Well I am feeling vaguely more positive because I have been paying into SimplyHealth for years and have just found out that that will pay out for half og the cost of the acupunture and halg the inital consultant fee. So, that would help.

I am still pissed off and life feels a bit unfair today.

On the other hand I am going out for "ladies" lunch - run by the ladies from church. Quite frankly some of them are the poshest women I have ever met - but we meet at the lushest house I have ever seen. They are all seriously Boden though. I just go because the cake is good!

Well, what made me laugh the most was the really posh woman who anserwed the door was holding a large dog and as I worked in she said, in a marvellously plummy voice, "don't mind the dog, he is a rescue from the local shelter, but is being a bit of a bastard today". It made me properly chuckle.

Yanbu but at the same time he is not alone. Every weekend MSB says 'I want a really lazy weekend'. It'll be the same this weekend since he has the lurgy. I find it useful to give a list of things I would like done while I am away. Tends to work quite well.
