Or we burn the place down!

MadameBoo · 07/11/2011 20:18

Oh fuck I didn't read fred properly.

Cuntyhedghog I am so sorry about your SIL (and about your droid). Bitter Evil Selfish Hags ahoy. What's the fred for if it isn't venting and honesty?

HaveALittleFaithBaby · 07/11/2011 20:19

I was surprised when I first jokingly mentioned it to MSB expecting a no way reaction, I think he embraced the no pressure approach.

HaveALittleFaithBaby · 07/11/2011 20:22

As an aside, has anyone used conceive plus and pre-seed obviously not at the same time! but is pre-seed as cold as conceive plus? Brrrr

MadameBoo · 07/11/2011 20:24

I am a bit cross actually. Maybe I should try again, and choose my moment more carefully, not when he's popped back into the bedroom to fetch something half way through reading bedtime stories to smallboo. I just got all excited. Pah.

Northey · 07/11/2011 21:39

Aww boobles. Wait a bit, pick your moment and have another go. Maybe next time you are about to doooo it, make some light hearted comment about how you bet he misses having a peaceful wank, then when he agrees you can delicately and elegantly suggest that - hurrah! - he can enjoy peaceful wanks any time he likes, as long as he has a jam jar to hand.

eurochick · 07/11/2011 21:40

If you get preseed with applicators it goes in rather than on and I don't seem to feel coldness up there. Actually, it's not inconceivable (pun!) that you could use both at the same time - one in you and one on him.

blonderedhead · 07/11/2011 23:21

I use pre-seed, it is cold for a sec but you can warm it up in your hands for er direct application, plus as said it comes with applicator for the old cervix. TBI rather likes it... Apart from the name (what were they thinking?)

blonderedhead · 07/11/2011 23:25

ps bugs I misread your post and thought your actual GP wanked your boyf off.

HaveALittleFaithBaby · 08/11/2011 06:15

Ah boo I appear to have caught bugs cold. Would appreciate gin and sympathy. Tis that crappy bit when it feels like there's stuff in the back of your throat. Grossness.

Northey · 08/11/2011 07:45

Grotterama. You have my gin-breathed sympathies along withr sympathetically offered gin, my dear. I don't suppose the NHS does anything convenient like insist you stay off at the first hint of illness?

HaveALittleFaithBaby · 08/11/2011 08:22

It's irony biting me on the backside for asking my boss to review my sickness! Last week I mentioned I'd like a sickness review, I was on a formal warning from January cos I'd had 5 episode of sickness in a rolling year. So I says can I have a review? I'm had no time off for 9 months. Cue bad head Thursday, fatigue and now snot :(
Will keep plodding on. Got some cold and flu pills.

LauraPalmer · 08/11/2011 11:39

Oh ffs. I just spent the longest time writing a post and lost it.

The gist:

Have been entertaining guests visiting from overseas...hostess with mostess=no time to keep up with beloved BESH. And now we're going out town for a bit and worried about potential lack phone service. Grrrrrrrrrrrr

Sickles - feel better

Jar juicers - thank you for the detailed tips. Not sure if I'll ever be able to convince TOM (The Old Man) to spunk in a cup but if I ever do I now know to mix mix mix before I baste baste baste

Welcome Londoneye! Loving your positive perspective on IVF.

As for my own current state, I'm quite wobbly. And trying very very hard to avoid early POAS because I'm just not up for a BFN. I'd rather be attacked full on by some robot than deal with the fall out of my own foolish hopefulness. BitterESH, indeed.

2 more days...

Laura it's nearly Thanksgiving. You are allowed to crave turkey. It's your heritage, innit?

I'm such a fool. Couldn't help it...never mind that it's almost 2.00 in the afternoon and another 2 full days before the Droid is due. Just tested. And BFN, of course. What a moron. I hate my inability to be patient. I hate all this waiting. And I really hate getting a BFN.

OP posts:
LauraPalmer · 08/11/2011 14:02

Can I have a penguin?

InTheSunshine · 08/11/2011 14:55

Early testing is never a Good Idea. Step away from the sticks.

I am waiting to go into a meeting but wanted to say thanks again to everyone for your messages, it's amazing that a group of women that I've never met (bar one!) have made me feel better Grin

I'll be back later with more inane blethering

HaveALittleFaithBaby · 08/11/2011 17:46

I feel ruff boo hoo.

CaveMum · 08/11/2011 18:57

[offers Faith a gin & big bag of malteasers]

No side effects to report over here and droid is definitely on the way out [does happy dance]. Shagging will commence at the weekend.

HaveALittleFaithBaby · 08/11/2011 19:01

Ooh how exciting cavey

HaveALittleFaithBaby · 08/11/2011 19:05

I really meant to put an ! At the end of that....without ! it kind of looks sarcastic. It is not. I genuinely pleased that you're not suffering from side effects, that the Droid is leaving town and you can commence the sechs. The end.
do I think too much?!

CaveMum · 08/11/2011 19:10

[para Faith on head in reassuring manner]

The mere thought didn't even occur to me deary! And yes, you think too much Wink

Have you eaten all of those malteasers already? [practises stern mum face Hmm]

CaveMum · 08/11/2011 19:11

Bloody autocorrect!! "Para"?! What the hell is "Para"?! It sounds like I'm setting the SAS on you!!!!

I'm not, honest. It's supposed to be "Pats".

[gets coat] Taxi!

HaveALittleFaithBaby · 08/11/2011 19:23

I did the weirdest autocorrect the other day....can't remember what though tired, vagueness

Northey · 08/11/2011 19:35

[licks empty Maltesers bag in hope of a crumb]

Fab news about symptom-free Clomid, cavey. I wish you a very fruitful weekend of the sechsular sort. Are the docs monitoring you to see if you are responding properly an' all?
