The rental property DH and I were planning to buy (for strictly investment purposes and absolutely nothing to do with the fact that it's right next to one of the best state primaries in our area) has just accepted someone else's offer :( So it is now HORRIBLE timing for me to get pregnant because we can't afford a private primary and we're nowhere near a decent state primary.
