is a good sign that I have returned to "normal"; I had come off the pill, had withdrawal bleed, then one proper cycle at 34 days, then got pg the next cycle.

So, fingers crossed for a wonderful Christmas presen of BFPt, instead of AF on Christmas eve! Grin

Feeford · 29/11/2011 11:40

Morning all, room for one more? Im 34 and ttc #2 cycle 2 AF due 23/12. Please add me to the passenger list with you all. I promise to bring Christmas buffet goodies, sausage rolls a speciality.

So I've just finished an exam, and am waiting for the others to come out.

I'm afraid to go to the pub in case my phantom symptoms aren't phantom, but if AF comes on Saturday as expected and I miss the party I'll be very cross. What to do?

Can I join. Ttc #2, cycle 2. Ds was an accident so never really done this ttc lark.

So far I have an app that tracks cycle (about 30 days). But no real idea when I ov. Don't really wanna go down the sticks and temping just yet.

Although I though I should ov today or tomorrow but I have white discharge- is that right? Is that tmi for this thread!?

OptiMumPrime · 29/11/2011 17:33

Hello, and welcome, new boardees!

practicallyimperfect, what is this cycle tracking app? Is it any good? I just use tools like this ovulation calculator and it tells you what should be your most fertile days. Does the app offer anything else? I don't want to do sticks or all that stuff yet either, going to give it a few months just swi, though I am having reflexology as well (if it doesn't work, it's still a nice foot massage!). We are swi either side of the fertile window too, just in case! Didn't bother with any of the calculating dates and stuff when ttc with DS, it just happened.

practicallyimperfect · 29/11/2011 18:37

Sort of. Basically you track your periods and it estimates your fertile days and ovulation. The more periods you put in, the more accurate it is I suppose.

signet2012 · 29/11/2011 18:48

Right- Ladies, my plan of action.

Take Folic Acid.
Shag every second day.
Limit coffee.
Eat veg.
Shag every second day.
Did I say shag every second day?

Any other ideas to get my BFP this month?
