Hey guys!! Have taken the big step of coming of the Pill to TTC another DC. This will be DC number 2 - already have DS who is 15 months old and a DSD who is 7 years. We have spoken about another baby for a while now but it has now become more of a reality now that we have decided to stop using any contraception!! I am so so excited but know all too well about this horrible waiting game of patience which seems to get worse even after a BFP as then it's the painful wait for a 12 week scan!! (although this time I may pay for a private scan) I have had a MC before DS was born so am also aware of not getting to ahead of myself...but I'm so excited nonetheless!! I bought my friend a little present for her brand new (with tags on) baby girl and was so so broody. Cant wait for my turn now!!

Sorry for the long warbling post. This is such a hard time, the pre TTC, the waiting for BFP or BFN etc etc...I am the most impatient person in the world as it is...and to not to be able to tell anyone in RL makes it even harder!!

Hope there will be some ladies in the same boat as me!! Look forward to meeting u and sharing journeys!!

I've been tempted to POAS as I've been feeling sick all afternoon, but there's no chance, so best not jump on the bandwagon!

I was wondering where the name came from Cauldron!! Re SWI when not knowing when OV is going to happen, I am in the same boat. So, I thought about it and figured that the little soldiers live up to 5 days 'inside' so if we SWI every 2-3 days after my withdrawal bleed, we should catch it if I do OV. TBH, I'm not entirely sure that I'll OV this month anyway. If I took my withdrawal as AF, I am 'due' to OV next Friday, so I have spoken to DH and he is happy to start SWI every other day starting Monday :)

Fish- I would fudge your dates as you know when you ov'd and tbh it makes no massive difference as they prob change it at scan any way so if you say lmp you'll be 11 weeks at scan not 12 but makes very little difference went for my scan at 10 weeks with dd and was fine. So what I'm trying to say in a very long winded way is that it doesn't matter

Well my lovely friend and her brand new baby are coming to visit at the weekend i can not wait to get some baby cuddles, so I have been out shopping for baby and have had a brill time looking at all the things.

For me, AF is due 11th Nov so another week to go (will seem like ages!)

Thought I had some symptoms over the last couple of days - bit of nausea, bit tired etc, - but its prob me wishful thinking and Im sure its too early for any symptoms to show anyway??!!

My friend has a 4 month old but I think she thinks I'm so not maternal I've not been allowed cuddles :(

I keep looking at cute clothes but daren't buy anything, DP will think I've lost it! He's just about coping discussing a nursery room! Actually he's been really good, even suggested baby has the biggest spare room cos it's nicer!!

Vino pants on your BFN - you're being so optimistic though about how your chances increase every month - I had forgotten about that bit

I am feeling OK about things at this particular moment in time, but I know when AF shows up I'll be a blithering ball of tears, as I really think I did everything humanly possible to conceive this month. I keep thinking about all the swimmers who died because I won't just let myself be primal like everyone else I just know it hasn't happened - I don't feel anything whatsoever and getting AF pains.

Ah well. Had my first class tonight for my promotion, got 6 weeks of part-time classes then 3 days of full-time classes right near Christmas which I'm kind of about. Went okay just feel like what's the point with no DP / DC! Argh! I'm such a ball of (AF-related) hormones! (You probably all think I have multiple personality disorder )

Morning everyone. It's Friiiiiiiiiiiday!!! Hoorah.

AF arrived this morning, but feeling ok. It's bang on 28 days since I took my last pill so happy that things seem to have returned to normal (whatever 'normal' is). I've had the most sore breasts in the world for about a fortnight so hopefully this will signal the end of that.

Sorry tequila that yours showed up too. But it just gives you an excuse to go all out next month

Looks like im out this month... She seems to be showing up 2 days early! It's not heavy in the least bit yet but im sure that come sunday I will feel like im dying! I feel fine about it though. Obviously wasn't meant to be my turn this month and I do believe in fate, hence me getting a tummy bug around O day!

Fish Still madly symptom spotting. Still feeling sick, constant tummy ache, sore nipples. POAS yesterday with a clear blue digital and still BFN. Will not be testing again till Tuesday when AF would be 1 week late, unless it turns up in the mean time, which I think it will. If it's going to turn up anyway would rather it just happen as the longer it takes the more I start to get my hopes up

Currently watching baby programmes on discovery home and health channel, making me extremely broody.

Hi all. Having some very strange lower abdominal cramps? Almost feels like something tugging or stretching? Can honestly say never felt these before, they've been coming and going for the past 24 hours, but I only notice them when I'm able to sit in one spot for more than 5 mins (practically impossible in my job!)

Could they be implantation cramps?! (trying not to get too worked up) it's 6 days since O-day now. First response test says it can detect at 7dpo, but I don't think I'd get a positive test tomorrow at all. Think I'll wait til at least Sunday.

that's odd Fish, I've never heard of that symptom....

I'm pretty positive AF is on its way this weekend. It'll be bang on 28 days if it comes tomorrow. I'm with Vino - I reckon I feel more positive about next month as we've had a sort of trial run now

I'm a basket of emotions, was checking out my boobs () in the mirror a few hours ago and have some more bumps on them? (sorry if this is way way TMI) and still feeling lots of tugging / stretching, it's a bit more insistent now. Doesn't really feel like AF cramps although it did a few days ago. Who bliddy knows I guess!

I'm trying to hold out to test until Monday but think I'll not be patient enough and do one on Sunday, when something like just 26% test positive

Hmm might have spoken too soon, def feel AF cramps now

Perhaps I should not speak of any more symptoms until either BFP or AF!

Try Not to worry fish. Pregnancy symptoms and AF symptoms are identical! (except for sickness). Hot baths could cause a MC as it makes your temperature rise too much so it's best to avoid them.

Not sure what to make of things at the moment (tmi coming up) I was sure I ovulated last week end. Have had watery cm all week and then today got the thick clear snot like cm which is what I got last weekend. Is this what normally happens.
