Or we burn the place down!

Unless DH stands for Dirty Houseboy.

HaveALittleFaithBaby · 04/11/2011 19:12

Now you're thinking like a BESH! :)

HaveALittleFaithBaby · 04/11/2011 20:00

Should I be concerned by this left sided abdo pain? It goes away with paracetamol but is uncomfortable without.

HaveALittleFaithBaby · 04/11/2011 21:12

Ah well paracetamoled up and wheat bag in place. So. Very. Tired. Night y'all like this and think we should adopt it

CaveMum · 04/11/2011 21:14

What day of your cycle are you on - assuming that wasn't the droid you had earlier in the week? I don't want to start messing with your head again but I do think you should consider testing again after the weekend. I remember someone on another thread getting BFNs for 2 weeks after droid was due, but she was most definitely diffed - she had her baby 2 weeks ago!

HaveALittleFaithBaby · 04/11/2011 21:18

I would be... had to check cd35/cd5. If it was af, would usually be past any symptoms by now. Had a bit more spotting this morning.
Yes I was thinking may as well test with that boots one. Won't be buying more of those though, tiny box with confusing shadows. Won't tell MSB though unless by some miracle it is a bfp, he's found this very tough.

CaveMum · 04/11/2011 21:29

Do you know your average cycle length? What about your usual luteal phase?
I think we often forget that this whole malarkey can be just as stressful on the sperm donors Wink. They may not want to admit it, but I think most of them feel it's their "manly duty" to get us diffed. I have to admit (and Bendy will kill me if he knew I was repeating this) but we've had one or two performance problems.

InTheSunshine · 04/11/2011 23:00

Cave it's definitely tough on them.I've found it easier to not tell SSG (spreadsheetgeek) when we are swi or else he feels under pressure!

CaveMum · 04/11/2011 23:04

Sunshine I did ask Bendy if he wanted to know or not and he said yes. The problem is that we live apart during the week, due to his job, so there are going to be occasions when I need to ask him to come home mid-week so that we get the timing right around ov. I don't think even Clomid can guarantee me a weekend ov!

AuntieDoris · 05/11/2011 00:17

I am shitfaced a little bit drunk.

I call my hot and sexy younger husband The Mister. Always have. Always will.

HaveALittleFaithBaby · 05/11/2011 06:33

cavey my normal cycle is about 27 days.
No I don't tell MSB when I think.I'm fertile. He tends to ask me just after!
Always have, always will is my favourite ace of base song.

HaveALittleFaithBaby · 05/11/2011 06:35

Ok just poas, no line gutted, dreamt I got a bfp So definitely not upduffed. No more poas til af is next due. Chalk it up to experience.

InTheSunshine · 05/11/2011 07:15

Ah it's shitty Faith . odd though.

Cave when we first started trying to win a baybee SSG wanted to know. 2 years on I think the 'fun' element has a vanished. Have you just started with the Clomid? My friend had 2 lovely Clomid children!

Dor how's your head?!

I am up at this ridiculous hour as I'm working for my brother today. Outside. At a cross country race. < looks good in a waterproof>

Northey · 05/11/2011 07:40

Oh poo, faith. You can just drive yourself insane with this, can't you?

CaveMum · 05/11/2011 07:43

Morning all.

Faith so sorry the test was negative. I hope you don't feel I was pushy last night.

Sunshine I start my first cycle of Clomid tomorrow (droid has showed up overnight). Not looking forward to the side-effects, except the baybee one obv.

[shouts] MORNING DORIS!! [hands over glass of water, paracetamol and a pair of sunglasses] Grin. How was your night? Did you show those young 'un's how to throw a few shapes on the dance floor?

Is today spa fun? Relax with a lovely soothing massage.

Northey · 05/11/2011 08:05

cavey did you say your chap works away in the week? How are you managing that? I only as as I am in the same situation. We basically just shag lots at weekends, but clearly it is not ideal. And avoid mentioning it to the docs, for fear they chuck us off the treatment ladder...

Northey · 05/11/2011 08:05

*only ask as

AuntieDoris · 05/11/2011 08:13

Ouch! Sore head. Lovely mohitos and champagne last night tho.

CaveMum · 05/11/2011 08:31

Northey yes Bendy is in the RAF and is currently stationed in Wiltshire - I live at our house in Suffolk! Because I've got PCOS and have not been ovulating properly for the last 18 months we've not been throwing the kitchen sink at it.

This cycle, using Clomid, the plan is to go at it like bunnies Friday-Sunday and then the week I think I'm likely to ovulate he will travel home on the Wednesday evening.
The Drs tell me that sperm can live for 4-5 days inside the womb/Fallopian tubes so in theory our plan should cover all bases [crosses fingers and toes].

HaveALittleFaithBaby · 05/11/2011 09:10

Went back to.sleep, slept for 12 hours all told. Hurray for spa day! Mini fireworks do at sisters tonight. Will consume plenty of Wine

cave I'm not easily upset especially on MN I'd been thinking similar thoughts. But no, think anovulatory cycle. Never expected to win a baybee this month --but gave it a good try just in case- Two weeks til MSB sees specialist. Good oh.
Hope starting the clomid wins you a baybee without too many nasty side effects.

Northey · 05/11/2011 11:42

I have PCOS an' all, cavemum. Hence all the ovarian drilling. But the plan is to move on to Clomid in December, by which point we should be living together full time again, and able to throw lots of spunk at the problem.

eurochick · 05/11/2011 12:05

Sunshine if you could send me details, that would be great. Although given the trouble I have getting Mr euro to take one pill a day, a whole cocktail of them might be an uphill battle!

HaveALittleFaithBaby · 05/11/2011 13:22

That's good news Northey!
