I got a bfp today . I think I'm 7½ weeks. I tested last Tuesday with Clearblue and got a negative then again on Friday - it came up as neg immediately but then the second line never appeared. According to the Clearblue helpline I had apparently done the test incorrectly by not holding the stick horizontally afterwards.
Used a Boots Own today which came up positive within seconds. Can't believe the Clearblue was so inaccurate!

Am totally fed up this morning - did a test last night and it was negative. So obviously not pregnant but still no AF - so maybe something else is wrong with me? have never been this late before and am now totally demoralised.

mumswish · 17/01/2006 08:54

Congrats Cupcakes!!!

Wannabe - Dont be disheartened. How late are you? It could just be that there isnt enough hormones to show up yet. I've known people who have been 3 months gone before it showed up on a test.

I'm having a bad week this week I think. I cut myself while making butties yesterday and then today I'vve scraped my car trying to aviod a wagon! I want to go back to bed and start again.

catalogId=3801&quantity=1&errorViewName=RequisitionListUpdateView&langId=-1&checkFreeGift=false&catEntryId=153480&storeId=10001

mumswish · 17/01/2006 11:00

awww bless him,

I dont think it will cost too much I hope. I was going down a street where there were cars parked on my side of the road (on road parking for the houses) and a lorry came up. I spose it was his right of way but you'd have thought he'd have stopped where I could have pulled in but instead I had to squeeze in next to a van and I've scratched all down the passengers side wing. I'm hoping it'll just polish out other wise will cost a fortune and I aint driving round with great big scratch down my car, it'll look like I cant drive!!

Hope you're all having a good day. I'm knackered want to go back to bed. I think Friday the 13th is having a week at my expense. After it was due

trace2 · 17/01/2006 11:03

i put that in on my first thread about friday 13th but as i said i deleted it

trace2 · 17/01/2006 11:03

no damage to other car or cars then??

mumswish · 17/01/2006 11:05

No lucky for both of us. I thought I had to begin with but theres nothing there! Alright for him/her! I've got white paint down my car but no green paint from me on the van! strange!

northerner · 17/01/2006 11:06

wow and 4 babies and didn't know till the birth? that would come as something of a shock I can bet, lol.

mumswish · 17/01/2006 11:39

Ladies,

Wondering if I could ask your opinions on something.

I've got really sore boobs and have had them for about 1 month. Got sore stomach too but thats another story. I'm not sure what it can be as I've only ever had them when pg (both times) or when due af that day (IYKWIM) I should be due AF any day now but I normally only get sore boobs on the day that AF is due and this has been going on for at least 1 month. Its strange and creeping me out as thats what I rely on to tell me when AF is due and its just gone all to pot.

I'm prob not making any sense and worrying about nothing but is there any other reason they may be sore?

mumswish · 17/01/2006 12:00

I'm going for some lunch now will speak to you all in about an hour! HUGS & KISSES
