New thread, hopefully not clashing with another new thread! This Is Our Month, Rat Smackers.

Another negative poas this morning but still feeling positive, with all this practise I'm going to be a pro by the time I get go the one working stick in the bag. Hmm a pro stick pee-er, sounds like an interesting job.

Emergency in the womb sounds bad, I think we're all too updiffed emotional for that.

maybebabyR · 18/07/2011 11:27

Morning everyone!

Off work sick today. Felt very vomiticous this morning, went back to bed, and have only just gotten up. Must be pregnant.

Hope you lay that egg today Imps

I too am now a professional POAS-er Moose I am considering adding it to my CV.

Emergency in the womb was far too emotional for women in our conditions. It was like I was crying raindrops.

Biscuitsandtea · 18/07/2011 11:29

Oh Maybe hope you feel better soon xx

Just remind me - where are you in your cycle at the mo? xx

AnyHumanHearth · 18/07/2011 11:30

Hello pregnant ladies, might I join you too? I have been stalking your thread for the last few weeks, hoping that just reading it might be enough for its good fortune to brush off on me, but no such luck. I now realise that lurking Simply Isn't Good Enough when brooking no argument and so I am coming out of hiding. Now I'm here, there's nothing in the way of my rat getting well and truly smacked this month! Onwards!

maybebabyR · 18/07/2011 11:54

That's the spirit Human

Thanks Biscuit I am 8 DPO (by my calculations, I don't temp or use ov sticks).

I will sort that recipe out for you today Smile

thelittlefriend · 18/07/2011 12:44

Maybe, I think you have missed a vitally important pregnancy symptom. I too have been having the most awful nightmares. We are clearly in unconscious emotional turmoil due to being so pregnant!

Good to see you love, you are blooming.

GenericDietCola · 18/07/2011 12:56

Maybe hope you feel better soon (although probably not for another 8 months or so)

littlefriend yes, nightmares are a symptom, so you're updiffed too!

Hello everyone else.

Now there are so many of us, should we do some sort of list of due dates? Seeing as we are Brooking No Argument and clearly already knocked up, we don't need to bother with all that number of cycles, af due date etc, just go straight for the baby due date. How about it?

GenericDietCola baby due sometime in April

maybebabyR · 18/07/2011 13:12

Little! I forgot about nightmares Smile

Loving the list idea Generic

GenericDietCola baby due sometime in April
MaybebabyR baby due sometime in April

Biscuitsandtea · 18/07/2011 13:14

Hmmm based on gestation time so far (19 mths) and the fact that I'm not yet showing I think I must be due perhaps in December 2012?? HmmConfused

Imps7 · 18/07/2011 13:15

Aaah, human you have reminded me of that wise old Chinese Proverb - "A lurking rat is not a smacked rat". Or something. Welcome to the thread - your maternal glow is so warming for these chillier months (summer, that is).

Maybe - hope you feel better soon. A combination of large teardrops (how large exactly?), nightmares and feeling like crap is the most certain way to confirm a pregnancy. Hurrah!!

Generic - my due date is April too! Not entirely sure when - but since when have due dates been accurate anyway? Needless to say I have blocked out the whole of April in my diary so I will ready to receive little baby Fedex at any time.

Fingers crossed that my egg pops today - OH is away again tonight (does it make me a bad person to only care that he's away so much because I'm near to OV??) Got a huge dollop of EWCM this morning - so much so it slipped off the loo paper and onto my hand!! Haaaaa haa ha sorry, that's TMI even for threads like these isn't it?? Grin

BlooferLady · 18/07/2011 13:18

Nightmares? NIGHTMARES?!??!! I keep having the most APPALLING vivid dreams and nightmares. In one of them one of my colleagues had beaten someone to death in a phone box and when I found him the receiver was hanging out of his empty bloodied eye-socket!

I am TOTALLY ignoring the fact that my period is starting and I have had a BFN and assuming I am pregnant on the basis of this

maybebabyR · 18/07/2011 13:22

Oh my, I have just laughed so much that the unmentionable almost happened Grin

Imps the other day, I had a similar incident, but it slipped onto the floor instead Blush

Top notch nightmare Bloofer And surely AF is not in fact starting, possibly implantation?

BlooferLady · 18/07/2011 13:27

Yeah, right, maybe? Sure this looks and feels EXACTLY like the beginning of every period I've ever had, but there's no WAY. there's just no WAY. I'd better dig out my contract and work out how soon I can start mat leave.

BlooferLady · 18/07/2011 13:29

Oh just seen Imp's post - ha! HA HA! That has happened to me too!

I might have even played with mine to see if it really is stretchy. (it is Grin )

thelittlefriend · 18/07/2011 13:36

I can't believe I'm about to write this, but I'm actually jealous of you lot having enough EWCM to slip off the loo paper! I don't even have enough to notice Sad

GenericDietCola · 18/07/2011 13:37

Oh you lot and your egg whites!

AnyHumanHearth · 18/07/2011 13:41

Thanks for the welcome! I'm also on rather-too-familiar terms with my EWCM, though not yet to the extent that I've dropped it on the floor (note to self: careful next time you're having a quick peek in the work loos).

I'm a bit concerned that none of you know your actual due dates, though. Why is this? Mine is April 23. The timing couldn't be worse, really, as just about everyone in my family has April birthdays and so it's already a very busy and very expensive month. Just have to hope that this baby follows its older brother's example and turns up a week late, taking it into May.

Good work on the nightmares, mega teardrops and assorted other symptoms, ladies.

BlooferLady · 18/07/2011 13:42

Don't be jelus thelittlefriend. I have enough EWCM to actually pour out of me into the loo. True story! I also have model hormones, ovulate like the clappers, and have a DH with heroic sperm. Doesn't mean that I've managed one single solitary BFP in the last 19 months though

Biscuitsandtea · 18/07/2011 13:44

thelittlefriend I'm like you - not even enough to notice :(

BlooferLady · 18/07/2011 13:50

HONESTLY folks, don't get the sads about EWCM - it might be a bit of an indicator of ovulation but in my experience (and that of loads of my TTC pals) it makes no bloody difference at all to conception. And if you lack EWCM get yourself a nice tube of pre-Seed. It's wonderful stuff especially if you have to fit in a quickie and can't be arsed to work up to it

thelittlefriend · 18/07/2011 14:17

I LOVE pre-seed, good point Bloofer. (Biscuits, if you're lacking in EWCM like me, then honestly try it, it's great!)

Biscuitsandtea · 18/07/2011 14:18

May I ask a TMI question actually there. These things like Pre Seed etc - do they actually help you conceive or just help get you back to the normal starting point if lubrication is a problem. (Apologies - I am a bit Blush just typing this....) To be honest it isn't normally a problem for us, but if something was actually going to increase our chances then I would give it a try for sure!!!

Biscuitsandtea · 18/07/2011 14:19

I don't know if I'm lacking or not now!!! I mean I've never noticed it being a problem when we DTD but then I never notice anything at the time of ov so maybe it is? I'm such a thicko with all this!

BlooferLady · 18/07/2011 14:19

It's amazing, isn't it! If a little chill when it goes in/on . And if you're a slattern like me your bedside table thing gets covered in a chalky white substance (I had no idea what this could be until I read that calcium is a key ingredient in Pre Seed Grin )
